Legal Aid Organization is an organization that provides legal aid to the seeker of justice without accepting honorarium, to protect the people from the oppression of laws that often befall them. In real life, there are still plenty of LBH , not verified at Kemenkumham yet, including LKBH FH UP45. Nevertheless, LKBH FH UP45 as an institution that has not been verified, had been accompanying clients in court. Legal aid given by LKBH FH UP45 done until things get verdicts magnitude. Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2016 tentang Bantuan Hukum is quite effective and quite helpful in the implementation of the grant of legal aid and consultancy in LKBH FH UP45.Key Words : Effective, Legal Aid, LBH, Verification AbstrakLembaga Bantuan Hukum merupakan lembaga yang memberikan bantuan hukum kepada pencari keadilan tanpa menerima honorarium, guna melindungi masyarakat dari penindasan hukum yang kerap menimpa mereka. Dalam kehidupan nyata, masih banyak LBH sebagai pemberi bantuan hukum, belum terverifikasi di Kemenkumham, termasuk LKBH FH UP45. Namun demikian, LKBH FH UP45 sebagai lembaga yang belum terverifikasi, sudah pernah mendampingi klien di pengadilan. Bantuan hukum yang diberikan oleh LKBH FH UP45 dilakukan hingga perkara mendapatkan putusan yang berkekuatan hukum tetap. Undang-Undang Nomor 16 Tahun 2011 tentang Bantuan Hukum cukup efektif dan cukup membantu dalam pelaksanaan pemberian bantuan hukum dan konsultasi di LKBH FH UP45. Abstract his paper aims to initiate the reform of corruption prisoner penal policies due to the practice of corruption and irregularities in prisons. This paper uses the normative approach method that is studying and analyzing secondary data in the form of journals and the results of previous research and analyzing various laws and regulations relating to socialization institutions and criminal acts of corruption. From the results of the analysis, the author argues that reconstructing the regulation of correctional prisoners in corruption is urgent, by integrating its eradication in a criminal justice system flow specifically for corruption ranging from the investigation stage to the correctional stage under the coordination or supervision of a strong, clean and independent institution. Therefore, the author’s idea is to revise the existing laws and regulations in the field of correctional and corruption enforcement or create new regulations that regulate the integration of handling corruption from the investigation to correctional stages under an independent institution Keywords: Policy Reform, Correctional, Prisoners, CorruptionIntusariTulisan ini betujuan menggagas reformasi kebijakan pemasyarakatan narapidana korupsi akibat praktek korupsi dan penyimpangan pada Lembaga pemasyarakatan. AbstractIn order to carry out the duties of representatives abroad, diplomatic representatives are given privileges and immunity. However, in practice there have been several cases where diplomatic officials violated the provisions of the 1961 Vienna Convention, especially the abuse of privileges and immunities they had. This violation has a certain effect in the form of an obligation for the state, both the recipient country and the sender to overcome this violation. In this regard, this paper intends to discuss what obligations should be carried out by the state in connection with the violation of diplomatic privileges and immunities by diplomatic officials themselves. The results of this paper show that there are several things that can be done by the state to respond to violations committed by diplomatic officials in the recipient country. The recipient country can declare a persona non-grataor expel a diplomatic representative back to the country of origin. In addition, the recipient country may also request the sending country to remove immunity held by the diplomatic officer concerned. As for the recipient country, the country can consider removing the immunity of its diplomatic officials, as well as calling back to the country of mission. Keywords: state’s obligation, violation, diplomatic privilege and immunityIntisari Dalam rangka menjalankan tugas perwakilan di luar negeri, perwakilan diplomatik diberikan keistimewaan dan kekebalan. Kendati demikian, dalam praktek ditemukan beberapa kasus di mana pejabat diplomatik melakukan pelanggaran terhadap ketentuan Konvensi Wina 1961, terkhusus penyalahgunaan hak keistimewaan dan kekebalan yang dimilikinya. Pelanggaran ini tentu menimbulkan akibat tertentu berupa kewajiban bagi negara, baik negera penerima maupun pengirim untuk menanggulangi pelanggaran ini. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, tulisan ini hendak membahas kewajiban seperti apa yang perlu dilakukan negara sehubungan dengan terjadinya pelanggaran hak keisitimewaan dan kekebalan diplomatik oleh pejabat diplomatik itu sendiri. Hasil dari penulisan ini menunjukan bahwa ada beberapa hal yang dapat dilakukan oleh negara untuk menanggapi pelanggaran yang dilakukan oleh pejabat diplomatik di negara penerima. Untuk negara penerima dapat menyatakan persona non-grata maupun mengusir perwakilan diplomatik kembali ke negara asal. Selain itu, negara penerima dapat juga meminta negara pengirim untuk menanggalkan kekebalan yang dimiliki pejabat diplomatik yang bersangkutan. Sedangkan bagi negara penerima, negara tersebut dapat mempertimbangkan untuk menanggalkan kekebalan yang dimiliki pejabat diplomatiknya, maupun