In the context of the misdemeanor era, promoting the governance of misdemeanors should focus on governance from the governance end, breaking away from the simple thinking of only discussing crimes and post-punishment. The so-called governance refers to the full-process prevention and control of misdemeanors through the construction of a multi-subject co-governance system, and the improvement of the execution connection. This is also the objective requirement of the new eras source governance. However, there are still certain difficulties in the promotion of misdemeanor governance, mainly manifested in the imperfect mechanism for establishing offenses, insufficient use of non-custodial punishment methods, and the continued existence of overly strict criminal ancillary consequences, indicating problems of excessive emphasis on punishment and insufficient governance thinking. In response to these issues, it is necessary at this stage to construct a funnel-shaped mechanism for establishing offenses, improve the governance system of light crimes, light penalties, change overly strict criminal ancillary consequences to enhance the modernization level of misdemeanor governance, and establish a more reasonable plea governance system.

The Hawthorne Experiment, proposed by Hawthorne, demonstrated the impact of observers on human behavior, known as the observer effect. Subsequent research on this effect has emerged in numerous forms and conducted analyses from both positive and negative aspects. These investigations suggest that the observers impact may be either positive or negative and needs to be eliminated. Beyond its initial grounding in psychological research, the influence of observers spans across various fields, signifying its pivotal importance. This paper explores how different observation positions and methods can yield varying impacts on peoples behavior. It aims to investigate how individuals behavior changes under diverse observation scenarios, such as with the mere presence of observers, having potential concerns of privacy infringement, and other contributing factors. The experiment records completion times and task performance for analysis. The studys findings support the assertion that diverse observation positions and methods can lead to entirely different positive or negative influences. Potential limitations and future prospects are also outlined in this paper.

In recent years, the number of children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) has increased. This not only affects the level and quality of life of children and families, but also brings trouble to the whole society. Therefore, it is necessary to review history of the research of autism, sort out the literature on rehabilitation interventions for autistic children in China and abroad in the past decade, put forward the problems existing in current autism research, and summarize representative intervention methods. The results show that: there are three major problems in the current research on autistic children with autism spectrum disorders: the research methods need to be further enriched, the number of research objects needs to be increased, and the practice and application of research technology need to be strengthened. The construction of family needs and support system, the use of music therapy, and the intervention of virtual reality technology can effectively help autistic children with autism. Finally, by carefully reflecting on the existing intervention methods and effects of autistic children with autism spectrum disorders, the present study provides feasible suggestions to promote the rehabilitation of autistic children in China to a new level.

Artificers Record is an important part of the Confucian classic Zhou Li and the earliest extant Chinese document on handicraft technology. It encompasses various categories and has a wide range of disciplines, especially rich in design and artistic thoughts. Currently, there is an incomplete condensation and generalization of the design theory of this book, and a lack of research on the linkage between Chinese and Western, ancient and modern design history. Through consulting Artificers Record and a large number of literature, this paper summarizes three fundamental design concepts that run through the entire book: Following Nature, Using Fine Materials and Skilled Craftsmanship, and People Oriented. Finally, combining with the current status of industrial design and exemplifying some mainstream design concepts, this paper explores and reflects on the deep-level resonance of thought consciousness spanning millennia.

Online communities provide a place that facilitates netizens to share their thoughts and ideas freely and swiftly with the speed of a click; this is relatively free and more convenient compared to traditional methods of socialisation. However, the online world can still reflect the traditional community to some extent. Especially with gender-related topics, women are the most often recipients of cyber shaming. This essay will explore the topic of gender-based double standards both online and offline, focusing on cyber shaming received pertaining to women's outfit choices. The essay argues that the cyber shaming of women's outfit choices is not just a matter of individual taste or preference but is rooted in deeply ingrained gender stereotypes and expectations that constrain women's freedom of expression and limit their opportunities for self-determination. This essay will use qualitative and quantitative research methods to investigate the impact of outfits on criticism directed at women and the implications of gender-based double standards. By shedding light on the gender-based double standards that underpin cyber shaming, the essay aims to raise awareness and promote a more equitable and inclusive online culture that values diversity, respect, and empowerment for all. Moreover, this essay demonstrates that online cyberbullying can cause significant consequences in the offline world; some can even cost lives. There is also a need for progressive changes in criminal and privacy law that promote gender equity and prevent cyber-SV against EYW. The implications of these results for academics and practitioners are discussed, and directions for future research are outlined. Throughout the conducted research on three designed inquiry questions, this study concluded with three key findings: Outfit-based content manifests judgments and criticism in the comment to be harsher for women; the impact of cyberbullying on emerging young women is greater than at other ages; and women to some extent have aggravated the effect of the misogyny complex.
