Pemakaian internet tidak lagi menjadi suatu komoditas yang langka. Sebaliknya, yang tidak menggunakan internet akan jauh tertinggal dan tidak akan mampu beradaptasi dengan perubahan yang cepat. Disisi lain, penggunaan internet secara berlebihan akan menimbulkan masalah yang lebih besar seperti kecanduan. Generasi yang paling terdampak perkembangan teknologi informasi yang pesat adalah generasi Z. Generasi Z lahir tahun 1995-2009 sehingga masuk ke dalam kategori remaja awal sampai dengan akhir di tahun 2020. Adiksi terhadap internet dapat memberikan dampak negatif berupa masalah psikologis maupun sosial pada diri remaja. Contoh masalah tersebut antara lain rasa kesepian, depresi hingga penurunan prestasi belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh self-compassion dan grit terhadap adiksi internet pada generasi Z. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan skala jenis likert akan digunakan. Subjek penelitian melibatkan 318 individu yang termasuk dalam usia generasi Z dengan teknik purposive sampling. Hasil akhir menunjukan bahwa self-compassion dan grit berpengaruh secara signifikan (p<0.01) terhadap adiksi internet generasi Z sebesar 20.8%. Secara terpisah, grit berpengaruh terhadap adiksi internet sebesar 17% sedangkan self-compassion berpengaruh terhadap adiksi internet sebesar 18%. Penjelasan mengenai dinamika hubungan diantara ketiga variabel dijelaskan dalam pembahasan.

One of the factors that influence turnover intention is job characteristic. This study is aimed to determine the relationship of job characteristic to employee turnover intention in PT. XY. Hypothesis that proposed in this research is that there is a relationship between job characteristic and turnover intention. 60 Workers from PT. XY participated in this study which obtained by total sampling technique. Data is obtained from the scale to measure job characteristic and turnover intention. A Product moment correlation test was used to analyze the data. The result of data analysis shown that the correlation coefficient is -0.524 with sig. of 0.000 (p <0.05). This study shows that there is a negative relationship between job characteristic to turnover intention and the effective correlation (contribution) that is given from turnover intention is 27.5% and the other 72.5% is affected by other factors. Base on the result ini this study, it can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted and there is a relationship between job characteristic and turnover intention.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesehatan mental para siswa yang menggunakan Instagram di Institut Agama Islam Negeri Kendari sebagai Pendidikan Tinggi Islam terbesar di Sulawesi Tenggara. Para peneliti mewawancarai 50 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa yang menggunakan Instagram dengan intensitas tinggi memiliki kesehatan mental negatif. Itu dibuktikan dengan persepsi mereka yang tidak akurat terhadap representasi diri mereka. Mereka menilai dan merasakan keberadaan mereka berdasarkan berapa banyak pengikut mengetik "cinta" di posting mereka. Bahkan, mereka akan merasa sangat terganggu, tidak bahagia dan marah jika ada yang mengkritik jabatan mereka dan ketika pengikut mereka mulai berkurang. Mereka juga akan sering menunggu berapa banyak orang yang akan menanggapi posting baru mereka. Mereka serius membuat cerita Instagram mereka sebagai sarana untuk mewakili diri mereka sendiri kepada orang lain seperti yang diinginkan. Kegiatan penggunaan Instagram perlu diajarkan dengan baik agar tidak memiliki dampak negatif pada siswa, terutama untuk kesehatan mental mereka.

Turnover as an actual form of turnover intention is a general phenomena in hospitality business. There are various factors that influence employee turnover intention, such as burnout experienced by employees and employee engagement that employees. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of burnout and employee engagement toward employee turnover intention at X Group Hotel. Multiple analysis result of this research showed that burnout and employee engagement influenced towards employee turnover intention at X Group Hotel. Burnout positively influenced to employee turnover intention and employee engagement negatively influenced to employee turnover intention at X Group Hotel. The implications of this research are expected the company can know that burnout can increase employee turnover intention, whereas employee engagement is needed to reduce employee turnover intention. However, many other things of the variables that can influence employee turnover intention on hospitality company, in particular if it is a family company.

This study aimed to determine the relationship between parental social support and self regulated learning. The hypotesis proposed that there was a positive relationship between parental social support and self regulated learning, assuming that the higher parental social support, the higher the self regulated learning and vice versa. The research subjects in this study were 147 students of class X-XI Padang Bulan GKPI Senior High School in Medan. Data was obtained from a scale to measure parental social support and self regulated learning. The calculation was carried out through an analysis prerequisite test (assumption test) which consists of normality test and linearity test. Data was analyzed by using Product Person Moment correlation through SPSS 17 for Windows. The results of the data analysis showed a correlation coefficient of 0.572 with p of 0.000 (p <0.005). This result showed that there was a positive relationship between parental social support and self regulated learning. Based on the result, it can be concluded that there was a positive relationship between parental social support and self regulated learning. In the other words, the hypothesis was accepted.

