The fishermen still face numerous challenges in implementing the Islamic profit-sharing system. The urgency of this research is crucial, as the implementation of this profit-sharing system ensures that the agreed-upon plans between the fishermen and the boat owners have either negative or positive impacts on the agreed-upon profit-sharing system. Most fishermen are dissatisfied with the profit outcomes that do not align with the initially agreed-upon terms. The research methodology employed in this study is phenomenology, a method that utilizes life experiences as a tool to better understand the socio-cultural, political, or historical context in which those experiences occur. This research will discuss a subject by understanding the core experiences of a phenomenon that takes place. Additionally, supplementary data such as documentation and others regarding the implementation of the profit-sharing system between boat owners and fishermen will be included. The research is conducted in the village of Kolo, Asakota Bima District. The location is situated in the coastal area, serving as the fish landing base for the fishermen. Moreover, the presence of boat owners is in close proximity to the fishermen, sharing the same location. The profit-sharing system between boat owners and fishermen in the community of Kolo, Asakota Bima District, is carried out through the paron system or the two-share system. This means that the expenses for vessel management, such as engines and nets, are borne by the boat owner, while the crew's wages are covered by the fishermen. The resulting profits are then divided, with one part going to the capital owner and the other to the fishermen, commonly known as a 1/2 sharing ratio.

Al-Kindi lived at a time when philosophy was not yet well known in the tradition of Islamic thought, precisely during the transition from traditional theology to philosophy. Al-Kindi was the first Arab to introduce philosophy into Arab thought and was given the title "Philosopher of the Arab Nation". Al-Kindi brought together religion and philosophy on the basis of the consideration that both are sciences of truth, so that there is no difference between the two. The influence of the Mu'tazilah group was clearly visible in his way of thinking when he determined the ability of the human mind to know the secrets brought by the Prophet Muhammad saw. The first philosophical science which includes divinity, oneness, primacy, and other sciences which teach how to obtain useful things and get rid of harmful things was also brought by God's apostles.

This research aims to determine the effect of fear of missing out (fomo) on impulsive buying stock in generation z. This research uses qualitative methods with a correlational qualitative design. The data collection technique uses purposive sampling. The sample in this study was 272 respondents. This research instrument uses a fear of missing out (fomo) scale which is structured based on the fear of missing out (fomo) aspects according to Sette et al. (2020), as well as an impulsive buying scale based on aspects developed by Verplanken & Herabadi (2001). The results of the analysis used simple linear regression analysis and the results showed that fear of missing out (fomo) had a positive and significant effect on impulsive stock buying in generation z.

Nowadays most of the people spend their time checking social media accounts, and always want to stand out from other individuals. Individuals who always feel the urge to buy something show a tendency towards hedonic motivation. However, purchases made excessively are called impulsive buying. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of hedonic motivation on impulsive buying among female students using the TikTok shop platform in Padang City. This research uses quantitative methods with a correlational quantitative design. The population in this research is female students in Padang City. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique with a total of 174 people. This research instrument is a hedonic motivation scale based on aspects from (López et al., 2016) and uses the impulsive buying scale used from (Juswan, 2022). The results of the analysis using simple linear regression data analysis obtained a correlation coefficient (R) = 0.832 with a significant value of 0.000 (P<0.05) and an influence of 69.2%, meaning that there is a significant positive influence of hedonic motivation on impulsive buying. female student using the TikTok Shop Platform.

Jean-Paul Sartre is a famous figure in the fields of philoshophy and literature, considered one of the parents of contemporary existentialism. Existentialism is a philosophical school which argues that all phenomena originate from existence, or the existence of something. Existentialism is a protest against the concept of “logic” and “nature” which were emphasized in the enlightenment period (Enlightenment) in the eighteenth century. Sarte’s existentialist philosophical thought is La Liberte or human freedom. Humans are free, independent. Therefore, he must be free to determine and decide, he acts alone without other people around or with him. This research analyzes Jean-Paul Sartre's views on the theory of existentialism in the film Attack on Titan. This film is related to the theory of existentialism by Jean-Paul Sartre, a philosopher who developed the current of existentialism. By using the research method "library research" with a qualitative approach. The aim of this research is to describe the philosophical views of existentialism and analyze the extent to which the values and concepts in Jean-Paul Sartre's theory can be harmonized with the principles of Islamic teachings. In conclusion, it can be seen that the film "Attack on Titan" effectively reflects Sartre's thoughts about free human existence and responsibility for the world around him. Jean-Paul Sartre's existentialism, although emphasizing personal responsibility and individual freedom, was secular and perhaps not in harmony with religious principles, especially Islam. Some concepts of existentialism, such as the emphasis on absolute freedom, can conflict with the Islamic view which places obedience to Allah as the main principle.

