Abstract. The purpose of this study was to improve the activities andlearning outcomes of science in class 1 students in the first semester on theHealthy Body material in Ngiyono Public Elementary School through theJigsaw learning method in the 2016/2017 school year. This type of researchis Classroom Action Research conducted in 2 cycles consisting of 2meetings with 4 stages each cycle, namely planning, implementing actions,observing, and reflecting. The research subjects were class I students,totaling 18 students. Data collection methods used are observation, tests,and documentation. The results of this study are an increase in the activitiesand learning outcomes of science students in class I. This is shown from thepre cycle average value of activities and student learning outcomes is 70.55by 7 students. In the first cycle the average value of activities and learningoutcomes of students is 78.80 by 11 students while in the second cycle theaverage value of the results of activities and student learning outcomes is86.67 by 16 students from 18 students. The activities and learning outcomesof students in science subjects in Healthy Body material in class I insemester 1 increased with the application of the Jigsaw learning method andhad fulfilled the indicator of success of 75%.

Abstract. The  of this study was to improve teacher competence in SD Negeri Kalinanas in using ICT learning media. The study was conducted in SD Negeri 1Kalinanas for ± 5 months starting Friday, July 22, 2016 until Saturday, November 19,2016. The subjects of this study were 9 teachers. Data collection is done throughinterviews, observation and documentation. From the interviews, the results show that it is important to use ICT learning media very well. The study was conducted in 2 cycles. In the pre cycle, the average score was 78 with a percentage of 53% achievement of all teachers in the research indicators for the use of ICT learning media, in the first cycle 88 average values were obtained with 69% achievement of all teachers in the research indicators of ICT learning media use, and in cycle II obtained an average value of 97 with a percentage of 88% achievement of all teachers in the research indicators of the use of ICT learning media. There has been an increase in teacher competency in the use of ICT learning media after being supervised with individual techniques by the principal of SD Negeri 1 Kalinanas.

Abstract. This classroom action research is motivated by the low mathematics learning outcomes, especially in the reduction material. This study aims to improve student learning outcomes on Mathematics about the reduction by using contextual learning models are expected to improve student learning outcomes. The contextual learning method is a learning concept that helps teachers associate the material they teach with real-world student situations and encourage students to make connections between the knowledge he has and its applicationin their daily lives. The method used in this study is Classroom Action Research (PTK) with the object of research in class I SD Negeri 2 Gatak. The focus of the research on the reduction of contextual learning is an effort to improve the learning outcomes of Mathematics. Data collection is done by direct observation of the learning process. The results showed that there was a significant increase of student learning outcomes in pre-cycle learning activities, cycle I and cycle II. The increase can be seen from the average value of students and the percentage of completeness of learning outcomes from KKM which is determined at 65. Based on the results of these observations it can be concluded that the application of Mathematics subject matter reduction learning contextual learning models can improve student learning outcomes in class ISD Negeri 2 Gatak. Furthermore, the results of this study can be used to improve learning with similar cases.

Upaya Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Lompat Jauh Melalui Pendekatan Bermain Lompat Tali pada Siswa Kelas IV Sekolah Dasar 通过四年级学生跳绳的方法提高跳远学习成绩的努力

Abstract. The students' long jump learning outcomes still do not meet the KKM. This study aims to describe the process of improving long jump learning outcomes through the rope jumping approach to fourth grade students of Katekan 2 Elementary School in Gantiwarno District, Klaten Regency. This research is a classroom action research. The subjects in this study were grade IV students of SDN 2 Katekan in Gantiwarno District, Klaten Regency with a total of 20 students. The instrument used was a long jump performance test. The data analysistechnique used in this study is descriptive qualitative and quantitative. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the effort to increase the results of the long jump through rope jumping in the fourth grade students of Katekan Elementary School 2 of Gantiwarno Subdistrict, Klaten Regency was successfully marked by an increase in the average value of students. The average value of students in pre-action activities was 55.94 with a percentage of completeness of 40%. This condition experienced an increase in the average value of studentsin the first cycle, namely to be equal to 65.63 and the percentage of completeness by 60%. However, this increase has not yet reached the target set previously. Then after proceeding to the second cycle the students' long jump average value increased to 70.50 with the percentage of completeness of 90%. This shows that the previously set target has been reached so that the research is stopped in cycle II. The long jump learning process using the play approach takes place dynamically and pleasantly. Students actively carry out the task and observe the movement of the long jump technique and discuss each other with friends. All aspects ofassessment are mastered by students. The students' long jump ability increases with the markedby all KKM complete students (Minimum Completion Criteria), namely 67.

