Diagnosing covid-19 using image processing and machine learning 利用图像处理和机器学习诊断新冠肺炎

Image Processing has been a fond field for giving elaborated visual data to process the image data to simplify it for human for illustration for machine concept. With image processing you can have better solution for digital images. Training a machine to do something by providing it with certain training data is known as machine learning which may include here image processing. Machine learning have architectures, loss function, models and many other approaches that is used to determine and provide better image processing It is usually applied for image enhancement, restoration and morphing (inserting one’s style of painting on an image). The objective is to provide a conceptual transfer learning framework by using image classification with the help of learning models, to support the detection of COVID-19 imaging modalities included CT scan and X-Ray. We will be going to make a custom Dataset and the Data Loader in the PyTorch. Then will train a ResNet-18 model for Image Classification performance. In end we will create a Convolutional Neural Networks and then we will be able to train it to analyze Chest X-Ray scans with honestly high accuracy. We will train the model using the ResNet-18 till the accuracy will be 0.95 or 95% in condition till then will stop the training where performance satisfied. So finally we given the 6 images and created a model and took 6 images from test set and put it in the training model and do the prediction and set the accuracy to the limit. Until the accuracy is not fulfilled the training will happen in the work. © 2021 Karadeniz Technical University. All rights reserved.

Time series analysis for predicting Covid-19 infection using Facebook prophet model 利用Facebook先知模型预测Covid-19感染的时间序列分析

The International fright due to the occurrence of COVID has created an emergency act in the field of healthcare, bio medical and drug discovery process. However, finding the feasible solution to introduce a drug is a time-consuming process due to pre-clinical and post-clinical testing process. Prediction and estimation of COVID-19 can help the medical practitioners and government authorities to take preventable measure against the outcomes of COVID-19.From December 2019 to April 2020, 2844712 cases of COVID-19 have been informed, which includes 201315 deaths according to European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control. This drastic condition should be treated not only physicians and other health care providers. There are two types of time series forecasting techniques. The first technique time-domain approach models the forthcoming values as a function of previous and current values. The groundwork of this approach is the time series regression of current values of a time series on its own past values. The assessments of the model are applied for forecasting process. The second technique known as Frequency domain models are based on the interpretations of time using sines and cosines functions. These interpretations are known as Fourier representations. Overall, the technique utilizes regressions on sines and cosines function, to model the behavior of the data. The proposed work used Facebook Prophet model for Time Series Analysis to forecast the trend for the year 2021. Addressing the post Covid-19 economic consequences of lockdown in India 解决新冠疫情后印度封锁的经济后果

On account of the national closedown, the economy has suffered a severe slump. The reduced purchase of goods and services has lead to slow down of domestic manufacturing and agricultural sectors, leading to severe unemployment in urban industrial areas and contraction of the rural economy. This lockdown has influenced economy and business circumstance in India as it has occurred in other nations. The ongoing lockdown due to COVID-19 outbreak affects the Indian economy in many ways, including sharp declines in domestic demand, lower tourism and business travel, trade and production linkages, supply disruptions, and health effects. There are certain sectors that have been affected due to the outbreak of corona virus. This research paper, anticipates indicative measures that may be taken to revive the economy as well as affected sectors to some extent. First, this paper provides an overview of effect of this lockdown on Indian economy. With no manufacturing activity, it is likely that growth of gross domestic product (GDP) will be slowed down. This will be followed listing of the sectors affected due to COVID-19, which carries the risk of global supply chain disruptions. This includes five import items that are heavily dependent on China - electrical machinery, mechanical appliances, organic chemicals, plastics and surgical instruments – that make up about 28% of India’s import basket could be the mostly affected ones due to this potential shutdown. Next, the paper will present some of the indicative measures to revive the economy and rejuvenate the affected sectors. Protection of workers at the workplace must be given utmost priority followed by adapting to new work arrangements such as work-from-home (WFH). This will be followed by measures to stimulate the economy and labour demand by making and implementing active fiscal policy. Making expenditure on purchasing domestic goods and services will be the best way to push the economy. As a matter of fact, it is now may be required to evaluate on what can be produced here (in India) and give a deliberate thought to it towards implanting the same. Further, India will be at advantage by having domestically based and well established ‘pharma industry’. This sector may act as ‘catalyst sector’ towards economic growth of the country. © 2021 Karadeniz Technical University. All rights reserved.