A number of surveys have shown a trend towards radicalism and intolerance, especially in relation to cases of harmony in social life between religious communities. This research aims to foster interfaith dialogue efforts by comparing the messages contained in the Holy Qur'an and Tripitaka as a basis for religious moderation. This research is a library research that uses a descriptive-comparative approach to observe the comparison of values and messages of religious moderation contained in the Qur'an and Tripitaka. The results show that in the implementation of the values in the Tripitaka, Buddhism emphasises the aspect of mysticism. In contrast, Islam in the Qur'an highlights the practical aspects that can be the foundation for living a just, harmonious and peaceful life.

This study aims to determine the correlation between neuroticism and phubbing behavior in students at Padang State University. The type of research is quantitative correlational. Sampling was based on purposive sampling with a total of 270 respondents at Padang State University. The research scale uses the phubbing scale. The phubbing scale developed by Chotpitayasunond and Douglas (2018), namely the Generic Scale of Phubbing (GSP) which has been tested and translated by Isrofin (2020) and Jihan & Rusli (2019), the scale is adapted from the big five inventory scale ( BFI) which has been adapted to language and culture by Ramdhani (2012). The product moment correlation test was carried out to test the research hypothesis. The conclusion of this research is that there is a significant positive relationship between neuroticism and phubbing behavior in Padang State University students.

This research was motivated by the lack of public knowledge regarding the role and participation of Minang ulama against the aggressors during the 1945-1948 revolution. The purpose of the research was to find out how the role of the ulama in spreading the sabil war idiology, convincing readers and listeners to obey the call for sabil war and how the impact of these edicts was received by the people. The urgency of the research is to find out whether the sabil war idiology has been embedded for a long time in the Minang society through the role of the ulama so that the call for sabil war edicts has become important to the community. This research uses the critical historical method, consisting of four stages (1) heuristics as an activity to collect data traces of the past, (2) source criticism, (3) interpretation and (4) historiography as an activity of reconstruction or writing historical studies based on data that has been obtained into a work of history. The results showed that the chain of struggle of the ulama in Minang against the Dutch had started from the historical record of the Padri War period. The dynamics of the ulama's struggle in providing strength against the colonial in Minangkabau reached its accumulation point with the issuance of the ulama's decision on 27 July 1947, resulting in a call for jihad in sabil war. Through the call and invitation of the ulama, the war was sacred and sanctified. With the spread of the sabil war idiology, the ulama played a role in trying to arouse the spirit of the people.

Corruption has long been a serious problem in Indonesia. To fight corruption and enforce the law, the government has issued several regulations governing remission of corruptors. Two regulations that have had a significant impact in this regard are Presidential Regulation Number 99 of 2012 and Minister of Law and Human Rights Regulation Number 7 of 2022. To combat rampant corruption, the government has taken various steps, one of which is by implementing remission rules for corruptors. In this context, a comparative analysis between two important regulations is very relevant, namely Presidential Regulation Number 99 of 2012 and Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights Number 7 of 2022 concerning Rules or Provisions for Remission of Corruptors in Indonesia. Through an objective and critical approach, this journal will present a comprehensive analysis regarding the comparison between the two regulations. In analyzing it, we will look at important aspects such as the criteria for remission recipients, the requirements that must be met, as well as the social and legal impacts of implementing these regulations. This study uses a normative juridical approach, which examines the problem based on the applicable laws and regulations regarding the rules or conditions for remission of corruptors in Indonesia. Increasing these conditions aims to provide stricter sanctions against perpetrators of corruption. This latest regulation provides stricter and stricter sanctions against corruptors, with additional requirements such as payment of fines and compensation, as well as recovery of assets obtained illegally. This is expected to provide a deterrent effect on perpetrators of corruption and strengthen law enforcement in Indonesia.

A long time ago, some cultures had social hierarchies that placed women on a lower level than men. They often have limited access to education and are rarely involved in political affairs or important decisions in society. However, with the advent of Islam, great attention was paid to women and they were given high dignity. In Islam, women are considered partners for men in carrying out the responsibilities of life. Allah affirms that women are men's companions in carrying out the role of caliph in this world. The purpose of this paper is to explore the rights and status of women in modern society, as well as to counter traditional ideas that are still influential from past cultures, both in the social, cultural, and political spheres. Thus, this study includes an analysis of the position and rights of women according to an Islamic perspective.
