It is argued that the Covid-19 pandemic has affected the political sphere, in particular the transformation of political regimes. Situational factors such as the Covid-19 pandemic are proven to exacerbate the authoritarian characteristics of the political regime, especially in states with an unstable democratic tradition. The key manifestations of the strengthening of neo-authoritarianism, which became apparent during the pandemic, are identified: imbalance between the branches of government; postponement of regular elections; introduction of new methods of mass surveillance; narrowing of guaranteed human and citizen rights and freedoms; increased censorship and pressure on the media; pressure on the opposition and critical segment of civil society, etc. It is substantiated that the coronavirus pandemic has had a destructive effect on the quality of democracy in states with all types of political regimes, especially in states with flawed democracies, hybrid and authoritarian regimes. The hypothesis is confirmed that autocratic state leaders, having experienced the benefits of their expanded competence during the pandemic, seek to retain their additional powers.

The stabilizing role of social solidarity in the functioning of modern social systems is revealed. The axiological essence and significance of social justice for reducing the level of conflict in the existence of social formations is analyzed. The humanistic impact of democratic values on the progressive development of social systems is substantiated.

The paper analyzes the peculiarities of the communication process of the courts and the public. Based on the model (formula) of H.D. Lasswell, the main elements of communication activity are considered - the sender of information (communicator), the recipient (target audience), the content of messages, methods and channels of information transmission. It is noted that the effectiveness of communication depends on the careful preparation of messages, taking into account the interests and values of the target audience, as well as adequately selected channels and forms of information transfer.

In this study, the transition of philosophy into its own otherness, that is, the ideology proceeding from the non-identity of thinking and being, is considered. Just as Hegel's logical philosophy reached the form of universality, through a direct denial of the diversity of its historical forms, so post-Hegelian thought was defined through its attitude to ideology as philosophy "overturned" into politics, again appeared in historical forms. On the example of the paradoxical legacy of famous thinkers of the twentieth century, such as K. Mannheim, M. Heidegger and others, the authors establish the extreme point of the fall of philosophy into ideology and the beginning of its release from the functions of political technology in order to return to lost universality.

The article examines the peculiarities of state-church relations that are formed in the process of legitimizing civil society. It is substantiated that the 21st century, like the last 20th century, forces us to search for a new format of state-church relations ‑ in the context of international relations, modern globalization challenges, and the development of the latest communication and information space. This, of course, prompts a new assessment of the status of religion and the church in the modern political system and the state based on equality, taking into account the unsuccessful experience in the Soviet past of perceiving the church as an enemy of man and, at best, a secondary or auxiliary element in state-building processes. There is an increased interest of the Christian community in direct participation in social life, the formation of civil society and the establishment of a democratic and legal state. The church, as an institution, is quite different from the state, exerting its influence not only on the spiritual situation in Ukraine, but also trying to doctrinally intervene in political life and taking responsibility for determining the civilizational perspective of the state’s development.

Emphasis is placed on the urgency of the problem of human integrity as a cultural and historical fact of society and art, in particular music. The aim of the article is to define the phenomenon of differential ontology and anthropology as a musical gestalt in the context of I. Stravinsky's musical creativity and reflection. The research methodology is a systematic, comparative approach, transcendental, phenomenological, dialectical methods that implement the program of seeing the anthropological semiosphere of music as a cultural unity. The scientific novelty of the article is that the implicit and explicit modes of anthropology of music in the work of I. Stravinsky are determined. I. Stravinsky has Ukrainian roots, his influence on the formation of European culture is still underestimated from the standpoint of Ukrainian mentality, cordocentrism, which was explicitly defined in the theoretical reflection of the author as the search for "whole man". The folklore and mythological motifs of the works created for the Diaghilev seasons are characterized, as well as the disposition "avant-garde - neoclassic", which becomes the main epicenter of the composer's thoughts on the musical phenomenon. Conclusions. It is proved that the stage synthesis in the works of I. Stravinsky has its own musical image, where the impetus to the search for the musical integrity of the work as an analogue of a harmonious, integral person dominates. The symbiosis of musical and choreographic constellations took place as a stimulus to universal harmony, and the musical fabric of the work was formed as a universal synthesis of sacred, mythological, creative intentions. Stage synthesis, which can be described as a kind of musical can not be separated from the choreographic, scenographic images that form a single whole. Stravinsky was a charismatic leader of the musical avant-garde of the twentieth century, who defined the Frying Pan line of "two hearts" - a profane and sacred element of the musical phenomenon as a universal ontology of the whole human artist.

The article examines the essence and basic approaches to the interpretation of the concept of "digital rhetoric" in modern times, which is characterized by an extremely close combination of real and digital worlds. It is proposed to highlight another new stage - digital rhetoric, along with such generally accepted stages of rhetoric development as classical rhetoric and neorhetoric. The need to single out such the stage is explained by the general trends of changing communicative practice today.

The article is devoted to the study of electoral choice. It is proved that it is a complex phenomenon that requires a comprehensive study in the framework of different approaches, which are formed in behaviorism, postmodernism, cognitivism, moral and communicative philosophy. It has been shown that the study of electoral choice is related to the analysis of thought processes. Given the unrestricted dissemination of information and the growing role of irrational aspects, political behavior cannot be explained by the doctrine of rational choice alone.

This study touches upon the problem of modern interpretation of legal reality in the horizon of intersubjectivism. The key role is assigned to performative actionism, which is considered as a tactic for exercising the law and a method of learning the truth in the course of a trial. Law is understood as an action, process, event, deed, situation, a series of actions of agents of law. Actionism applies the principles of independent and effective interaction of agents of the modern integrative environment, and also provides a methodological justification for the new legal intersubjectivism of bodies in judicial practice.
