Tenaga Muda Pertanian dan Ketahanan Pangan di Indonesia 印尼农业和粮食安全的年轻力量

Petani berperan dalam pembangunan nasional. Petani juga berperan penting dalam memenuhi kebutuhan pangan masyarakat. Sumber Daya Manusia di sektor pertanian yang mempunyai kualitas yang baik merupakan salah satu faktor penentu kemajuan pembangunan sektor pertanian. Tetapi, pembangunan sektor pertanian di Indonesia menghadapi masalah yang cukup serius, yaitu minimnya generasi muda yang enggan untuk bekerja dalam sektor pertanian. Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis minimnya tenaga kerja usia muda terhadap sektor pertanian sehingga berdampak buruk terhadap ketahanan pangan di Indonesia. Penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif karena berhubungan langsung dengan kehidupan manusia secara fundamental yang bergantung pada observasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa minimnya tenaga kerja usia muda dalam sektor pertanian dikarenakan kurangnya minat dan kepercayaan akan sektor pertanian yang dianggap kurang menjanjikan untuk masa depan. Namun, tenaga muda dalam sektor pertanian sangat dibutuhkan untuk memepertahankan serta memajukan pangan di Indonesia.
农民在国家建设中发挥作用。农民在满足人民的粮食需求方面也发挥了重要作用。质量优良的农业资源是农业部门发展的决定性因素之一。然而,印度尼西亚的农业部门发展正面临一个相当严重的问题,即很少有年轻人不愿在农业部门工作。这篇文章的目的是分析年轻劳动力对农业的缺乏,从而对印尼粮食安全产生不利影响。作者使用定性方法,因为它直接关系到人类的生活,这在观察的基础上是存在的。这项研究的结果表明,由于对农业部门缺乏兴趣和信心,农业部门缺乏对未来的希望。然而,农业部门的年轻劳动力在维持和推进粮食方面是必不可少的。

Opini Mahasiswa Terhadap Keberadaan Permukiman Kampung Kumuh Stren Kali Di Kota Surabaya 学生对泗水市存在贫民窟的看法

Fenomena kontroversial terhadap eksistensi kampung kumuh di stren kali di perkotaan masih selalu menjadi problem hangat di perkotaan dalam hampir decade setiap pimpinan dan tak kunjung tuntas penyelesaiannya. Mengingat perkembangan kampung kumuh dalam puluhan tahun selalu makin padat. Karena itu mahasiswa sebagai generasi muda, yang kelak mempunyai akses untuk menambah  jumlah tempat tinggal di perkampungan kumuh stren kali tersebut. Maka tujuan penelitian ini hendak mengetahui bagaimana opini mahasiswa tentang keberadaan kelangsungan kampung kumuh stren kali. Dengan mengunakan metodologi survai yang diharapkan bisa menggali secara objektif bagaimana opini mahasiswa sebagai generasi muda dalam menyikapi problema kampung kumuh di perkotaan, dengan tehnik analisa deskriptif kuantitatif, yang menggunakan data prosentase dalam bentuk diagram lingkaran. Dengan lokasi penelitian di Universitas Bhayangkara Surabaya. Dan hasil penelitian yang kami peroleh bahwa opini mahasiswa terhadap permukiman kampung kumuh stren kali adalah tidak mendukung keberadaan permukiman kampung kumuh di stren kali, karena bukan merupakan tempat tinggal yang nyaman.

Untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan media website pada ibu nifas sebagai inovasi baru media edukasi gizi tentang pemberian makanan bayi dan anak di Ruang Rawat Inap Peristi RSUD Kabupaten Sidoarjo.Penelitian ini menggununakan studi kuasi eksperimental, pre-test dan post test intervention. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling yang berarti jumlah sampel sama dengan jumlah populasi yaitu 32 orang pada masing-masing kelompok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara tingkat pengetahuan ibu nifas sebelum dan sesudah diberikan edukasi mengenai Pemberian Makan Bayi dan Anak baik melalui leaflet (p=0,050) website (P=0,001). Hasil uji beda skor pengetahuan ibu antara kelompok leaflet dan website menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan  (P=0,367). Website dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif media edukasi mengenai Pemberian Makan Bayi dan Anak pada ibu nifas.

