The expression "quality of work life" refers to an individual's perceptions of all aspects of their employment, including financial compensation and benefits, job security, working conditions, interpersonal and group dynamics, and the intrinsic value of their work in their lives. By including them in decisions that may affect their working lives, it is a method by which an organisation aims to unlock the creative potential of its employees. Hence, it is necessary to enhance the working conditions for bank personnel in order to support the sector as a whole because they are crucial to the development of the national economy. The employees' ability to experience a sense of belonging, which is essential for a business, would be aided by the improvement in workplace quality. In the end, it might motivate them to perform or shoulder additional responsibility. Also, it will improve employee satisfaction at work and at home. This study will assist the business in developing employee career advancement, interpersonal relationships among coworkers, a modern workplace culture, suitable working conditions, and more. The working relationship between the employer, employees, and the company as a whole determines the quality of the work. In order to meet both organisational goals and employee demands, organisations must establish a plan to create a good workplace and to enhance the quality of life for employees. The battle for the best employees has made Quality of Work Life (QWL) a crucial instrument. In order to keep the top employees and recruit the most capable workers, businesses are looking for strategies to raise the QWL. This study aims to evaluate the working conditions for both public and private sector bank employees in the Prayagraj area. This study was conducted as a result of the expansion of job prospects in banks and the realisation that in order to motivate people to work effectively, their requirements must be met. The Likert Scale is the basis for the current investigation. The sample size is 50, with 25 banks from the public sector and 25 from the private sector

The marketing industry is vibrant and dynamic; trends, technologies, and strategies are always evolving. That's why it's vital that your company keeps up with new developments in the field. Monitoring marketing data is a smart approach to staying current with emerging market trends. Statistics reveal demographic details about a region's potential customers, including their numbers, ages, incomes, and preferences. Data may be employed to identify key rivals, their customer base, and patterns in the lifespan of their products as part of competition analysis. Digital marketing represents a more versatile kind of advertising than old approaches and has seen a number of advancements and improvements. This leads to quicker positive effects than previous techniques. Promoting things online is less expensive than doing so through a physical store. By creating a profile of consumers' buying habits and preferences, internet marketing enables the personalization of proposals to customers. Social networks spread widely very quickly. It is the most effective website available, allowing a company to easily reach numerous individuals. In spite of its benefits and drawbacks, digital marketing has a bright future for the lengthy viability of the item or service in the evolving technology market.

Many prominent advertisers have been coming up with a net broadcast replica. They propose to harmonize the net and TV advertising. In actuality, their objective is to progress upon TV publicity by combining both the interactive advantages of communicwithation with the full visual effect of broadcast. Marketers struggle to design their advertisements extra engaging. Consumers can contribute more to online advertisements as they get the bulk of the proposal. Brand attitudes are influenced by interactions during this engagement. The significant trend is that advertisers are trying out novel formats, such as video games and interactive product demos in new formats like pop-up windows, child windows, and side frames, and that web advertising is shifting away from the banners.

In recent decades, the funding of elections has grown to be a significant concern. It is generally accepted that the price of contesting elections has increased well beyond the permitted expenditure thresholds. This has led to a lack of transparency, rampant corruption, and the prevalence of so-called "black money." A variety of concerns related to election administration also require attention. Elections are difficult to hold because of the enormous size of the electorate, but this should not be used as an excuse for problems like booth capturing, voter intimidation, falsified voter registration records, widespread election rigging, other irregularities at the polls, the prevalence of ineffective candidates, and the misuse of religion and caste to influence voters. This paper provides a list of potential remedies to these issues. The proliferation of insignificant parties, the recognition and de-recognition procedures, the disclosure of political parties' assets and liabilities, and the auditing and publication of those assets and liabilities are all significant issues that are addressed in this paper with regard to the role of political parties in the electoral system. This background paper's goals are to review some of the most important problems with our electoral system and to quickly look at the proposals made in this respect by several previous committees. In order to enhance our electoral system, significant adjustments must be made, and it is intended that this background paper will serve as a springboard for a fresh national conversation on these issues.

In another sense it can be stated that adequate working capital is required i.e. not more than or less than the requirement. Establishing and handling relationships with clients is crucial in the new, aggressive marketplace where businesses must compete for existence. Client fulfillment is the cornerstone of any lasting connection. The evaluation is given even more weight in the service sector since the construct of pleasure is linked to the relationship one has with the service provider. This essay provides a methodology for measuring how satisfied consumers are with banking services, with a particular emphasis on an Indian bank.

Foreign Institutional Investors are very significant investors in Indian economy and getting a stable and long term acceptance in the country. As of now the capital market of the country is moved by the FIIs to a certain extent as they are very active in terms of investment and at times, fluctuation in the share prices are governed by FIIs. All this started from the announcement of industrial and economic reforms in 1991 when a number of foreign and private investors hit the Indian economy. This study is an attempt to evaluate the impact of FIIs on the Indian capital market. The period of study is 19 years i.e. 2000 to 2018 and correlation analysis is used to analyze the data

As a result of modern lifestyle changes, workplace stress, and pollution from the environment, men's lives no longer attain balance between body, mind, and spirit. Ayurveda has been assigned a rescue function in this situation to restore those lives through a tranquil healthcare system. Ayurveda, which dates back more than a thousand years, has established a legacy in the region known as India, with Kerala, a South’ Indian state, contribution a diversity of therapies and techniques to cure different aches, pains, and chronic disease. Because of this, residents of neighboring states and foreign visitors are travelling to Kerala in order to have a full-body cure. The results showed that the opinion of Indian healthcare customers is different from that of immigrants with respect to marriage and education generally under both constructs of quality of service and patient satisfaction, then age and gender groups particularly for the same constructs, accordingly the independent sample t-test and Analysis of variation were the methods of statistical analysis used. The study is timely since it includes an empirical suggestion to the management to help them comprehend how different persons are thinking about and perceiving their services, and which aspects will need more attention when it comes time to improve the Ayurveda health care system.

Human resource policies and strategies need to either evolve or revolutionize to keep up with the dynamic and growing Powerful Sector. As part of their reforms, the Indian government has separated the various companies responsible for making and selling ammunition and missile systems into their own distinct organizations. In most cases, the focus of the R&D efforts is on improving the processes of generating, transmitting, and distributing electricity. From the developer's vantage point, manufacturing (or sourcing from manufacturers) is just as crucial as project development. These tasks all call for unique abilities. The focus of this study is on missiles and ammunition.

The study looked at how learners in engineering should improve their employability skills and how it relates to how their internship performance was judged by the manager of the business. The research utilized an expressive research plan with 125 recent technical (engineering) learners from an Indian educational institute. The outcomes of the investigation showed that engineering learners received great rankings for their internship outcomes in terms of mindset, character, expertise, and abilities. They conducted an examination of employability abilities, along with cognitive skills and social skills, and found that the system thought talent has a very high development demand. They also thought about their existing work ethics and managerial skills, as well as their ability to read and write. A correlation test revealed an important negative correlation between the four facets of an apprenticeship assessment and the need for developing abilities in reading, math, time administration, and professional ethics, while a positive correlation was found between internship performance and the requirement for skill development in critical thinking and system thinking.
