The article is devoted to the formalization of the problem of distribution of target information flows during the operation of the ERS space system. It is proposed to consider the system as a complex, geographically-distributed information system, the main task of which is to implement a full service cycle, starting with the formation of an application and ending with the provision of a finished thematic product. The decomposition of the ERS space system as a complex information organizational and technical system was carried out, the system and consumer characteristics of its elements were determined. The possibility is substantiated to carry out an objective curtailment of system performance indicators and go to two particular ones that characterize the effectiveness of the target functioning of the system as a whole: the promptness (time) of fulfilling consumer requests for a finished thematic product and the cost of the finished thematic product. A general methodological approach to solving the technical problem is proposed. The result is a formal presentation of the task of distributing the streams of target information during the operation of the ERS space system as a sequence of the following operations: formation of an application; determination of the list of requests to the system required to complete the application; determining the processes and the sequence of their execution that will process the corresponding requests; optimization of the time distribution of processes among the elements of the system, taking into account the selected performance indicators and existing limitations.

The relevance of the work is justified by the frequent occurrence of the need to solve the problems of choosing personalized offers in information systems and the many possible methods of machine learning, among which it is necessary to choose the most suitable one. The purpose of this study is to simulate a system for selecting personalized offers as a queuing system for estimating equipment costs when using each of the methods necessary to service the required part of requests for a given time limit. This solves the problem of assessing the minimum number of servicing devices (backend servers) required to ensure the operation of the system at a given level. The paper shows that the system can be described by a multichannel queuing system without losses. The distribution function of the spent time of the request in the system (the service time plus the waiting time in the queue) is calculated, since in the literature for such systems only the distribution function of the waiting time in the queue is described. Transformations of the expression for the probability of waiting are given, which solve the overflow problem in the software implementation. In the final part, as an example, the system was modeled according to the given parameters, and the minimum number of servicing devices was estimated to ensure a given system response time. Based on the data obtained, it is possible to make a decision on the advisability of using one or another method for predicting the frequency of user clicks or ranking.

Recently the reversible cellular automata are increasingly used to build high-performance cryptographic algorithms. The paper establishes a connection between the reversibility of homogeneous one-dimensional binary cellular automata of a finite size and the properties of a structure called binary filter with input memory and such finite automata properties as the prohibitions in automata output and loss of information. We show that finding the preimage for an arbitrary configuration of a one-dimensional cellular automaton of length L with a local transition function f is associated with reversibility of a binary filter with input memory. As a fact, the nonlinear filter with an input memory corresponding to our cellular automaton does not depend on the number of memory cells of the cellular automaton. The results obtained make it possible to reduce the complexity of solving massive enumeration problems related to the issues of reversibility of cellular automata. All the results obtained can be transferred to cellular automata with non-binary cell filling and to cellular automata of dimension greater than 1.

Photovoltaic conversion of the solar energy is the most prospective direction of the renewable power engineering. Solar arrays ensure power supply of spacecrafts and are gaining increasingly more application on the Earth. In the majority of developed countries, laws on state support of the green power engineering assisted in a substantial increase of power of the solar photovoltaic systems have been adopted. The main barrier to increasing the terrestrial solar photovoltaics development rates is a relatively high cost of the solar electric power. The ways for reducing the cost are the rise of the efficiency of power systems and the reduction of the material consumption for arrays based on multijunction solar cells. Results of multijunction solar cells and modules developments for space and terrestrial solar arrays are discussed in the article. In the last years, a significant experience on creation of multijunction solar cells was accumulated. Cascade solar cells and solar photovoltaic installations on their base with sunlight concentrators have been developed. At present, the terrestrial cascade solar cell efficiency exceeds 45%, which is substantially higher than that in conventional Si and thin-film solar arrays. The cascade solar cell efficiency increase has been achieved at the expense of splitting the sunlight spectrum into several intervals by the solar cell semiconductor structure fulfilling more effective photon energy conversion of each of these intervals in a definite parts of this structure. It is shown that multijunction solar cells provide the highest efficiency and they are the basic components of space arrays. Multijunction solar cells provide the highest conversion efficiency of concentrated sunlight as well. It opens prospects for decreasing the solar cell area and cost proportionally to the sunlight concentration. Developed concentrated photovoltaic installations are promising for wide applications in the high scale terrestrial solar photovoltaic energetics.

The conditions of State Electrification Plan of Russia (GOELRO plan) preparation as common unified state economic plan are under consideration. Plan was prepared during the pressed period less one year since February to December of the 1920 by State Commission GOELRO including twenty very qualified engineers and scientists and involving time by time additionally about two hundred specialists. A relation of GOELRO plan and development of energy policy of former USSR and current Russia is discussed. GOELRO plan was the comprehensive technical, financial and social oriented plan for qualitative restoration of Russia. But later state energy policy lost social oriented sense and now it is formal set of documents inside energy industry. Taking into account digitalization and intellectualization of economics and social sphere the social oriented role of energy sector as infrastructural industry is growing. Basic points of comprehensive energy method are presented. It was the main methodological instrument for preparation of GOELRO plan. Prerequisites and key aspects of energy system research methodology are explained. Modern challenges in current power sector are formulated.