Evaluasi Implementasi Program Keluarga Harapan di Indonesia: Quick Evaluation Analysis

Tujuan studi ini adalah menganalisis peran para pendamping terkait penggunaan dana Program Keluarga Harapan dan menganalisis pola pengelolaan dana Program Keluarga Harapan di level lembaga akibat adanya praktik multiple benefeciaries. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan menekankan pada analisis fenomena di lapangan. Hasil dan kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah (1)Kompetensi dan kapabilitas pendamping masih belum optimal oleh karena itu diperlukan pembekalan bagi tim pendamping baik pendidikan dan pelatihan, workshop, sosialisasi atau bentuk peningkatan kompetensi; (2) Pemutakhiran data keluarga penerima bantuan masih menjadi pekerjaan rumah bagi Badan Pusat Statistik dan Kementerian Sosial untuk evaluasi pemutakhiran data sebaiknya dapat dilakukan secara online yang langsung dapat dilakukan oleh tim pendamping di lapangan dan terhubung dengan dinas sosial kabupaten/kota provinsi, Badan Pusat Statistik, dan Kementerian Sosial; (3) Diperlukan integrasi Program Keluarga Harapan dengan program lain yang menjadi single beneficiarymembutuhkan koordinasi antar lintas sektor antara lembaga pemerintah sehingga diperlukan penguatan regulasi dengan peraturan presidenbahkan peraturan pemerintah untuk memperkuat kewenangan Kementerian Sosial untuk menjalankan program komplementer Program Keluarga Harapan; (4) Melakukan penyusunan program bersama kementerian/lembaga dengan dasar Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Menengah di bidang jaminan sosial dan perlindungan keluarga miskin dengan berbagai skema bantuan.

Model Evaluasi Kirkpatrick pada Pelatihan Teknis Siaga Covid-19 Berbasis Keluarga Melalui E-learning 柯克帕特里克的评估模型是通过电子学习建立家庭防御19基础技术培训的评估模式

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi pelatihan teknis Siaga Covid-19 melalui e-learning berdasarkan Model Kirkpatrick level 1 dan level 2.Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode sampling jenuh yaitu 37 peserta pelatihan teknis Siaga Covid-19. Hasil dari penelitian, secara umum peserta pelatihan Siaga Covid-19 melalui e-learning peserta pelatihan merasa puas dan senang dengan kegiatan pelatihan, proses pembelajaran pelatihan melalui e-learningcukup efektif dan mampu berperan dalam mendukung peningkatan pemahaman peserta pelatihan siaga Covid-19,dengan kecenderungan kenaikan pemahaman peserta rata-rata sebesar 20,65.Pada pelatihan-pelatihan mendatang direkomendasikan untuk menentukan target batas peningkatan pemahaman peserta sebesar 21 poin dan evaluasi pelaksanaan diklat perlu dilakukan untuk level behavior dan impact melalui evaluasi pasca diklat.

FROM DISRUPTION TO MOBILIZATION: IRE TEACHERS’ PERSPECTIVES ON INDEPENDENT LEARNING POLICY 从干扰到动员:教师对自主学习政策的看法

The policy on Independent Learning was established by the Indonesian government to promote teacher performance in midst of disruption in the educational aspect during this COVID-19 pandemic. However, teachers may not share the same perspective related to the policy. This study aims to examine Islamic Religious Education (IRE) teachers’ perspectives on Independent Learning policy. The research participants were IRE teachers who passed the 2019 In-service Teacher Profession Training Program at a State Islamic University in East Java, Indonesia. The mix-method research design with a qualitative-quantitative sequential exploratory analysis was used in this study. Qualitative data were obtained through telephone interviews, non-participant observations, and investigative documentary tracing, while quantitative data were obtained through a survey using online questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed using the descriptive qualitative phenomenological technique and descriptive statistics. The findings show that the increase in the use of mobile learning by IRE teachers is an implication of the disruption leading to the mobilization of the educational sector to approach the Independent Learning policy based on performances in three perspectives. First, the policy is considered a critique of traditional educational practices. Second, the policy serves as a space for independence with rules and regulations that are more open for students and schools. Third, the policy is an effort to free education from social and political pressures and restraints. This study provides a new understanding of the philosophical inter-connection in teachers’ perceptions to the practice of distant learning implementation based on informational technology. © 2021, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta (Yogyakarta State University). Abstract. Short distance learning in Mlese Gantiwarno Public Elementary School 2 in Klaten, which is monotonous, makes students feel bored so that the process and achievement of learning outcomes are less than optimal. This study aims to determine the increase in motivation to learn short distance running in fifth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Mlese Gantiwarno Klaten Semester II 2017/2018 Academic Year through the method of playing. This research is a Classroom Action Research. The subjects in this study were fifth grade students of SDN 2 Mlese, Gantiwarno District, Klaten Regency, which amounted to 20 students. Thedata collection technique uses observation sheets to determine student interest, motivation questionnaires, and student perform nce sheets. The results showed that the average score of the aspects of interest was 76.35 so that the average interest of students had exceeded 70, thus the interest of students had increased. The performance aspects of students showed an average value of 72.95, this indicates that the value of students has achieved a minimum of completeness, namely 70, so that the target of 70% of students completed has been fulfilled.Based on the motivation questionnaire shows that 64.1% of children have good motivation. The fifth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Mlese in each cycle experienced an increase and by giving the method of playing students felt happy or felt interested in taking short distance learning. So that learning through the method of playing approach in short distance running material in class V students of SD Negeri 2 Mlese has succeeded in increasing students' motivation and learning achievement in following the learning.

