After a presentation of the management process of a grain silo, we present the necessity of the analysis and the identification of information in a grain silo wile using a strategic planning based on the OOPP method (Objectives Oriented Project Planning). This kind of analysis leads to an efficient management of the activities of grain silo. In fact, the OOPP method constitutes a tool of a global systemic modeling enabling to analyze a complex situation by a hierarchically decomposition until reaching an elementary level allowing to an operational planning.

Desa Sukorejo di Kecamatan Bangsalsari merupakan salah satu sentra kedelai di Kabupaten Jember namun 3 tahun terakhir mengalami penurunan produksi yang disebabkan biaya produksi tidak sebanding dengan pendapatan yang diperoleh. Salah satu upaya untuk menekan biaya produksi adalah dengan menekan penggunaan pupuk kimia. Pupuk N atau pupuk urea pada pertanaman kedelai dapat diganti dengan penggunaan pupuk hayati yang dibuat dari bakteri Rhizobium spp. yang memiliki kemampuan memfiksasi Nitrogen dari udara. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan memberikan penyuluhan dan pelatihan pembuatan pupuk N dari Rhizobium menjadi bentuk granular dan cair. Pupuk dalam bentuk granul efisien dalam aplikasinya karena tidak mudah tercuci. Pupuk dalam bentuk cair memiliki keuntungan dapat langsung diserap di perakaran dan dapat membantu merevitalisasi daya olah tanah dan mengemburkan media tanah dengan optimal. Berdasarkan hasil panen demplot yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa tanaman kedelai yang diberi perlakuan Rhizobium memberikan hasil yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan tanaman kedelai kontrol.

Daun kelor memiliki kandungan nutrisi yang cukup lengkap dan banyak sifat fungsional yang berguna untuk meningkatkan status gizi, khususnya bagi anak-anak. Meskipun demikian, pemanfaatan daun kelor sebagai sumber bahan pangan yang dapat diolah menjadi beragam produk pangan yang menarik, bergizi tinggi dan murah masih sangat terbatas. Kreativitas dalam pengolahan pangan berbasis kelor diharapkan akan mampu menunjang kecukupan gizi bagi anak-anak. Kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan untuk pengolahan serta pemanfaatan daun kelor, diharapkan akan membantu ketercukupan gizi secara murah serta mendorong semangat berwirausaha melalui praktek pembuatan olahan pangan sederhana berbasis daun kelor, seperti biskuit, pudding dan es krim.

Village-owned enterprises (BUM Desa) are business entities whose almost all of the capital is owned by the Village through investment, which has a strategic role to accommodate activities in the economic and public services sector. BUM Desa Sejahtera Gunungsari has been formed since 2018, when the Mayor of Batu launched the Movement to build a Tourism Village by encouraging the village to activate BUM Desa to manage tourist destinations. Gunungsari Village has the tourism potential of Picking Roses, land of lanterns and cultural arts. The problem is that the BUM Desa management is not ready to organize the organization's management, business management strategies, tourism promotion, marketing and accountability system. The method used by the Participatory Research Analysis (PRA) and Strategic Management approach with 4 stages: the environment observation, strategies formulation, strategies implementation, and evaluation or control. The solutions of these problems are emphasized on environment observation and strategy formulation. Therefore it is necessary to develop an appropriate BUM Desa management model for Tourism Villages which consists of a management system, financial management, and governance of promotion and marketing cooperation (online). The application of financial management uses the BUM Desa Accounting Application System which must be supported by improving the knowledge and skills of BUM Desa administrators through training in the use of the system.

Cakupan deteksi dini kanker serviks di Malang, pada tahun 2018 terendah berada di wilayah Puskesmas Dinoyo. Sosialisasi tentang deteksi dini kanker serviks masih berupa pemasangan spanduk dan penyuluhan. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan Pasangan Usia Subur tentang deteksi dini kanker serviks. Metode menggunakan home visit dan penyuluhan dengan media audio visual dan leaflet. Kegiatan ini melibatkan 110 PUS. Pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner pretes dan postest. Hasilnya 62,7% responden sudah mengetahui Deteksi dini kanker Serviks. Namun 86,4% belum pernah melakukan deteksi dini. Skor rata-rata pengetahuan suami dan istri mengalami peningkatan setelah diberikan penyuluhan, sebesar 3.49 dan 2.90. Hasil uji Wilcoxon-test bermakna signifikan (p value 0,00). Kesimpulannya modifikasi metode dan media edukasi kesehatan memberikan dampak positif pada pengetahuan tentang deteksi dini kanker serviks.

In the last 10 years, Mount Bromo has erupted three times; 2010, 2015, and 2019. Using the smartphone application as the Mount Bromo information facilities are one of an effort so that people and tourists can activate if an eruption occurs. There is important information about features made in the application such as distribution shelters, evacuation routes, health centers, photos, videos, and other important information. Assessment results in the application interface, the information conveyed, and also the features offered show that the application is very useful and gives a new perspective in conveying accurate information to the public and also tourists. The community satisfaction level is also quite good with the services provided by the Bromo preparedness application. Great expectations from the public and also respondents can see Mount Bromo further through CCTV cameras that are directly connected to the Android application.

Dalam meminimalisir timbunan sampah, pemerintah telah membuat program penanggulangan salah satunya dengan membuat sarana Bank Sampah Malang (BSM). Namun, ada beberapa sistem yang kurang efisien lain seperti akses informasi terbaru BSM tidak terdistribusi merata, dan lain sebagainya. Di sisi lain sesuai dengan arahan menteri kesehatan mengenai program lima pilar sanitasi total berbasis masyarakat (STBM) salah satu isi dari pilar tersebut adalah mengelola sampah dengan benar. Berdasarkan pendekatan dari salah satu dari lima pilar STBM maka dalam riset ini layanan puskesmas akan diintegrasikan dengan bank sampah, dimana biaya pengobatan untuk beberapa jenis layanan kesehatan standar dapat menggunakan saldo rekening pasien pada bank sampah tersebut. Pelaksanaannya diatasi dengan pengintegrasian teknologi berbasis aplikasi untuk memberi kemudahan dari segi manajemen informasi, pemberian informasi dan koordinasi bagi setiap pihak yang terlibat.

The common problem faced by catfish culturing in Cemorokandang District is high feed costs, low survival rate and high feed conversion ratio. The purpose of this acivity was to solve the problems faced by the farmers of catfish culture. The method of this activity was to transfer a knowledge and appropriate technology to farmers through Participatory Rural Appraisal and Participatory Technology Development. The activities that have been carried out in catfish culture are: (1) socialization, training and mentoring of probiotic production, (2) socialization, training and mentoring of fermented feed production using soy flour and wheat bran (3) construction of 2 m diameter of tarpaulin tanks , (4) provision of catfish seeds 7 cm, (5) the application of fermented feed and probiotic, and (6) monitoring and evaluation.

Purification method on crude porang flour, using with multistage ethanol washing technique, resulted purified porang flour which can be used for meatballs production. The objective of this paper was to deliver scientific knowledge on formulating meat ball ingredients as well as to demonstrate and to carry out a practical work on making a meat balls using mixture gels of composite flour contained porang flour and k-carrageenan flour. The extensions process was conducted at a community family welfare organization (CFWO), Klangon Village, Saradan Distric, Madiun Region and Pandan Asri Community Village Forest Organization at Klangon Village, Saradan Distric, Madiun Region. Finally, the extension activities resulted deep awareness for a targeted people in maximixing the use of porang bulbs for food preparations and the product can be sold as processed food. This activity will support Local Government Wisdom as stated: “one village one product”.