At designing aircraft, much attention is given to the wing, as one of the most critical elements of the airframe. It is necessary to have a clear-eyed outlook at response sequence, efficiency of various factors and calculation features on the receipt timing and quality of the result. In addition, the design of a structural element is a complex multidisciplinary task affecting various fields of science, which is complicated by the use of polymer composite materials. In the furtherance of solving the urgent task of the methods of designing of a polymer composite wing, it is necessary to determine the influence of wing deformation on the airload used in the calculation and determination of product parameters. Methods of designing of a polymer composite wing used at the initial stages and taking into account the choice of the external appearance, justification of the structural arrangement and load-bearing elements. The paper considers the flow of air over the wing of a passenger airliner and analyzes the pressure values for various flight modes. A comparison is made of the initial theoretical wing surface and deformed during flight, and the difference in loading of the considered options is determined. A future methodology of polymer composite wing design based on parametric modelling will take these results into account and make use of them.

In recent decades, computer technologies and software such as computer-aided design (CAD) have been actively developing. Thanks to this, modern machine-building enterprises increase the reliability and quality of their products while reducing their weight and complexity of manufacturing. In order to meet numerous requirements, leading companies are increasingly using topological optimization tools at various design stages. The use of this method for effective product design is growing rapidly, due to the continuously increasing computing power of computers and software capabilities. Modern software for topological optimization allows to design the shape of the part from scratch, setting only the conditions for fixing and touching surfaces, and also allows to improve existing structures by reducing their weight based on the set restrictions (equal strength with the original part, equal deformation, preservation of natural frequency, etc.). However, the result of topological optimization is often a complex spatial structure. Using the example of the Earring element, a topological optimization of the structure was performed to ensure that the strength requirements were met and that the minimum mass was obtained. As a result of optimization, the design of a reduced weight compared to the prototype is obtained. The results of the verification calculation showed the sufficiency of the values of the strength reserves of the final design of the Earring.

Article provides an overview of the world and domestic samples of high-strength threaded rebar for pre-stress in concrete structures. First of all, their technical characteristics were analyzed that affect the speed of installation of buildings and structures and the metal content of reinforced concrete structures used in them. We also consider the individual characteristics of the profile of rebar that are specific to individual countries, followed by an assessment of their behavior in reinforced concrete structures. Special attention is paid to domestic developments in this direction, in order to assess the competitiveness of innovative profiles both within Russia and on the world market. One of the most important developments in recent years in our country is the rebar class Av1000P, the history of which described in the second chapter of this review. The reason for the development of this profile was significant problems related to the crack resistance, thrust and endurance of previous types of thread and periodic profiles of high-strength rebar products. In addition to the reinforcement profiles, a high-speed method of joining and anchoring with the help of coupling threaded connections was partially considered, which is only possible on a screw profile armature without labor-intensive threading on rods.

The article is devoted to comparison of methods of calculating the approximate elevations of nodal points when adjusting leveling networks by strict and non-strict methods. Ensuring geomechanical monitoring of the mutual influence of constructed and operated objects is important in the intensive development of underground space of megacities, the construction of unique objects and structures. In the course of the research, mathematical models of level networks were developed and presented in the form of a closed loop and a set of open polygons. Analysis of modeling allows to determine the feasibility of applying the knot method by Professor V.V. Popov instead of the parametric method of adjustment. It is established that the quality of the results of strict equalization depends entirely on the quality of measurements, since deviations from the true values do not exceed the measurement error. The research has shown that it is possible to simplify the processing of monitoring data and evaluation of various configuration options for leveling networks, using algorithms for calculating approximate marks of nodal points. This makes it easier to process monitoring results and evaluate various network configuration options while ensuring the required level of measurement accuracy.

The significant role of the gold mining industry in the development of the Russian mineral resource system determines the search for new organizational, technical and geotechnical solutions to improve the completeness and efficiency of deposit development. Most of Russia's gold deposits are in remote, sparsely populated areas, where there is a lack of energy, transport communications, and infrastructure. It is shown that the Ryabinovoe gold deposit, located in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), is characterized by a complex structure, relatively low occurrence of ore deposits and a widespread in the value of mineral raw materials. Features of the Ryabinovoe deposit consist in a complex structural structure and alternation of mineralized gold-bearing and low-gold-bearing or ore-free areas of various capacities and complex morphology. The main criteria for open Geotechnology have been clarified and justified. This ensures safe and efficient development of the Ryabinovoe field with the achievement of the maximum possible total discounted income and the shortest recoupment period for the project. In general, an integrated approach is the basis of the development strategy of the Ryabinovoe gold deposit. It includes increasing the level of extraction of useful components, increasing the production volume and a differentiated approach to the choice of a method for processing ores of different quality. It is shown that the achievement of rational production capacity in the complex development of the Ryabinovoe gold deposit is based on optimizing the variation of the onboard and average gold content with justification of the ratio of production capacity of the mining and processing cycle.
