The distribution system is divided into primary and secondary distribution networks. The primary distribution network is the network from the main substation transformer (GI) to the distribution substation, while the secondary is the channel network from the distribution substation transformer to the consumer or load. The primary distribution network is better known as the medium voltage network (JTM 20kV) while the secondary distribution is the low voltage network (JTR 220/380V). The distribution network is the part of the electric power system that is closest to customers or loads compared to the transmission network. Currently, network electricity conditions throughout Indonesia are experiencing a decline of 5% which is due to various factors such as the medium-scale diameter of the conductors used, so at the farthest SR the value of overvoltage is 10%, the allowable voltage drop and must anticipate an increase in electrical load of 22.7 %, the placement of the transformer is not optimal and the distance the electrical energy travels from the transformer to the load is not paid enough attention so that the capacity of a transformer is not optimal and the voltage drop is also greater. Given these conditions, re-evaluation and planning is needed that takes into account planning criteria such as allowable voltage drops and continuity of electricity services so that optimization of the network used can emerge.

This research aims to solve problems in the process of feeding broiler chickens on increasing the skills of chicken farmers. The mentoring activities carried out include assisting chicken farmers in using production technology assistance and demonstrating if there is damage or errors in operating Manual Material Handling (MMH) tools or difficulties in managing the website. The results of this research are: 1) 90% respondents understand how to operate Manual Material Handling tools; 2) 90% respondents understand the components of Manual Material Handling; 3) 95% of respondents strongly agree with the material duration in operating manual material handling; 3) 95% participant evaluation results after participating in training for the category of using MMH to Help Broiler Chicken Production answered strongly agree.

Forestry-based ecotourism has the potential to become a leading sector in the tourism industry. This research aims to map potential attractions, amenities, and regional accessibility of the Rainforest Lodges Kedah ecotourism area in Gayo Regency Lues Aceh Province. The area has unique natural resources, including beautiful flora and fauna, clear river flow, and tourist activities such as nature viewing, facilities, research/education, and sports. The area can accommodate up to 1,642 people per day. The research explores how the Contingency and Motivation Leadership Model affects Ambon City Ministry of Religious Affairs Office employee performance. This research examines how contingency leadership affects Ambon City Ministry of Religious Affairs Office staff performance. Quantitative data analysis of 32 study participants using regression analysis. In the Ambon City Ministry of Religious Affairs Office employee performance, the partial contingency leadership approach had no meaningful influence. Employee success in the Ambon City Ministry of Religious Affairs Office depends on motivation. The contingency and motivating leadership styles affect Ambon City Ministry of Religious Affairs Office workers' performance.

The research investigates management of local broadcast production and P3SPS (Broadcasting Code of Conduct and Broadcast Program Standards) enforcement by Indosiar TV. Four stakeholders were interviewed: Indosiar TV Ambon representatives, KPID [Regional Indonesian Broadcasting Commission] Maluku Chairperson, P3SPS Department, and community members. Primary data collected through interviews and documentation; secondary sources included web, social media, books, and journals. Research process involved pre-research media observation, field research, data categorization, and objective conclusions. Aimed at benefiting the community by preventing policy duplication and aiding grassroots execution in broadcasting.

Madrasahs have a strategic role in nation building. Madrasah is still considered number two because the implementation of madrasah still faces major problems such as management problems and low quality of madrasah education. In its development, there were two momentums for the existence of madrasahs, namely SKB 3 ministers 1975 which became the beginning of a recognition of madrasah as an Islamic educational institution equivalent to general education. National Education System Law Number 2/1989 which makes madrasah not only an educational institution equivalent to the public, but also madrasah is recognized as a public school. The emergence of SKB 3 ministers is considered a positive step for improving the quality of madrasahs. the value of the diploma and the curriculum. The development of the madrasah curriculum is inseparable from the beginning of converting to Islam and its development since the pre-independence era until now. Broadly speaking, the madrasah curriculum is divided into three periods, namely: the madrasah curriculum before independence, the madrasah curriculum after independence, the madrasah curriculum after independence. The curriculum in its transformation undergoes changes for education in the future and develops in accordance with the needs and developments of the times until it can become the curriculum it is today. With the curriculum, learning is more structured and directed.

This research uses research methodology of library research data through documents or literature materials in the form of books, magazines, historical stories, etc. The result of this study is that the components in the Islamic education system are very diverse ranging from goals, educators, learners, methods, materials and educational environments. Islamic education requires these components in supporting the learning process and each component is interrelated with each other.

Love of the homeland is a very subtle and deep feeling in the human heart with which love of the homeland arises from true faith so as to cause the feeling to sacrifice for the glory of the motherland. The study of the concept of this discussion aims to foster a deep feeling of love for the homeland for a Muslim because it has been taught in the Qur'an. This research uses literature method with qualitative approach. The results showed that Islam has taught its adherents to love their homeland with the sources of evidence contained in the Qur'an. It can be said that Islam is a teaching that cares for the homeland so that its adherents must sacrifice and care for their homeland.

There are so many who understand the meaning of Education, see in terms of language, universally and philosophically, even religion also interprets its own Education and interprets various kinds of words that can be described. This study aims to explore the meaning of religious education based on Islamic Education. This research uses qualitative methods through the views of religionists who understand the meaning of education. The results showed the understanding of Tarbiyah in Islamic Education, the content and scope of Islamic Education, the tasks and functions of Islamic Education, the methods and processes of Islamic Education. This finding shows the importance of recognizing the meaning of education in the Islamic Education system. This research has implications for humans who carry out education divinely, rububiyah, and uluhiyah based on the Qur'an and hadith.

This tarbawi hadith arises because of social and scientific developments that must be able to be grounded in accordance with the needs of the faculty and the community in the field of education. This study aims to discuss the tarbawi hadith as a foundation in providing Islamic education. This research uses library research methodology. Sources taken from several books on tarbawi hadith. The results of this study show that the study of tarbawi hadith is understood critically, logically, actually and contextually so that it can reveal the concept of hidden pearls of education to be used as guidelines that can be developed in learning Islamic education in the modern era. Studies like this are indeed very much expected by Muslims today who care about Islamic social problems, especially in education, so that there will be no harassment of the sunnah of the Prophet SAW.