The purpose of this research is to know the correlation between perception of teacher teaching skills and students motivation to learn Sociology at acceleration class of SMA Swasta Al-Azhar Medan. Method used in this research is descriptive correlation and the population is all of acceleration class students at SMA Swasta Al-Azhar Medan in 2009/2010, that is 34 students. Sampling method which is used in this research is total sampling (all of population member used as sample). Data collected by using the questionnaire with Likert Scale. The reliability of each instruments are 0,941 for perception of teacher teaching skills, and 0,864 for students motivation to learn. Method of data analyze is Pearson correlation test (Pearson Product Moment).The result of this research indicate that there is a significant correlation between perception of teacher teaching skills and students motivation to learn (r = 0,352). The conclusion indicate that the perception of teacher teaching skills relate to students motivation to learn Sociology at acceleration class of SMA Swasta Al-Azhar Medan.
本研究的目的是了解在棉兰大学社会学速成班,教师教学技巧知觉与学生学习社会学动机的相关关系。本研究使用的方法是描述性相关,人口为2009/2010年SMA Swasta Al-Azhar Medan的所有加速班学生,即34名学生。本研究采用的抽样方法是总抽样(以所有人口成员为样本)。数据采用李克特量表问卷收集。对教师教学技能感知的信度为0.941,对学生学习动机的信度为0.864。数据分析方法为Pearson相关检验(Pearson积矩)。本研究结果表明,教师教学技能感知与学生学习动机之间存在显著相关(r = 0,352)。结论表明,教师教学技能感知与学生在棉兰大学社会学速成班学习社会学的动机有关。

This aims of this research is to reveal the pattern behavior of transgenders in Siabu Sub-District, Mandailing Natal District. Factors that caused the behavior, motivation that drives the behavior and father's involvement in eduation is among the matters that revelaed by this study. This study uses qualitative deskriptif methods with a snowball sampling case study approach. Subjects participated in this study four were transgender behaviour of adolescents in simangambat village Siabu Sub- district Mandailing Natal District. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study showed that the behaviour patterns of tranvestites in siabu village during the day were male working as salon employees, operating at night with female appearance wear tight clothes, make their faces up, sexy and fragrant, dating men, some of them are tempted, have an intimate relation through buttocks, jealousy between each transvestite in seizing men, factors causing the emergence of transgender behaviour in siabu sub district are saused by psychological factors, sociological factors and environmental factors. Teenagers motivates that doing the transvestite appear from the second motives which is the motives that can be modified, the fathers involvement in parenting still lack that done by their father as their responsibility but still in accessibility involvement.

Pengalaman mengajar Pendidikan Khas dan Pendidikan Pemulihan adalah istimewa. Dua jenis pendidikan yang berkaitan dengan murid-murid kurang upaya mempunyai banyak kesamaan dan perbezaan yang jauh beza. Dengan mengkaji secara mendalam mengenai definisi program, ciri-ciri murid khas bermasalah pembelajaran dan murid pemuliahan, matlamat, pentaksiran, kurikulum serta kaedah mengajar dua jenis pendidikan tersebut, pengetahuan dan kefahaman tentang banyak aspek dua program dapat ditingkatkan. Juga, banyak pandangan yang agak mengelirukan dapat dijelaskan dan banyak wawasan (insight) diluar jangkaan dapat diperolehi.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan self regulated learning dengan kematangan karirpada siswa kelas XI MAN 2 MODEL MEDAN. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI jurusan IPA, yang mendapat ranking 1-10 yang berjumlah 100 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan dua skala, yaitu skala self regulated learning dan skala kematangan karir. Analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi (rxy) sebesar 0.543 dengan p = 0,000 < 0,005, artinya terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara self regulated learning dengan kematangan karirsiswa kelas XI, yang menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi self regulated learning siswa maka semakin tinggi kematangan karirnya. Sebaliknya semakin rendah self regulated learning siswa maka semakin rendah kematangan karirnya. Self regulated learning dalam penelitian ini siswa Man 2 Model Medan tergolong tinggi karena (mean empirik =106,64.> mean hipotetik = 87,5 dimana selisihnya melebihi bilangan SD = 19,59). Dan kematangan karirjuga tergolong tinggi, karena (mean empirik= 127,12.> mean hipotetik = 100 dimana selisihnya melebihi bilangan SD = 27,12). Adapun koefisien determinasi dari korelasi tersebut sebesar R2 = 0,294 artinya self regulated learning memberikan sumbangan terhadap kematangan karirsebesar 29%. Hasil penelitian ini sesuai hipotesis dengan hasil penelitian di lapangan.Kata Kunci : Self Regulated Learning; Kematangan Karir; Siswa.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmengetahui pengaruh bimbingan kelompok (BKP) terhadap keterampilan sosial siswa. Mengetahui pengaruh self-efficacy terhadap keterampilan sosial siswa. Mengetahui interaksi antara BKP dan self-efficacyterhadap keterampilan sosial siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi eksperimen dengan desain factorial 2x2. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Tanjung Tiram sebanyak 43 orang yang terdiri dari dua kelompok kelas, dimana kelas pertama sebagai kelas eksperimen diterapkan BKP Modeling dan kelas kedua sebagai kelas kontrol diterapkan BKP Homeroom. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuesioner yang dinyatakan valid dan reliabel. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis ANAVA dua jalur. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: Ada pengaruh bimbingan kelompok (BKP) terhadap keterampilan sosial siswa SMP Negeri 2 Tanjung Tiram. Ada perbedaan antara BKP Modeling dengan BKP Homeroom dalam mempengaruhi keterampilan sosial siswa. Tidak ada perbedaan antara self-eficacy rendah dan self-eficacy tinggi dalam mempengaruhi keterampilan sosial siswa. BKP Modeling sangat baik digunakan dalam meningkatkan keterampilan sosial siswa.
