This study is entitled "Investigating The Children Story Book Title related to Coronavirus toward Sentences Stucture and Phrases Choices". The data source used is taken from New York Book City School Library System. The objectives of this research are to (1) identify the sentence structure in children books’ title related to coronavirus or COVID-19 (2) identify the phrase types found in children boooks’ title related to coronavirus or COVID-19 . The method used in this research is a quantitative descriptive technique by classifying the title found in 143 books from interpreting the sentence structure and phrase type as the results. The theoretical basis of this research is the theory from Crystal (2003), Gelderen (2010), Gerot and Wignell (1994), Greenbaum and Nelson (2002), Halliday in Matthiessen (2004), Lynch-Brown (2005), Newsan and et al (2006) and Verspoor & Sauter (2002). The results of this study indicate that the highest number formed in sentences is declarative, and in phrases is noun phases, while not all the tile contains the word corona or covid. © 2021 Karadeniz Technical University. The global pandemic COVID-19 gave a big impact worldwide either in terms of the medical condition, economy, education, or working mode. Millions of deaths were reported due to COVID-19. At the moment, a central repository to store all information about the patient is very significant for monitoring and analysis purposes. Hence, this paper presents a preliminary study on human temperature screening during COVID-19 and the effect of warm and hot weather on body temperature with COVID-19 transmission. The information was stored in a dashboard and the effect of warm and hot weather on body temperature was further analyzed by using the Spearman Rank Correlation Coefficient. Based on the analysis, it showed that the correlation result between cases and all-weather factors has a weak positive correlation and weak negative correlation. In the future, more dataset and external factors should be further integrated for a better result. © 2021 Karadeniz Technical University. All rights reserved.

The tourism industry was the sector most affected during the Covid19 pandemic, which had consequences for the economic downturn. Data estimates that 15 million tourism workers have the potential to lose their livelihoods by the end of 2020. So action to restore the tourism industry needs to be taken immediately. Efforts to restore, develop and improve tourist destinations can be carried out by conducting studies on tourist loyalty which can be influenced by destination attributes. The most important destination attribute at this time is the application of health protocols in tourist areas by all interested parties. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence that the destination attributes contribute to the loyalty intentions of tourists. The method used in this research is verification with the population, namely tourists who have visited the Ciletuh-Pelabuhanratu Geopark at least once and wishing to make visits in the future. The analytical method used is the Spearman rank correlation, the coefficient of determination, and the t test with a significance level of five percent. This study found that the destination attribute gave an influence of 40.84% on the loyalty intentions of tourists. © 2021 Karadeniz Technical University. All rights reserved.

The increasing transmission of the corona virus (covid 19) in the world has caused tremendous impacts on various things such as health, the economy and various other aspects of life. One of the causes of the increase in the spread of this virus is due to the lack of understanding of the public in the use of good masks. Many people use cloth masks that can be washed several times, but have a weakness that the face area is not tightly closed, resulting in leaks both in the nose area near the eyes and on the chin. We, from a team from the production systems laboratory of the Industrial Engineering Departement Widyatama University, provide solutions for the community by making masks that are produced using 3D Print. The production of COVID-19 masks using a filament fused 3D printer was carried out in September 2020 using PETG material because this plastic is food grade and does not require special treatment such as a heated chamber. To control the quality of the production process in making this 3D mask, a standardized P-chart is used. At the beginning of production there is an eratic but controllable failure rate so that it decreases in subsequent periods. Standardized P-charts can be used for small medium busines without the use of special computing tools and applications. © 2021 Karadeniz Technical University. All rights reserved.