melakukan pemanggilan kembali ke negara perutusan. AbstractThe purpose of this research is to investigate the implementation of law enforcement against the criminalization of women commercial sex workers in Parangtritis after enactment of Bantul District Regulation Number 5 of 2007 on the Prohibition of Prostitution and the problem of regulation enforcement of Bantul District Regulation Number 5 of 2007 on the Prohibition of Prostitution. This research is an empirical legal research with a descriptive approach. The results were analyzed with qualitative methods which further draw conclusions with inductive thinking method. The results showed that the application of Bantul District Number 5 of 2007 on the Prohibition of Prostitution is not successful in reducing the number of prostitution in Parangkusumo, Bantul. In addition, the negative impacts were appeared such as the impact of economic, the impact of law certainty, and the impact of the Social Politics on gender mainstreaming in form of inferiority inaugural women’s position in society. The Failure of Bantul District Regulation Number 5 of 2007 on the Prohibition of Prostitution to identify the root of prostitution’s problem is another implementation obstacle.Keywords: District Regulation, Law Enforcement, Prostitution.IntisariTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi penegakan hukum terhadap kriminalisasi perempuan pekerja seks komersial di Parangtritis setelah pemberlakuan Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Bantul Nomor 5 Tahun 2007 tentang Larangan Prostitusi. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian hukum empiris dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan metode kualitatif dan penarikan kesimpulan dengan metode berpikir induktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pelaksanaan Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Bantul Nomor 5 Tahun 2007 tentang Larangan Prostitusi tidak berhasil menurunkan angka prostitusi di Parangtritis, Kabupaten Bantul. Di samping itu, Pelaksanaan Peraturan Daerah Nomor 5 Tahun 2007 tentang Larangan Prostitusi menimbulkan beberapa dampak negatif yaitu dampak ekonomi, dampak kepastian hukum dan dampak sosial politik pengarusutamaan gender dalam bentuk inferioritas posisi perempuan dalam masyarakat. Kegagalan Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Bantul Nomor 5 Tahun 2007 tentang Larangan Prostitusi dalam mengidentifikasi akar kemunculan prostitusi menjadi salah satu penghalang pelaksanaan hukum. The realization of social justice for all population, especially for poor and disadvantaged people as implementation access to justice completely, so there is no legal term only for able and rich people, but legal for all. This research focuses on constitutional legal aid concept and wishes to be implemented in Indonesia. This study uses normative juridical approach, the analysis use qualitative descriptive with secondary data sources. Conclusions obtained, the concept of constitutional legal aid is feasible and must be applied in Indonesia on the basis of constitutions order, by changing the law on legal aid through judicial review.

This research focuses on constitutional legal aid concept and wishes to be implemented in Indonesia. This study uses normative juridical approach, the analysis use qualitative descriptive with secondary data sources. Official Certifier of Title Deeds as the official deed of land deed maker is expected can prevent an absentee. This research aim is to identify the duty of Official Certifier of Title Deeds to prevent an absentee. This essay uses empiris method. The results of this research show that Official Certifier of Title Deeds has several methods to prevent an absentee, which are, the Official Certifier of Title Deeds gives the parties a legal opinion to prevent an absentee, checks the parties domicile, makes sure that the parties made a statement letter that does not result in absentee, and the Official Certifier of Title Deeds do not process if it can be an absentee. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran PPAT dalam mencegah pemilikan secara absentee melalui jual-beli Hak Milik atas tanah pertanian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian empiris. This research aims to analyze free trade within the framework of the ASEAN Free Trade Agreement and the ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement as well as the ASEAN Maritime Connectivity and ASEAN Trade in Goods Agreement in the framework of free trade. This research uses normative legal research methods. The results of this research indicate that AFTA is a major driver in the ASEAN free trade sector through the CEPT mechanism. ATIGA was then born focusing on reducing and abolishing ASEAN trade tariffs. This paper would like to examine the requirements and validity of jus cogens. This is very important because jus cogens itself is very difficult to identify. This ambiguity makes jus cogens a controversial norm, and is considered not to provide legal certainty. Moreover, in terms of the implementation of the norm. In this regard, I will provide some alternative requirements of a norm as jus cogens, and a brief review of the validity of jus cogens inferred from the opinions of international legal experts and the provisions of the Vienna Convention 1969 on the Law of Treaties.Keywords: Jus cogens, international law, Vienna Convention on the law of treaties 1969.
