THE ROLE OF THE NATIONAL REPERTOIRE IN TRAINING CHINESE PIANO STUDENTS 民族曲目在培养中国钢琴学生中的作用

The article raises the question of the use of musical opuses by Chinese composers in training future pianists and piano teachers within the framework of the higher education system of the People’s Republic of China. The relevance of introducing piano works by national composers into the educational repertoire of Chinese universities is considered. Teaching students based only on foreign material does not contribute to the growth of national consciousness and cultural identity. Future teachers should be well aware of their own roots and the musical heritage of their native country. Several practical recommendations are offered regarding the compilation of the educational repertoire and methodology for studying piano works by Chinese composers in Chinese universities.

THE FEATURES OF UNDERSTANDING OF WAR AND ESCHATOLOGICAL MOTIVES IN “THE CHRONICLE OF THE CONQUEST OF KAZAN” 征服喀山记》中对战争和末世论动机的理解特点

The article is devoted to the analysis of “The Chronicle of the Conquest of Kazan” of the 17th century, a document that, while not having a historical value, reflects the religious and ideological ideas of the era. The text of the Chronicle allows us to judge the attitude towards war in the context of the Christian worldview, as well as eschatological concepts within the framework of universal and individual eschatology. Attitudes towards war and questions about the end of the world and the end of life are interrelated in the Chronicle. The historical event, the conquest of Kazan in 1552, becomes a background for the expression of certain ideas – about war as God’s instrument, about the religious, Christian context of that battle, about death on the battlefield as martyrdom, about the meaning of conquest in the Christianisation of the “misguided” territory. The article shows that both eschatology and the discourse about war have an optimistic connotation in the Chronicle, the conquests of Tsar Ivan are evaluated in the Chronicle as the fulfillment of God’s work, as the spread of the gospel. The relationship between “The Chronicle of the Conquest of Kazan” and the “Memory and Praise to Prince Vladimir” panegyric is also shown.

Critical thinking is considered in modern methodological science as one of the main factors influencing the effectiveness of learning. The paper is aimed at conceptualising the “critical thinking” concept in the outline of the educational process and at systematising numerous recommendations for teachers to improve students’ thinking skills.

POSSIBLE SCENARIOS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF MASTER’S DEGREE PROGRAMMES IN TERMS OF THE EDUCATION QUALITY ASSESSMENT 从教育质量评估的角度看硕士学位课程发展的可能方案

Specialists capable of complex multidimensional assessment are in demand in the education system. The authors of the paper explore the potential of Master’s degree programmes in terms of the education quality assessment. The research methods are: deduction and comparative logical analysis. The paper presents the empirical data on the current state of the designated profile of Master’s programmes in the context of their content specifics and goal-setting. The sample consisted of 12 Master’s degree programmes from 10 universities of the Russian Federation. The costs of the target components of Master’s degree programmes in the field of quality assessment are identified; the ways of updating the target components are indicated taking into account professional standards. The intersections in the disciplines of “pedagogical” and “non-pedagogical” Master’s programmes in terms of quality assessment are identified and interpreted. Arguments are put forward for adjusting the content of programmes taking into account the labour functions established by professional standards in the field of education. Three scenarios for the development of Master’s degree programmes in terms of quality assessment are proposed in the interests of general education: the scenario of the applied Master’s degree, the scenario of the academic Master’s degree, and the scenario of convergence.

The article presents the results of analytical and experimental work on teacher training in the context of reforming domestic higher education. Possible solutions to the problems of additional education aimed at developing new competencies of a modern teacher are formulated. The main directions for creating a special educational environment on the basis of educational clusters are identified. The authors update the problems whose solution will optimise teachers’ training for work in new sociocultural conditions.

The article reveals the role and advantages of a foreign language conversation club as an extracurricular form of educational activity and as a way to form students’ self-identity at a linguistics university. The authors examine the concept of self-identity and its components, as well as their implementation using the case of French-language films. The conclusion is made about the advantages of this method of educational activity, which allows students to determine their public position, join a certain cognitive, cultural, psychological and social (including professional) community.

THE INFLUENCE OF STRESSFUL SITUATIONS ON HUMAN HEALTH 压力环境对人类健康的影响

This article focuses on the multifaceted phenomenon of stress and explores its complex interaction with human health in physiological, psychological and sociocultural aspects. The article explores the biopsychosocial aspects of stress, elucidating its complex dynamics and far-reaching consequences. Central to this is an in-depth analysis of physiological responses to stress, encompassing the immune, cardiovascular and endocrine systems, and how chronic stress dysregulates these vital processes. The psychological consequences of stress are examined with emphasis on its role in causing such conditions as anxiety, depression, sleep disorders and emotional burnout, and are complemented by real life examples. The societal relevance of this research is highlighted, and emphasis is placed on how the knowledge gained can contribute to public health initiatives and inform of individual coping strategies.