The aim of this study is to examine the effect of macro-economic variables on the Jakarta composite index in Indonesia, both in the short and long term before Covid19 and the Covid19 period, as well as to examine whether there is a difference before Covid19 and the Covid19 period. Macroeconomic variables include exchange rate (ER), inflation (INF), interest rate (INT) and output growth (IP). This study uses data from the times series for the period 2019.1 to 2020.12 by including dummy variables. The first stage is to test the stationary of the data with the root test unit, and the result is that the data is only stationary in the first and second differences. In addition, the co-integration test between the variables and the results shows a co-integration relationship between the variables so that the model can be analyzed using the Error Correction Model (ECM) to see the short-term balance. The results of the ECM model analysis show that, in the short term, the only macroeconomic variables affecting the Jakarta composite index in Indonesia prior to Covid19 and the Covid19 period are only the exchange rate. In the long run before Covid19, the only ones affecting the Jakarta composite index were the exchange rate, while the eCovid19 period was the rate of exchange and inflation. Other results indicate that there is a difference in the average.

Implementing the concept of state defense is now increasingly broad, not only facing threats militarily but also non-military with various variations. Currently, 28% of Indonesia's population is Generation Z, namely those born between 1997 - 2012. As the nation's next-generation, Generation Z must increasingly understand that the various challenges and opportunities that will be faced are different from the previous generation. Based on the study results, respondents stated that Generation Z needed insight and understanding of relevant state defense as a form of a contribution to love for the country. Respondents stated that so far, the concept of state defense is more perceived as attitudes and actions related to "physical" or "war" in the true sense. Therefore, this paper hopes to provide insight into the importance of continuous understanding from all stakeholders by inviting and involving Generation Z to contribute and work for hand in hand for the Indonesian nation's progress. The Covid-19 pandemic is a momentum to strengthen cooperation, collaboration, and tolerance so that they can rise together for the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. © 2021 Karadeniz Technical University. The 2019 Covid-19 Corona virus has had an extremely strong impact in 2020, including Indonesia, on the dynamics of the global economy. In this study the focus is on examining the impact of Covid-19 in Indonesia on GDP growth, Micro Small Medium Entrepreneurs (MSMEs), the tourism sector, employment, and the poverty rate. With the limitation of international and national mobility, it will have a major impact on the level of GDP growth, and the tourism sector which has a large enough contribution and is linked to unemployment and poverty. Economic growth slowed to 2.97% in the first quarter of 2020 and contracted by 5.32% in the second quarter of 2020 (Bank Indonesia, 2020). The Indonesian economy in the fourth quarter of 2020 against the previous quarter experienced a growth contraction of 0.42 percent. Based on a survey conducted by Statistics Indonesia (BPS) of MSMEs in various regions in Indonesia, there were as many as 84 percent of micro and small businesses and 82 percent of medium and large businesses experiencing a decline in income since the Covid-19 pandemic occurred. During 2020, the number of foreign tourist visits to Indonesia reached 4.02 million visits or decreased by 75.03 percent when compared to the number of foreign tourists visiting in the same period in 2019 which totaled 16.11 million visits. The Covid-19 pandemic caused the open unemployment rate which was suppressed at 5.23 percent to increase by 7.07 percent. The percentage of poor people in September 2020 was 10.19 percent, an increase of 0.41 percentage points against March 2020 and an increase of 0.97 percentage points compared to September 2019. The Indonesian government issued various policies in response to Covid-19, including policies for the business world, policies for MSMEs, and policies for the poor in addition to several other policies. © 2021 Karadeniz Technical University.

Strategic Human Resources Management is one of the concepts of how HR management should be carried out in the organization. The strategic HRM approach shows how the organization's goals will be achieved through competent individuals through various HR strategies and integrating HR policies and practices. Consequently, HR professionals must understand various activities that have strategic value. However, various studies have shown that human resources have not optimized achieving performance at the organizational level. Various factors become a black box in determining the extent to which HR can contribute strategically. Creativity and innovation, including the ability to act fast and agile, become imperative for an organization to survive. It is all in the hands of employee that exist in the organization. The Covid-19 pandemic event is momentum for all HR professionals to rethink the extent to which the organization's HR system has been strategic. © 2021 Karadeniz Technical University.