Abstract. This study aims to determine the improvement of children's poetry reading skills with the Contextual Teaching and Learning approach in Class V Students of SDN 2 Nanggulan, District of Cawas, Klaten Regency, Semester I, Academic Year 2018/2019. This Classroom Action Research was conducted in the fifth grade of Nanggulan Elementary School 2 in Cawas District, Klaten Regency with a total of 17 students, consisting of 3 male students and 14 female students. This classroom action research is carried out three cycles in a continuous manner. Each cycle is carried out by planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting to determine the effectiveness of the action. Based on the analysis, it can beconcluded as follows: First, based on observations of teacher performance the results of the average score of teacher performance have increased from learning Cycle I for 1.3 Cycle II learning to 2.3, and at Cycle III 2.7. With the criteria of a sufficient limit score is a score of 2 and a score of 3 is good; Second, based on student activity data for three cycles, the average score about student activity experienced an increase from Cycle I learning at 1.2 learning Cycle II to 2.0 and in Cycle III learning to 2.8; Third, based on the results of the assessment ofreading children's poetry with the Contextual Teaching and Learning approach, the average score of the test results and assignments has increased from Cycle I learning to 70.89 Cycle II learning to 75.59 and Cycle III learning to 79.71 . Increasing the percentage of classical learning completeness by learning cycle I was 41.18%, learning Cycle II became 58.82%, and learning in Cycle III reached 82.35%. Thus through the Contextual Teaching and Learning approach the ability to read children's poetry in Class V students of SD Negeri 2 Nanggulan, District of Cawas, Klaten Regency, in the first semester of school year 2018/2019 can increase.

Abstract. The purpose of this study was to find out the application of the drill method in improving the results of volleyball under-passing learning of fifth grade students of Mlese 1 Elementary School in Klaten Regency, Semester I 2018/2019 Academic Year. The research subjects consisted of 18 students. The instrument used to measure the success of teacher and student activities in teaching and learning activities is by using an observation sheet, while measuring student learning outcomes is a cognitive, affective and psychomotor test. Thisresearch was conducted in two cycles. The stages in this study follow the procedure of classroom action research, namely: (1) planning, (2) implementation of actions, (3) observations, and (4) reflection. From the results of the study concluded that the activities and learning outcomes of fifth grade students of SD Negeri 1 Mlese Gantiwarno District, Klaten Regency using the drill method showed maximum results, where in the first cycle the completeness level of teacher activities in carrying out learning activities only reached 72.72%and increased in cycle II to 100%, for student learning completeness data 70% and experienced an increase in cycle II to 90%, this has exceeded standards based on minimum completeness criteria of 85%. While the learning outcomes of students in the first cycle only reached 66.67%, increasing in the second cycle to 94.44% or have reached the level of learning completeness set by the school which is 80%. Thus it can be concluded that the application of the drill method can improve the results of volleyball under-passing learning in grade V students of SD Negeri 1 Mlese Gantiwarno District, Klaten Regency, first semester of the school year 2018/2019.

Abstract. The national curriculum of learning takes place through the Scientific Approach, students are guided to be able to find learning material by themselves. Not all students can be easily active in learning, because they are afraid to ask questions, lazy even some do not understand so learning is increasingly confusing. Learning with the habits of students want to explain the teacher, making students less active in the learning process and the results obtained are not optimal. Chemistry is often considered to be an elusive lesson that causes studentdislike. Pleasant learning methods are needed so as to create joyful nuanced learning situations that make students absorbed, comfortable and excited. The learning method chosen in this study was the KIMLA learning method, namely the method of discussion using songs as a medium in learning Chemistry. With the KIMLA method, it is expected that there will be an increase in the activeness and learning achievement of students in the periodic Chemistry System Learning subject elements. This research is a Classroom Action Research conducted atSMA 1 Ceper Klaten, in the odd semester of the 2018/2019 academic year in September 2018 - October 2019, the target in this study was the tenth grade students of MIPA 1 with 28 students consisting of 12 sons and 16 daughters. Data obtained through observation are direct observations when taking student learning activities data, and assessment sheets are continued by analysis of the average pre-action test scores, cycle 1 and cycle II. The criteria for the success of giving an action are if students get a minimum score of 67 KKM, with the percentage of learning completeness 75% of 28 students, while the success criteria for learningactiveness are 80%. Based on the results of the research and discussion it was concluded that there was an increase in the activeness of students to 96.4% and 100% learning outcomes completed with an average of 79.

This research is a Classroom Action Research conducted atSMA 1 Ceper Klaten, in the odd semester of the 2018/2019 academic year in September 2018 - October 2019, the target in this study was the tenth grade students of MIPA 1 with 28 students consisting of 12 sons and 16 daughters. Data obtained through observation are direct observations when taking student learning activities data, and assessment sheets are continued by analysis of the average pre-action test scores, cycle 1 and cycle II. The criteria for the success of giving an action are if students get a minimum score of 67 KKM, with the percentage of learning completeness 75% of 28 students, while the success criteria for learningactiveness are 80%.
