In previous works (Tabares Plasencia 2018, 2020, 2021a, 2021b), the importance of legal elements in Spanish literature has been pointed out. This article will mainly offer a sample of verbonominal constructions, together with an analysis of the abundant legal phraseology present in the work of one of the most prolific writers of our literature, Benito Pérez Galdós. Beforehand, however, the author’s relationship with Law, as well as the characteristics of the CORLITES corpus (Corpus of Spanish Literature), will be briefly outlined. This corpus has been compiled with the aim of extracting and analysing, from a diachronic point of view, the legal terminology and phraseology used in Spanish literary texts from the origins of the Spanish language until the first two decades of the 20th century, with a special emphasis on the CORLIGA subcorpus (Corpus of Literature-Galdós).

This work belongs to the research field of Phraseodidactics applied to the teaching of Spanish as a foreign language (ELE). The objectives of our research are: to present a typology proposal for the different phraseological units, to point out what the selection criteria should be to showcase these lexical units in the classroom, to provide basic guidelines for their teaching, and to present a typology of activities based on the strategies of learning that students must develop, together with the temporal phases through which these structures are learned. As conclusions of the research, it is shown that it is necessary to work on three preferential lines: the data dump of the phraseological units found in the Curricular Plan of the Cervantes Institute, the elaboration of their didactic classification, and the creation of didactic units. Likewise, the creation of specific didactic units for learning about this type of lexical units is considered to be an ensuing task.

After the publication of the different studies carried out by Carolina Michaëlis (1902 and 1909), Menéndez Pidal (1914 and 1924), Diego Catalán (1953 and 1977) or Yo Ten Cate (1956), there is not much research concerning the Poema de Alfonso XI (c. 1344-1348). The defective state of the only preserved testimony, characterized by metrical alterations as well as by rhymes that seem to have been modified by the alleged textual «dialectalization», presents difficulties to ensure its linguistic ascription. The most current studies on historical phraseology have contributed to clarify the process of textual construction of the preserved late medieval testimonies; therefore, it seems pertinent to analyze the phraseological units which configure the Poema de Alfonso XI in order to shed light not only on its constitutive process, but also on its linguistic characterization.

Cervantes’s literary work has been the object of study of a wide variety of disciplines, among which Philology undoubtedly stands out. This paper aims to explore the author’s use of what Coseriu called «repeated discourse», namely, phraseology. For this purpose, we will reflect on the use of literary texts as a source of linguistic research, on the typology of the fixed units used in the novel and on the functions that Cervantes assigns to them.

Este trabajo pretende establecer la estructura de El fulgor (1984), del poeta José Ángel Valente. Se abordan diferentes cuestiones teóricas recurrentes en la obra de Valente, tanto ensayística como poética. Estos conceptos determinan la composición y el desarrollo de la obra, concebida como un único poema dividido en fragmentos. Los fragmentos, originados a partir de una unidad inicial, se encaminan hacia su recuperación, mediante un viaje donde convergen movimientos de destrucción y creación, marcado por la memoria de la voz lírica y de su cuerpo y por la inmersión en la materia poética.

Desde los inicios de la gramática como disciplina sistemática en la antigua Grecia se ha planteado la cuestión del tratamiento de los fenómenos singulares en el marco de los paradigmas regulares. Aunque triunfó la idea de que la gramática (y, por tanto, la filología) es una tekhne, se sostuvo asimismo que se trataba de una empeiria, uno de cuyos elementos metodológicos era la observación de lo particular. Este concepto vuelve a surgir en el siglo XIX en el tratamiento del problema de la circularidad tanto en la crítica textual como en la hermenéutica, aunándose con el del carácter del intérprete. Se estudian los acercamientos a la idea de observación filológica en Ptolomeo Peripatético, Schleiermacher, Nietzsche y Giorgio Colli.
