In today's era of globalisation, East Asian popular culture has increasingly become an international craze that has garnered soft power disclosure for China, Japan, and Korea. Among them, Japan was the earliest to wield cultural soft power to gain significant benefits, namely through its anime industry, setting the example for China and Korea. Not only did Japan accumulate huge economic benefits through anime, but the soft power it gained through culture dissemination critically allowed Japan to reshape its national image in the western world and even across Asia,, where Japanese wartime aggression had remained an unsolved political issue over decades. This paper hopes to study the emergence, development and reception of Japanese anime and its impact on Japans international soft power disclosure, serving as a model for the current development of other East Asian popular cultures.

The current landscape of methodological research on the pedagogical efficacy of English education is marked by a notable lacuna in the field of internationalized education, the importance of English education has become increasingly prominent, notwithstanding the manifold challenges and opportunities engendered by globalization and internationalization. This paper endeavors to delineate strategies aimed at augmenting the potency of English instruction within the milieu of educational internationalization. Predominant issues in contemporary English education encompass insufficient educational resources, mismatched quality between teachers and students, the impact of exam-oriented education, and the economic conditions of students. Building upon this premise, this paper undertakes a systematic review of extant literature while expounding upon the effectiveness of various methodologies employed in English language instruction. Recommendations are proffered for optimizing resource allocation, enhancing teacher proficiency, overhauling educational infrastructure, and furnishing comprehensive support to students with an overarching objective to furnish novel paradigms and trajectories for prospective researchers in cognate domains to explore untapped potentialities and contribute towards furthering advancements in English education.

In times when social media is the main way of communicating public discourse, especially on environmental issues, this study looks into the different types of social media accounts that affect public perception and interaction. The research examines this phenomenon against the backdrop of Japan's decision to release nuclear wastewater into the Pacific Ocean. It is about the interactions and emotional impacts of official and influencer accounts on Chinese social media platforms. The research uses a combination of a user survey, interaction data analysis, and case studies to get the patterns of user engagement and trust levels linked with each account type. The outcomes show that influencers usually involve users in a deeper way because of the personalization and emotional connection; thus, they are more likely to change their opinion. On the other hand, the official accounts, although reliable, do not usually provoke a strong emotional response because they are very formal and institutional in their communication style. News platforms are a compromise between being trustworthy and stabilizing public opinion by providing real and balanced information. Research demonstrates that the type of social media account greatly influences public engagement and discussion; therefore, tailoring strategic communication approaches to each account's strengths is crucial for effectively managing public opinion during environmental crises.

As economic and cultural exchanges between countries around the world become more and more frequent, mastering cross-cultural communication skills becomes more and more important. The cultivation of students' intercultural communicative competence has received wide attention in Chinese education. Although there is more and more domestic research on the cultivation of students' intercultural communicative competence, the teaching practice of intercultural communicative competence is still insufficient due to the influence of practical factors. This paper analyzes the dilemmas encountered in the teaching of cultivating students' intercultural communicative competence. Through the analysis, it is concluded that the obstacles encountered in the practice of cultivating intercultural communicative competence are mainly affected by the teaching concept, teaching methods, the lack of an atmosphere for English learning, and the single teaching material. Based on this, the paper puts forward the suggestions of updating educational concepts, teachers integrating multiple teaching methods, and teachers interspersing different cultures through vocabulary teaching.

Pathological gambling, or gambling disorder, was more familiar as gambling addiction in Chinese society, which is considered to bring enormous damage to both individuals psychological health and social economic improvement, features as a serious of error cognition with behavior dysfunctions in the past 12 months according to a DSM-V standard. Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), as one of the four main psychotherapies, plays a suitable role in helping patients adjust to both cognition and behavior imbalance induced by gambling addiction. However, it still leads to a huge gap in how it developed in China compared with the broader application and its effectiveness study of CPT in gambling addiction from foreign countries. In this paper, the localization of CBT in treating addictive gambling is summarized in social burden to show its urgent need, with related problems pointed out, such as shortage of qualified therapists, lack of mature cohort study design with poor usage, unbalanced target population spread with ignored problem severity.