Gone are the days when learning was confined inside four walls. With advent of technology, education sector has also advanced and a lot of educational platforms have been introduced for online learning also known as digital or e-learning. Though this concept is more famous in West, but during these times of Covid these platforms have reached and covered the gaps which conventional way of teaching couldn’t and people have come to know about the bright side of digital learning as well. Digital learning has replaced the classroom learning. It was in the trends but due to Covid 19 it has completely disrupted the learning pedagogy and also has been savior for the learners across the globe. The present discussion is about the digital learning and issues faced by learners. Epidemic manifestation in daniel defoe's a journal of the plague year and COVID 19: A comparative study 笛福《鼠疫年志》与《新冠肺炎》的流行表现比较研究

Epidemic manifestation in Daniel Defoe's A Journal of the Plague Year seems to be a guiding picture that shows people how to deal with the current global epidemic. This novel is meant to support a precise chronological sequence of the pace of the development of an epidemic, from the appearance of the first symptoms to the disastrous climax, and then back to ordinary life. The study has aimed at making comparative study about the current epidemic (Covid 19 ) with the epidemic (Bubonic Plague) that is mentioned in Daniel Defoe's novel, as fatal viruses. However, the present study has adopted the descriptive analytical comparative study;where the two epidemics have been comparatively studied. The analysis is focused on clarifying the similarities and differences between the current situation and what happened in the 1665. The researcher has come up with several results, the most important of which are: Bubonic plague and Covid 19 are similar because they have the same effect on the people who are contemporary with them, but the plague is more dangerous health crisis. They are not only regarded as health epidemics, but actual disease that affected societies in all their aspects;religion, economy, political issues, sports, educational systems, etc. People suffers from desperation, pain and sadness. Furthermore, the present study recommends from a literary point of view that history repeats itself and that people should learn from past mistakes to be ready for any kind of disaster. © 2021 Karadeniz Technical University. The one and only way to reduce the cases is Quarantine the patients that who are tested Covid-19 positive. Researchers have done Different kind of design deep learning models to screen the Covid-19 pandemic. They discovered different deep learning models to detect the Covid-19 using chest X-Rays most of the methods having less accuracy rate. In few models Overfitting problem increasing difficulties in most of the models. In this Article an automatic Covid-19 Screening model is developed to identify the Covid Detection, Pneumonia and Normal. Different learning techniques used separately to learn the model like CNN, VGG16 and ResNet. From those three models VGG-16 is giving better performance. © 2021 Karadeniz Technical University. Mobile e-wallet or digital e-wallet is one of the emerging Financial Technologies (FinTech) that has become extremely prevalent during the last few years. As even the technology is growing, it is crucial that researchers recognize the factors that affect technology adaptation. Even, with the world's pandemic and the digitalisation of the banking system and modes of payment, it may have and disability. This research paper will therefore concentrate on defining the factors affecting behavioral intent to implement mobile e-wallet after the COVD-19 outbreak. The indicators highlighted in the paper are perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived health, perceived social impact, perceived value. Health alert, transactional costs and their impact on mobile e-wall adoption. The data was analyzed using multiple regression analysis, Alpha and Factor analysis from Cronbach. The study revealed a significant impact including its estimated model on the behaviour intent to implement mobile e-wallet. © 2021 Karadeniz Technical University. All rights reserved.

Finance a review of the state of the art we find a series of works dedicated to being able to enhance the mechanisms used for teaching, from the use of scientific calculators to reaching certain computer programs of common use, in this work a methodology is developed to be able to enhance the programming skills that teachers have in a specific area of programming, where we can consider any programming language but also any computer tool such as Excel spreadsheets. The methodology proposes the organization of topics as specific theories, such as algebra, arithmetic, trigonometry, geometry, where specific functions are developed for each specific topic, with the intention that they can be understood more easily and in turn not complicated. to the teacher in his process of adaptation of the materials and in the development of the classes. The intention is to enhance the knowledge that teachers have instead of presenting a new programming language and that they can learn in order to teach. The results show that by using the knowledge they have regarding some computer tool, we managed to organize the study materials so that it is more understandable at the time of the classes. As a conclusion we can indicate that in these times of the COVID-19 product pandemic, the methodology that is presented becomes more important because the classes are online and can help the learning of mathematics with the help of these mechanisms to organize the study materials and improve the learning processes of the math course. © 2021 Karadeniz Technical University.