Pemerolehan Bahasa dan Penggunaan Bahasa Anak Usia Sekolah Dasar

Abstract. The present study aims to examine a description of language acquisition and its usage by pupils in their daily conversations. This study employed a longitudinal case study and applieda descriptive method, while it used a content analysis for the research technique. The resultrevealed a finding upon the young learner language acquisition and its usage, the language acquisition included Bahasa Indonesia, Javanese language, Sundanese language and English language. The uses of language for a system, a personal expression, and an interpersonal expression were broad good enough and were uttered structurally, however, mistakes were founded on applying structures and making meaning to language in use. To pupils whom are at elementary school level, they have acquired a range of language structure and its use for perfection. Their parents, teachers, and their society have any real and valuableinfluence over them in the way language is structured and is used for exemplifying examples ofthe perfect language acquisition.

Peningkatan Prestasi Belajar PKn melalui Metode Kooperatif Pada Siswa SD 通过对小学生的合作方法提高公民学成绩

Abstract. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the cooperative method can be used to improve PKn learning achievement for grade IV students of SD Negeri 2 Nanggulan, District of Cawas, Klaten Regency, second semester 2017/2018 academic year? The goal to be achieved is to prove that the cooperative method can be used to improve PKn learning achievement of grade IV students of SD Negeri 2 Nanggulan, District of Cawas, Klaten Regency, second semester of the school year 2017/2018. This research was conducted at Nanggulan Cawas Klaten Public Elementary School 2. While the time of the study wasconducted from February to March 2018. The subjects of this study were grade IV students of SD Negeri 2 Nanggulan Cawas Klaten in the second semester of the school year 2017/2018. This action research uses the classroom action research flow. The data analysis technique used uses several stages, namely data reduction, presentation and conclusion. From the results of the research carried out since planning, repairs to implementation and evaluation, it can be concluded that the cooperative method can be used to improve PKn learning achievement of fourth grade students of SDN 2 Nanggulan, District of Cawas, Klaten Regency, second semester 2017/2018 school year. This was proven before the improvement in the percentage of students' completeness in learning was only 27.78% or 5 students, in the improvement of the first cycle to 55.6% (of 18 students, which was not completed 8 students) and in the second cycle the percentage of student mastery reached 94, 44%. Of the 18 students, 17 of them have achieved mastery learning, while the one student is still incomplete.

The formulation of the problem in this study is whether the cooperative method can be used to improve PKn learning achievement for grade IV students of SD Negeri 2 Nanggulan, District of Cawas, Klaten Regency, second semester 2017/2018 academic year? The goal to be achieved is to prove that the cooperative method can be used to improve PKn learning achievement of grade IV students of SD Negeri 2 Nanggulan, District of Cawas, Klaten Regency, second semester of the school year 2017/2018. This research was conducted at Nanggulan Cawas Klaten Public Elementary School 2. While the time of the study wasconducted from February to March 2018. The subjects of this study were grade IV students of SD Negeri 2 Nanggulan Cawas Klaten in the second semester of the school year 2017/2018. This action research uses the classroom action research flow. The data analysis technique used uses several stages, namely data reduction, presentation and conclusion. From the results of the research carried out since planning, repairs to implementation and evaluation, it can be concluded that the cooperative method can be used to improve PKn learning achievement of fourth grade students of SDN 2 Nanggulan, District of Cawas, Klaten Regency, second semester 2017/2018 school year. This was proven before the improvement in the percentage of students' completeness in learning was only 27.78% or 5 students, in the improvement of the first cycle to 55.6% (of 18 students, which was not completed 8 students) and in the second cycle the percentage of student mastery reached 94, 44%. Abstract. The purpose of this study was to increase the attention andlearning outcomes of PKN in the second semester students of class I onBudi Pekerti material at SD Negeri Ngiyono through the Talking Sticklearning method for the 2015/2016 school year. This type of research isClass Action Research conducted in 2 cycles. Subjects of the study wereclass I students, amounting to 18 students consisting of 9 male students and9 female students. Data collection methods used are observation, tests, anddocumentation. The results of the study showed an increase in the attentionand learning outcomes of PKN students. This is shown from the pre cycleaverage value of attention and learning outcomes of students is 71.11 with apercentage of completeness of 35.00% which reaches the value ofcompleteness. In the first cycle the average value of attention and learningoutcomes of students is 79.44 with the percentage of completeness 68.00%while in the second cycle the average value of attention and learningoutcomes of students is 88.33 with a percentage of 96.00% completeness.Attention and learning outcomes of students on PKN subjects Budi Pekertimaterial in class I semester 2 increased with the application of Talking Sticklearning methods and has met the indicator of success that is equal to 75%.

