Dynamic Approval Matrix Application Design for Technical Department Document Change Request Application 技术部文件变更申请的动态审批矩阵申请设计

This study discusses problems on the website of the NPPS companywhich will also be used by its branch company, namely NPPSLK.While the website currently only supports one company, it isnecessary to develop the website to become multicompany. If thewebsite is made multicompany, then the applications in it areautomatically adjusted. One of the applications on the website is anapplication with systematic approval, namely the Dynamic ApprovalMatrix (DAM). DAM was developed to be able to supportmulticompany, support flow management features, status, andapproval actions for each company. So, a multi-company configuration is carried out on one system, and using the waterfall method with steps. Advance Dynamic ApprovalMatrix (ADAM) was created as multi-enterprise support DAMdevelopment. So, it can be used by multi-company. ADAM is madeusing waterfall method using Odoo with Python, XML, andPostgreSQL. The app contains forms to manage related apps, approvalflow settings, multi-company, status settings, and Call-to-Actionbuttons to facilitate document approval. The ADAM application has been tested on the TDCR application using black box indicator with the conclusion that website results aremore effective and efficient because it can be used by multicompany,and administrators can freely adjust according to company needs.

A Backpropagation Artificial Neural Network Approach for Loan Status Prediction 贷款状态预测的反向传播人工神经网络方法

Providing credit has become a main source of profit for financial and non-financial institutions. However, this transaction might lead into credit risk. This risk occurred if debtors unable to complete their obligations that will led loss for creditors.  It is necessity for company to create assessment in distinguishing eligible or non-eligible prospective customer. Artificial Neural Network (ANN) is introduced in solving this typical classification case. Furthermore, one of learning algorithm in ANN namely Backpropagation is able to minimizing error of output in order to receive accurate result. This research aims to form models that capable in classifying the loan status of applicants by utilizing historical data. The method developed in this research is Backpropagation with activation function is a sigmoid function. In addition, this research formed two data model for analyzed; with first data model is every variable given in dataset and for the second data model is the variables that influenced the loan acceptance. Backpropagation shows high performance with more or less data variables. The results of this research show that the both data model has highest accuracy of prediction is 94.37% while the lowest accuracy prediction is 80.28%.

Selection of Home Wifi Internet: Machine Learning Implementation With Decision Tree C4.5 Algorithm Method 家庭Wifi网络选择:基于决策树C4.5算法的机器学习实现

The multiple bandwidths that internet service providers offer make it difficult for people to choose, especially for regular people unfamiliar with the internet; therefore, most people choose because the price is reasonable. Numerous users also lament the difficulty and slow internet usage. The issue is then concentrated on internet service providers, who are thought to be poor at offering services. The quantity of bandwidth consumed, which does not correspond to the user’s needs, is one factor contributing to slow internet. As a result, the appropriate bandwidth must be chosen based on the requirements of each user. Compared to other algorithms, the C4.5 decision tree method can deliver the best and correct decision, according to the current literature. As a result, this project will develop a web application based on the C4.5 decision tree algorithm that can assist in determining bandwidth and internet following community needs. Using this C4.5 Decision Tree, decisions are based on patterns identified in previously collected data. Predictions about various forms of internet use in the neighborhood may subsequently be produced from these patterns. Based on the calculation, the accuracy obtained is 0.54, or a percentage of 54%. The black box testing indicated that the bandwidth determination application was functioning correctly

Action Recommendation Model Development for Hydromon Application Using Deep Neural Network (DNN) Method 基于深度神经网络(DNN)方法的Hydromon应用动作推荐模型开发

Controlling hydroponic plants, which is currently being carried outmanually, can be said to be less effective because it still involves thehard work of farmers to continuously monitor the condition of thehydroponic plants. Therefore, the general objective of this research isto develop a model that can be used as a recommendation system foractions that farmers need to take based on hydroponic crop conditions.The model formed with this machine learning method will then beused in the Hydromon application which allows farmers to manageand monitor the condition of hydroponic plants and take action basedon the recommendations given. This model was developed using adeep neural network algorithm consisting of five layers with the helpof the TensorFlow framework. The results show that the model isaccurate with an accuracy value of 96.47% on the test data to classifyplant conditions so that it can be used in the Hydromon application.

