Based on the need to implement the “1+X” system, this article explored the reform and practice of the “course-post-certificate” integrated teaching system for software application courses. Drawing on the CBE competency-based education model, this article analyzed the current problems in software application courses, and proposed reform strategies based on problem-oriented teaching model innovation, curriculum-position alignment, and curriculum-certification integration. Taking the BIM technology course as an example, the implementation plan and effectiveness of the reform were demonstrated in two aspects: Modularization content design and matching learning conditions with job and certificate requirements. Practice has proved the better effect: the acquisition rate of “1+X” BIM certificate has increased from 78% to over 90%, and the passing rate has been greatly improved, which has been widely praised.

Under the background of “quality improvement and excellent cultivation”, the talent training mode of higher vocational colleges has aroused the attention of the society. As the key specialty of many higher vocational colleges, the construction specialty can explore a new professional and technical talent training mode through the implementation of “dual-mode dual-track” talent training mode, and promote the further development of the construction industry. By analyzing the reasons for the reform, this paper draws the reform strategy, hoping to promote the long-term development of higher vocational colleges.

Private independent colleges and universities shoulder the responsibility of training application-oriented talents. Teaching atmosphere, learning atmosphere, research atmosphere is not only related to the quality of talent training and the level of school running, but also related to the healthy development of independent colleges and universities themselves. This paper analyzes and discusses the core connotation and index system of the school spirit construction of China’s private independent colleges and universities: using the method of literature, investigation and research, inclusion and summary and logical analysis, strengthening the construction of the study style, advocating scientific research, and constructing three-dimensional figures of “finding problems, analyzing problems, and solving problems”. Taking nanjing tech university pujiang institute as the research object, this paper puts forward some ideas and countermeasures to strengthen the construction of school spirit. It provides some theoretical and practical guidance for the evaluation system of campus atmosphere construction of private independent colleges in China.

Currently, it has become increasingly common for individuals engaged in social work to pursue a Master’s degree as part of their professional development. Following the qualitative research approach of grounded theory, this study conducted in-depth interviews with six graduate students majoring in education from local universities and performed a three-level coding analysis on the collected data. The motivations behind social candidates’ pursuit of a Master’s degree are primarily driven by material needs, spiritual aspirations, and other factors. Drawing upon the human capital theory, this study examines the investment decision-making behavior of this particular cohort. The decision mechanism underlying this behavior is as follows: the anticipated income level associated with a master’s degree surpasses the current income level; the expected return on investment outweighs the investment cost; while human capital investment in graduate school entails minimal risk, its return rate exceeds that of other investments; substantial hidden benefits are derived from investing in human capital. The research findings can serve as a valuable reference for the reform and adjustment of graduate enrollment and training in higher education institutions.

This paper takes non-English majors as the research participants to explore the characteristics of their emotions and attitudes, the influencing factors, their coping strategies, and the impact of the above aspects on their English writing learning during the online English writing assessment. Through conducting semi-structured interviews, the study found that: first, when non-English majors use online English writing assessment, their emotions and attitudes are affected by multiple subjective and objective factors, and are mainly positive; Second, the strategies used by non-English majors are mostly aimed at the lexical and grammatical errors in the text, and cover the skills of English writing; Third, the above aspects have played a certain role in promoting students’ English learning and improving their English learning and application ability.

The goal of cultivating applied talents in colleges and universities is that students not only need to have sufficient theoretical knowledge and professional qualities, but also be able to comprehensively use professional skills to solve practical problems and create economic and social benefits for society. Therefore, in view of the current disconnect between theory and practice in construction engineering education. We should promote innovation in teaching systems and reform of internal operating mechanisms of courses. In the engineering project management course, we designed a real engineering project background, where students play the roles of seven types of participating parties and manage them independently to complete the main engineering activities from the project decision-making stage to the implementation stage. The result is that we have fundamentally subverted the previous pure case-based teaching with unclear goals.

Vocational education curriculum is being reformed nationwide less than compulsory education. It sources from demonstrating college construction in higher vocational education, and imports design-oriented curriculum idea from German. To teachers, it is necessary to reconstruct their rights to utterance.
