The learning objects and the instructional design have begun to position themselves as important support elements in the teaching of the chair, as well as in the mobility of the students, since through an adequate design it is possible to contribute to a good preparation of the student. which will finally improve the acquisition of a second language by having access to a stay abroad. Objectives, methodology: Identify the importance of the learning object in the design of tools that allow the student to have virtual access while in mobility. An exploratory methodology with questionnaires was applied. Contribution: This document contains the advances of an investigation that is currently being carried out at the Fidel Velázquez Technological University. The purpose of this study is to prove that instructional design is a very important element to support students aspiring to a mobility scholarship or who are already in the process of mobility by contrasting with the opinions of students who have already concluded said process. Although there are advances in the current context in design and the application of instructional design, such a resource has not yet been exploited as such in student mobility and an excellent means should be the application in the classroom from the first courses for the student in the classroom, which will also allow the acquisition of a second language to be successful.

Globalization seemed to become the enemy to defeat. For decades some authors have observed a phenomenon that devours everything in its path, destroying identity. However, there is a counterpart, one that has caused many communities or researchers decide traditions or document certain elements of their daily lives with the certainty that his eyes back to the local, encourages and protects the collective memory. The following paper discloses how by using photography and direct observation was possible to document the elements of the cultural landscape in two local cemeteries, whose habits, customs and architecture are completely different. The importance of this study is how the apprehension of these elements can recognize the construction of collective memories of the groups of mourners, mourning processes which were impacted by what lies in both scenarios.

An old custom viceregal dictates that in the large houses should always be a place dedicated to God. Going back a little in the history we find that Sucre was known for being a Catholic city par excellence. In the city of Sucre, a large part of its houses had a private chapel decorated with magnificent works of art in gold and silver, under the slogan "the best for God". Families chuquisaquenas wished to have the Blessed Sacrament present in their homes and this was achieved through a handout to the Vatican, who granted permission, as also to celebrate masses in their chapels and Oratories individuals, except in the days of precept.

The central objective of this study is to investigate the effect of the population growth in the Toluca Valley in the maintenance of indigenous languages. The hypothesis of this paper is to analyze how the rapid growth of Toluca Valley along with the industrialization and urbanization processes have accelerated the vanishing of indigenous languages at an alarming rate; however, growth, in particular, does not correspond to the increase in the number of speakers of indigenous languages in the region. Through a historical and linguistic approach in the municipalities: Toluca, Metepec, Zinacantepec, Lerma and San Mateo Atenco, the diminishing and endangered path of indigenous languages (nahuatl, mazahua y otomi) is portrayed. The analysis period considered for the analysis runs from 1990 to 2010. Finally, the hypothesis is tested and accepted: The growth rate of the Toluca Valley has an inverse relationship with the maintenance of indigenous languages and development in the region. Therefore, some linguistic policies are proposed in order to maintain and enrich the linguistic and cultural development of those indigenous linguistic communities in the region.

This article presents an Interactive Book of Tlaxcala History, the project is based on the importance of culture focus on the general public, starting from a feasibility study and a survey of knowledge about Tlaxcala history. The interactive book shows the History of Tlaxcala of a digital and dynamic way. This project is based on the book ―Tlaxcala in the sixteenth century‖ of Gibson (1991). The book contains 3D scenarios of the architectural structures of three manors of ancient Tlaxcala: Ocotelulco, Tepeticpac and Tizatlán, furthermore the ex-convent of San Francisco, which is a religious building of the colonial time. The virtual scenarios are presented as videos and they allow for the reader to visualize the constructions done at that time. The book contains representative images and text. In addition, the project incorporates memory games and quizzes. Finally, the book use the page flip effect (turn the page) which is an excellent resource for a dynamic reading