Sarcasm is a statement that conveys an opposing viewpoint viapositive or exaggeratedly positive phrases. Due to this intentionalambiguity, sarcasm identification has become one of the importantfactors in sentiment analysis that make many researchers in naturallanguage processing intensively study sarcasm detection. Thisresearch is using multiple channels embedding the attentionbidirectional long-short memory (MCEA-BLSTM) model thatexplored sarcasm detection in news headlines and has differentapproach from previous research-developed models that lexical,semantic, and pragmatic properties. This research found that multiplechannels embedding attention mechanism improve the performance ofBLSTM, making it superior to other models. The proposed methodachieves 96.64% accuracy with an f-measure of 97%

Interaction Design of ITB Library Application Using User-Centered Design 基于用户中心设计的ITB图书馆应用交互设计

The Technical Implementation Unit is a part of a university or institute that supports the three pillars of higher education, one of which is the library. Library has a large collection of resources that can be accessed through a library catalog. ITB Library is a mobile application that allows users to search catalogs, but it currently lacks optimal appearance and user experience. The aim of this final project is to improve the ITB Library by implementing a user-centered design approach, which focuses on understanding and addressing user needs. The end goal is to create a high-fidelity prototype that meets the usability goals of effective to use, have good utility, easy to learn, and the user experience goal of being helpful. To evaluate the design, usability testing was conducted on the prototype. Testing was evaluated using several metrics, including task completion rate (100%), System Usability Scale (SUS) (93/100), Single Ease Question (SEQ) (6.7/7), and Intrinsic Motivation Inventory (IMI) (6.7/7 for the value/usefulness subscale) during the third iteration. Based on the results of the testing, the interaction design of the ITB Library meets the usability and user experience goals that were set out to be achieved.

Pembuatan Aplikasi Sistem Monitoring Kondisi Cuaca 开发应用程序监控天气条件

Setiap orang tidak dapat memperkirakan kondisi cuaca yang setiap saat bisa berubah-ubah secara cepat dan ekstrim. Perubahan cuaca yang ekstrim juga berpengaruh terhadap berbagai  bidang seperti pertanian, penerbangan, peternakan dan lain sebagainya. Oleh sebab itu, mengetahui informasi suatu kondisi cuaca saat itu sangat penting dan digunakan utuk melihat perubahan cuaca yang sering berubah di tempat umum yang bisa terkontrol seperti kampus, tempat-tempat industri, juga rumah dan lain sebagainya. Saat ini masalah yang sering terjadi ialah diperlukan suatu sistem yang dapat memonitoring kondisi cuaca yang akurat. Dalam penelitian Tugas Akhir ini akan dibuat sebuah aplikasi android sistem monitoring kondisi cuaca, yang berguna bagi orang disekitar agar dapat mengetahui informasi kondisi perubahan cuaca dengan cepat. Sistem ini menggunakan modul bluetooth pada mikrokontroler ESP-32 DevKit v1 DOIT untuk proses pengiriman datanya, maka dari itulah alasannya mengapa kita masih membutuhkan sistem monitoring ini karena dapat memudahkan kita memperoleh informasi kondisi cuaca di sekitar dalam waktu yang singkat dan secara realtime dengan mengaksesnya pada aplikasi yang ada di smartphone android yang kita miliki tanpa adanya internet.

Usability atau kegunaan merupakan salah satu faktor yang bisa berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan suatu website. Pengguna website juga membutuhkan kenyamanan ataupun kepuasan agar mendapat pengalaman yang baik selama berinteraksi dengan suatu sistem atau produk. Dengan hal itu, tentunya penting jika memiliki User Interface/User Experience (UI/UX) yang bagus. Karena User Experience (UX) adalah salah satu komponen penting, pengguna yang berinteraksi dengan suatu sistem harus merasakan kemudahan secara efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengalaman pengguna Portal INSPIRE Universitas Sam Ratulangi menggunakan metode kuesioner SUS karena sangat cocok dipakai agar lebih efektif dan efisien serta mampu menunjukkan kepuasan dari suatu sistem yang subjektif sehingga proses evaluasi dan analisis berpotensi lebih singkat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Analisa User Experience (UX) pada Portal INSPIRE Universitas Sam Ratulangi dapat dilakukan dengan mengevaluasi usability, dengan itu pengalaman pengguna dapat dilihat dari penerimaan pengguna berdasarkan perhitungan serta pengujian kuesioner dimana dari hasil perhitungan dan pengujian tersebut, Portal INSPIRE Universitas Sam Ratulangi termasuk dalam kategori Acceptable.