Upaya Meningkatkan Kompetensi Guru dalam Menyusun Silabus melalui Bimbingan dan Supervisi di SD Negeri 1 Kalinanas 通过卡纳纳斯小学的指导和监督,提高教师的教学能力

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to improve the competence of teachers in SDNegeri 1 Kalinanas in compiling learning syllabus documents. The study was conducted at SD Negeri 1 Kalinanas for ± 5 months starting July 2015 to December 2015. The number of teachers in SD Negeri 1 Kalinanas who attended Guidance and Supervision amounted to 9 teachers. Data collection is done through interviews, observation and documentation. From the interview, the results showed that overall the teachers at SD Negeri 1 Kalinanas stated that it was important to prepare the learning syllabus documents very well. The study was conducted in 2 cycles. In the pre cycle, the average value of 77 was obtained with a percentage of 52% achievement of all teachers in the syllabus preparation research indicator. In cycle 1 the average value was 84 with 67% achievement of all teachers in the syllabus preparation research indicators, and the second cycle on average 98 with a 95% percentage of achievement of all teachers in the syllabus preparation research indicators. There was an increase in teacher competency in the preparation of syllabus after Guidance and Supervision were carried out by the principal of SD 1 Kalinanas.

Pemerataan Tenaga Kesehatan di Kabupaten Lamongan 蒙大拿区卫生保健设施

Indonesia masih menghadapi masalah tenaga kesehatan, baik jumlah, jenis, kualitas maupun distribusinya. Untuk mencapai Universal Health Coverage (UHC), SDM kesehatan mutlak diperlukan. Menurut WHO, Indonesia termasuk dalam 57 negara yang menghadapi krisis tenaga kesehatan. Padahal 80% keberhasilan pembangunan kesehatan ditentukan SDM kesehatan. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan lokus penelitian di Kabupaten Lamongan. Pemilihan informan antara lain pemangku kebijakan pada Dinas Kesehatan atau pemegang program bidang sumber daya manusia (SDM) kesehatan, Badan Kepegawaian Daerah bidang sumber daya manusia (SDM) pemerintah di Kabupaten Lamongan dan beberapa tenaga kesehatan yang bekerja di pelayanan kesehatan (puskesmas dan rumah sakit pemerintah). Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jumlah dan jenis tenaga kesehatan di Kabupaten Lamongan sudah baik, namun belum disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan berdasarkan kompetensi dan beban kerja. Tenaga kesehatan masih berkelompok atau tidak merata pada masing-masing unit pekerjaan di pelayanan kesehatan Kabupaten Lamongan. Maka diperlukan suatu kebijakan pemerintah daerah tentang perencanaan pengadaan tenaga kesehatan yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan beban kerja, dengan lebih mengutamakan tenaga kesehatan yang berdomisili mendekati unit pelayanan kesehatan, pemberian insentif yang lebih besar sesuai dengan beban kerja.

Pengembangan Hasil Inovasi Teknologi Mie Instan ”Carika Pepaya Noodle” sebagai Penguat Diversifikasi Pangan Non Beras 创新技术“加勒比木瓜面”的发展,以促进非大米食品的多样化

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk; pertama, mengenalkan kepada masyarakat terkait pemanfaatan pepaya menjadi produk mie instan sebagai upaya penguatan diversifikasi pangan non beras; kedua untuk melihat daya terima masyarakat terhadap produk mie instan carica papaya; ketiga untuk mengidentifikasi faktor pendorong dan faktor penghambat pemanfaatan mie carica papaya dalam penguatan diversifikasi pangan non beras. Lokasi penelitian ini ditentukan secara sengaja yaitu di Kabupaten Lamongan, Lumajang dan Jember. Metode analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif, uji sensori (rasa, aroma, tekstur dan warna) daya terima masyarakat terhadap produk carica papaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kehadiran peserta kegiatan sosialisasi dan praktek pembuatan Mie Carica Pepaya adalah 100%, seluruh peserta menyatakan puas terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan. Hasil uji organoleptik terhadap “Mie Instan Carica Papaya” menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 84,67 % responden menyukai tekstur, 78,54% responden menyatakan suka dengan warna, 85,89% responden menyatakan suka terhadap rasa, 66,88% responden kurang menyukai aroma.