The film "Little Red Flowers" reflects the drawbacks of educational management in the last century. By analyzing the underlying behavioral intervention techniques and educational approaches of teachers depicted in the film, this paper aims to reflect on the theories and practices of intervention techniques in the context of modern education. It explores more appropriate methods to help students lay a foundation for holistic development. The analysis is conducted from two perspectives: the lack of "reason" and the lack of "love." This paper examines the means and issues of teachers' behavioral intervention techniques, pointing out the harm caused to students' physical and mental health by education under egoistic and authoritarian contexts. "The essence of education is a tree shaking another tree, a cloud pushing another cloud, a soul awakening another soul." Education should not be superficially appealing; through the analysis of intervention techniques, this paper aims to provide new insights for their correct use and for promoting students' healthy development.

As a popular sport, basketball has been widely promoted and accepted in major universities across China, garnering broad support from both students and faculty. With its increasing incorporation into university physical education programs, the impact of basketball on students physical fitness and athletic abilities has become more pronounced. In the context of current educational reforms, physical education teachers in universities must continually optimize their teaching methods and approaches to establish a solid foundation for the physical and mental development of students. This article discusses four main areas: the current state of physical education, the significance of basketball in physical education, practical application strategies for basketball in physical education, and the effectiveness evaluation of basketball in physical education. It also proposes corresponding solutions to the identified issues.

Public policy is a public action plan, program and guideline formulated by the public authority of society, such as the government, in order to achieve social goals and solve social problems. It plays a pervasive role in the process of legal operation and has a far-reaching impact on legislation, justice or law enforcement. While the objective necessity and reasonableness of this impact should be recognized, the possible negative impact of public policy in the operation of the law should not be overlooked, and public policy should be prevented from impacting and weakening the authority of the law, and from distorting or replacing the function of the law by public policy. Therefore, it is necessary to rationally position the interrelationship between public policy and law, and strive to make public policy play a guiding role in the formulation and implementation of law. The realization of this rational positioning is mainly accomplished through the legalization, democratization and scientification of public policy.

Given the growing popularity of mental health, an increasing number of individuals are seeking methods to prioritize techniques and interventions that may improve mental well-being. Mindfulness-based therapies are considered one of the most effective ways in this context. This research analyses the influence of mindfulness-based therapies (MBTs) on individual mental health, emphasizing the efficacy of MBTs in decreasing psychological disorders and enhancing emotional control in different populations. There are two major investigations will be examined in detail: one focusing on teachers and the other on upper primary school children. It demonstrates the significant and immediate impact of MBTs, including mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) and mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT). Furthermore, this study highlights the existence of research deficiencies, including the requirement for longitudinal studies to evaluate the long-term function of MBTs. The results emphasize the broad applicability and effectiveness of MBTs in many educational and professional contexts and recommend for broader adoption of MBTs to enhance mental health.

Based on the theory of "embedding structure", that is, "promoting the integration of various ethnic groups, fully considering the actual situation of different ethnic groups and regions, giving priority to the layout planning of urban and rural construction and the allocation of public service resources, improving measures and policies, creating an environmental atmosphere, and gradually realizing all-round embedding of all ethnic groups in spatial, cultural, economic, social, psychological and other aspects", to change the friendly community between China and South Korea. This paper analyzes how to improve and improve the mutual embeddedness of multi-ethnic and multi-ethnic friendly communities, so as to improve residents' life experience and participation awareness, and designs a friendly community system under the mutual embedding structure from multiple perspectives and directions such as culture, life and psychology. In view of the problems of language communication difficulties, imperfect service facilities, and mixed population attributes, this paper adopts the methods of constructing international standards and installing sustainable green recycling devices from the perspectives of social community organizations, governments, and individuals.
