This research analyzes the role of discounts on the Shopee Live platform with a case study of online shampoo seller Kemaiu. Shopee Live, as an innovative feature of Shopee, allows direct interaction between sellers and potential consumers through live video broadcasts. Discounts are the main focus as a strategy to increase transactions. Using qualitative descriptive methods, this research involved interviews with Kemaiu owners and observations during live streaming on Shopee. The research results show that discounts, such as regular price cuts and vouchers, have a significant role in encouraging potential consumers' buying interest. Shopee Live has proven effective in increasing interactions and transactions. Even though competition is considered low, the existence of the TikTok Shop platform is considered a factor that can influence sales.

Therefore, we need an employee attendance system that can manage data so that it can be done quickly, efficiently and accurately. The result of this independent study is a website-based employee attendance information system which includes managing attendance information. The method used is Waterfall which is arranged in five stages, namely 1) needs analysis, 2) system design, 3) writing program code, 4) program testing, 5) program implementation and maintenance. The subject of this service is a website-based attendance information system at Jasdam II Sriwijaya. So the result obtained is that the attendance process becomes more efficient. After carrying out this service activity, it has a positive impact on the employee attendance system.

This study uses qualitative research methods by conducting interviews with students in various faculties. Supportive factors from the environment, such as encouragement from peers and family support, have a positive influence on students' interest in participating in UKM activities. Research in this context is motivated by the phenomenon that exists in every Islamic boarding school where there are quite a few ustadz who serve very enthusiastically to work at Islamic boarding schools without expecting compensation or wages. Therefore, the researcher wants to discuss the cadre formation of Islamic boarding school leaders through the Khidmah Program as a Ustadz at the Bata-Bata Panaan Palengaan Pamekasan Islamic Boarding School. The results of this research show that cadre formation in Islamic boarding school leadership is very urgent and requires special training or making it a habit of consistent and sincere activities in teaching and guiding. Khidmah as an ustadz is to train oneself as a person with moral character and to become a leader who is qualified, patient, sincere, fair and wise. The first implementation of cadre formation for Islamic boarding school leaders is recruitment, then carrying out Islamic boarding school duties according to each job that has been determined.