Implementasi Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) Data Warehouse Laporan Harian Pool 实现提取-转换-加载(ETL)数据仓库

Abstract - Pool Daily Report (LHP) is a report used by the Operations department and other relevant departments to find out the position, condition, and availability of rental units. In the process, this report is formed by several data sources including from the main system and mobile applications. Differences in data structure and format become the next obstacle faced in the data integration process. The management decision-making process is hampered because the information provided is less relevant, because some of the data is in another database that is different from the database used by the company. The implementation of a data warehouse is one of the efforts to integrate data. Extract-transform-load (ETL) is a method that can be used in a data warehouse to extract, transform, and save data back into the prepared target table. The result of this research is the implementation of the ETL process with a snowflake approach to produce the required dimensions, which are then related to form reports that are in accordance with the wishes of the user.Keywords- data warehouse, ETL, snowflake, pool daily reports.Intisari - Laporan Harian Pool (LHP) merupakan laporan yang digunakan oleh departemen Operation dan departemen terkait lainnya untuk mengetahui posisi, kondisi, dan ketersediaan unit sewa. Penerapan data warehouse menjadi salah satu upaya dalam mengintegrasikan data. Extract-transform-load (ETL) merupakan salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan dalam data warehouse untuk mengekstrak, mentransformasi, dan menyimpan kembali data kedalam tabel target yang telah disiapkan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah di implementasikannya proses ETL dengan pendekatan snowflake untuk menghasilkan dimensi-dimensi yang dibutuhkan, untuk selanjutnya di relasikan membentuk pelaporan yang sesuai dengan keinginan pengguna.Kata Kunci— data warehouse, ETL, snowflake, laporan harian pool.

Implementasi Metode SMART pada Seleksi Penerima Beasiswa Tingkat Tinggi di Lembaga Amil Zakat 智能方法的实施在阿米尔扎克学院的高级奖学金选择

Abstract— The selection of High Level Scholarship Recipients at the Amil Zakat Institute is a job that requires special accuracy in the process of assessing and sorting data on prospective scholarship recipients. It is hoped that this will result in selective, fair and satisfactory results, so that scholarship recipients who are deemed very necessary to be given further education funding assistance are selected according to predetermined criteria. Then the use of a computer-based Decision Support System (DSS) can be used as a solution in order to facilitate decision making. In this study, the method used is the Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technology (SMART), with several stages in the calculation to determine the best rating. The conclusion from this research is that a computerized SMART decision support system can provide convenience in the scholarship data storage process by using a menu that can organize and manage scholarship data to be more neat and organized. It also provides efficiency in terms of time in the process of selecting scholarship recipients with the criteria for determining whether or not prospective scholarship recipients receive assistance.Keywords— High-Level Scholarship, Decision Support System (SPK), Simple Multy Attribute Rating Technique (SMART).Intisari— Penyeleksian Penerima Beasiswa Tingkat Tinggi di suatu Lembaga Amil Zakat merupakan pekerjaan yang memerlukan ketelitian khusus dalam prosespenilaian dan pemilahan data calon penerima beasiswa. Karena diharapkan dapat memperoleh hasil yang selektif, adil dan memuaskan, sehingga terpilihlah penerima beasiswa yang dianggap sangat perlu dan tepat sasaran untuk diberikan bantuan dana pendidikan tingkat lanjut sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Karena itulah Penggunaan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) berbasis komputer sangat diperlukan dan dapat dijadikan sebuah solusi agar memudahkan dalam pengambilan keputusan. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah Simple Multy Attribute Rating Tecnique (SMART), dengan beberapa tahapan dalam perhitungan untuk menentukan rating terbaik. Kesimpulan yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini adalah sistem pendukung keputusan dengan metode SMART secara terkomputerisasi dapat memberikan kemudahan dalam proses penyimpanan data beasiswa dengan penggunaan sebuah menu yang dapat mengatur dan mengelola data beasiswa menjadi lebih rapih dan tertata.
