Under the tide of information globalization, short video has been warmly sought after by netizens from all over the world for its characteristics of integrating image, music, sound, picture and other expression techniques. Short video social media, represented by YouTube, not only opens up a new way for cross-cultural communication, but also puts forward new challenges and requirements on how to tell Chinese stories well. As a unique cultural symbol, food can effectively break the barriers of cross-cultural communication, so that audiences from different cultural backgrounds can resonate. Chinese we-media short video creators show the color, aroma and taste of food from multiple angles, drawing a seductive map of Chinese food for netizens, so that audiences around the world can appreciate the charm of Chinese food. This paper uses the literature research method and case analysis method to study the communication of Chinese food culture on YouTube, hoping to explore the narrative characteristics, narrative commonalities, strategy effectiveness and external narrative effects of Chinese food culture communication, and actively promote the external communication of culture. The research results show that the influence of publishers must affect the popularity of videos to some extent, and short videos with high-quality content that emphasize the universal value of culture and emotion and convey positive emotions can improve the effect of international communication.

Economic disparity poses significant risks to personal well-being and social cohesion, both of which are pivotal global concerns. This research utilizes both personal and aggregate financial status methods to investigate the association between economic disparity and psychological health. Through a comprehensive analysis of current literature and case studies, the study identifies how variations in wealth distribution contribute to a range of mental health issues, including stress, anxiety, and depression. Furthermore, it highlights how economic disparity exacerbates social divisions and undermines community ties. The findings underscore the complex relationship between economic status and psychological health outcomes, emphasizing the social consequences of persistent disparities. This research adopts both qualitative and quantitative methodologies to focus on the negative impacts of economic disparity. The urgent need for policy interventions is stressed to mitigate its effects. The conclusion advocates for a multidimensional approach to address the root causes of disparity, such as policy, educational, and volunteer groups, suggesting that such efforts could significantly promote greater social harmony and improve psychological health outcomes.

Nowadays, many students feel anxiety and even have strong resistance to English learning. This anxiety not only makes them afraid of English learning, leads to a decline in academic performance, but also hurts their physical and mental health. In addition, this kind of learning anxiety also extends to students' interpersonal skills. Some scholars believe that two main factors cause anxiety: factors related to the learner's personality, such as the strength of the learner's self-esteem, the degree of psychological tolerance, the clarity of self-definition, etc.; factors related to the learner's outside world, such as, if a learner does not have a sense of identity with the surrounding learners, the degree of anxiety is often Very high; the form and content of communication between teachers and learners may induce learners' anxiety. In response to the above problems, this article is committed to widely collecting papers and monographs on the application of game teaching methods in English education at home and abroad through in-depth literature analysis, and carefully read the relevant research results. The purpose is to build a practical game teaching strategy to help Chinese students improve their self-confidence, so as to effectively reduce their anxiety about English learning. Based on this research goal, this article will carry out systematic writing to provide valuable reference for the innovation of English education.

In the realm of foreign language acquisition, vocabulary is often recognized as the cornerstone of communicative competence. The complexity and diversity of English vocabulary present a formidable challenge to learners, particularly in non-English speaking contexts. Traditional vocabulary teaching methods have been criticized for their limited effectiveness, prompting a need for innovative approaches that address the multifaceted nature of vocabulary learning. Moreover, the cognitive processes underlying vocabulary acquisition and the role of learner autonomy in this process have become focal points in contemporary language pedagogy. This study aims to explore and analyze the challenges and opportunities in English vocabulary teaching, especially within the context of higher education in China. By comprehensively reviewing the research findings of some scholars, this paper reveals the multi-dimensional approaches and teaching strategies for English vocabulary acquisition. The study points out that vocabulary teaching should transcend the traditional model of separating grammar and vocabulary, and achieve an organic integration of vocabulary and grammar through morphological methods, metacognitive strategy training, and the application of the connectionist theory, thereby promoting the comprehensive improvement of students language abilities. In addition, this paper also emphasizes the application of corpora in English vocabulary teaching and the insights of cognitive linguistics for vocabulary instruction, proposing a novel vocabulary teaching model based on the theory of lexical chunks. The research results indicate that by comprehensively applying a variety of teaching methods and strategies, it is possible to significantly enhance students vocabulary memory, comprehension, and application abilities, thereby improving the overall effectiveness of English teaching.

Teenagers are more likely to experience anxiety, which affects their general well-being, academic achievement, and social skills. Anxiety can be characterised by tension, uneasiness, and bodily manifestations like panic attacks and insomnia. This study investigates how parents emotion stability, family economic position, and parenting methods affect teenage anxiety. According to research, understanding and supporting parents greatly lowers childrens anxiety levels, whereas having strict or overly protective parents raises them. Furthermore, self-esteem and self-concept significantly influence social anxiety. Gender differences are evident, as females typically experience higher anxiety than males. The implication of the results is that there should be a focus on anxiety among adolescent females. The study suggestss promoting positive parent-child communication, encouraging adolescents to develop hobbies and engage in social interactions, and ensuring parents maintain emotional stability. Although the study primarily uses self-reported data, highlighting the strong impact of family dynamics on adolescent anxiety, it suggests the necessity for more varied research methods and larger sample sizes in future research.

In recent years, emotional observation reality shows have seen explosive growth, and these programmes not only focus on emotional topics such as love and marriage, but also involve family relationships, intergenerational communication and other dimensions, providing viewers with a rich observation perspective. The factors that influence the emotional consumption patterns of such programmes include narrative structure, guest selection, programme content, and the audience itself. Against the background of ubiquitous consumerist forms and selections, appropriate emotional consumption pushes audiences to satisfy their emotional needs and realise their self-worth, and also creates a benign interactive space in society, while excessive emotional consumption leads to psychological distortion of the audience, which in turn produces adverse effects. This paper will analyse the emotional consumption mode of emotional observation reality TV shows to enlighten the public with a multi-dimensional perspective to think about and eliminate the operation mechanism of emotional consumption and the creative boundaries of variety shows.

On the occasion of a valuation adjustment mechanism, the main conflict of profit occurs between the shareholders of the repurchasable shares and the creditors of the target company. Since the introduction of the Minutes of the national courts' civil and commercial trial work conference (Minutes), the academic debate on the valuation adjustment mechanism has centred on the enforceability of the share repurchase clause therein. If the dispute is dealt with according to the literal meaning of Article 5(2) of the Minutes, it is not only detrimental to the maintenance of transaction security, but also systematically in conflict with Article 579 of the Civil Code of the Peoples Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as Civil Code) systematically. Therefore, by means of systemic interpretation, Article 5(2) of the Minutes can be limited to the case of insufficient distributable profits in order to achieve the harmonisation of the normative system.
