The purpose of this article is to reveal the theoretical and methodological foundations of the development of business models of the entrepreneurial Internet environment using applied recommendations aimed at effective development under conditions of uncertainty. The paper considers the feasibility of using fuzzy logic and an approach to effective modeling of the development of business models of digital entrepreneurship. A typical structure of the system of fuzzy inference, as well as a hierarchical system of fuzzy inference for modeling a fuzzy system of development of business models of the Internet entrepreneurship is provided. Two categories of future uncertain events are identified separately, the occurrence of which will be either favorable for the business model (high profits, achievement of goals, obtaining planned results, and events), or will be unfavorable (risks of losses, lost profits, bankruptcy, etc.). It is specified that quantitative methods for assessing the efficiency of business models of digital entrepreneurship, for example, determining the costs of finding a client, calculating the lifetime value of a client, as well as methods for evaluating efficiency using a sales funnel (an indicator of the number of customers who have moved from the category of potential buyers to the category of real ones), can only predict, control and analyze the main stages of digital entrepreneurship. However, in the situation of uncertainty of the market environment, which can develop into an economic crisis, one of the problems of e-business management is the uncertainty of the initial data and the results obtained, on the basis of which management decisions are made in the future regarding the effectiveness of the development of business models on the Internet. This somewhat complicates the creation of economic and mathematical models allowing to formalize business processes in the company. That is why a new approach – FIB (fuzziness in business) is substantiated, allowing to operate with both precisely specified parameters and characteristics, information about which is vague and based on indistinct, subjective assessments of experts.

The aim of the article is to study the economic essence and ways to settle the insolvency of banks in the context of European regulatory imperatives. Not all banks are capable of stable functioning under conditions of economic imbalances, crises and uncertainty, which leads to the withdrawal of banks from the market. The European vector of Ukraine’s development requires the implementation of European rules for resolving bank insolvency in order to reduce the negative consequences of their possible bankruptcy. Attention is focused on the understanding of an insolvent bank as financially unstable. The manifestations of insolvency are defined and it is proposed to distinguish between full and technical (technical default) insolvency of banks. Practical examples of such interpretation are provided, in particular, JSC «JSCB «Arkada» – as an example of a complete default and JSC «Bank Sich» – as an example of a technical default on the realized market risk. The article discloses the essence, factors and signs of insolvency, which are constantly evolving. It is noted that, in fact, insolvency is manifested in the square formed of four concepts – incapacity, non-fulfillment, non-payment, and insolvency. The content of insolvency settlement is disclosed, which provides for the adoption of appropriate measures aimed at preventing and/or overcoming the consequences of the bank’s inability to perform (partially or completely) its functional duties in case of any type of insolvency. Certain stages of bank insolvency and measures of influence have been allocated. In accordance with the European BRRD Directive, the goals and principles of insolvency settlement have been formulated. The objectives must be balanced according to the nature and circumstances of each case, and they also influence the choice of method and tools of settlement. The need to harmonize domestic legislation with European rules is noted. In particular, the BRRD recommends the following settlement tools: asset separation tool, bail-in tool, sale of business tool, bridge institution tool. The article discloses the directions of their implementation in domestic practice.

The aim of the article is to study the features of the integration of holistic marketing and digital technologies, allowing to transform the fashion industry and provide brands with the opportunity to find novel ways to express their identity and interact with their audience. Generalizing scientific approaches to defining the essence of the concepts of «holistic marketing» and «digital marketing», the article determines the relevance of integrating these two concepts as used in the fashion industry, which should foster the improving of the quality of goods and services, reinforcing the interaction between brands and consumers, thus increasing their role in the implementation of the conception of holistic marketing. It is substantiated that digital marketing allows fashion brands to increase their online presence through a variety of channels. Social media and other digital platforms allow brands in the fashion industry to interact directly with their audience through comments, messages, and reviews, thus providing manufacturers of clothing and accessories with additional opportunities to receive feedback from consumers and improve their assortment. Digital marketing allows fashion brands to reach an international audience and expand their global presence without significant infrastructure costs, a promotion can even be more cost-effective compared with traditional advertising. At the same time, the closure of some stores of foreign brands for security reasons, the change of seasons and the growing popularity of the domestic range of goods «made in Ukraine» created opportunities for the recovery of the fashion business in Ukraine. Digital platforms are used to convey information about a brand’s commitment to sustainable and ethical practices, which attracts the attention of socially conscious consumers. For example, the social project Under Sirens, organized in Europe, aims at drawing the world’s attention to the russian-led war going on in Ukraine. The fashionable Ukrainian brands labels incorporate soundtracks and, making use of augmented reality, turn into air raid sirens very alike to the alarms that howl in Ukrainian cities every now and then.

The article emphasizes the relevance of the formation and implementation of the State policy of ensuring structural changes and institutional reforms in the internal market. The aim of the study is to scientifically substantiate the methodological and applied principles of structural changes in the internal market. On the basis of the carried out analysis of the current results of researches in the field of conceptual foundations of structural changes, reforms of transformations, institutionalism, structural policy, etc., the directions (components, criteria for analysis) of generalization of the theoretical and methodological principles of structural changes are defined and, as shown, they include the following: structure of the economy by types of economic activity; full-fledged institutional environment and institutional transformations; effective changes in reproductive processes; balance of proportions between sectors of the regional economy; innovation and technological activity and its contribution to the competitiveness of the regional economy. It is concluded that within the framework of the product and sectoral approaches, structural reforms are manifested in the formation of a rational and effective production and sectoral structure of the regional economy. It is proved that, according to the institutional approach, structural reforms are based on the quality of the institutional-organizational and institutional-legal environment of economic management. It is stated that with account of changes in the reproduction processes, structural reforms are characterized by the quality and dynamics of reproduction processes in terms of resource provision and material production, also by the ratios between savings, investments, and consumption. It is confirmed that, according to the sectoral approach, structural reforms are characterized by the formation of rational correlations among the forms of ownership, organizational and legal forms of management, size of enterprises, spheres of the enterprise activity, etc. It is identified that according to the innovation-technological approach, structural reforms are determined by the volume, intensity, progressiveness and efficiency of innovation-technological modernization of enterprises.

The aim of the article is to study the impact of digitalization on economic, sociocultural and political processes in society, as well as to search for alternative scenarios for the development of digital society. Digitalization today is an effective indicator of the development of society, which provides many people with ease in carrying out their daily activities. The usefulness of digitalization for society today is confirmed in almost all aspects of human life – from production and doing business to communication and mobility. However, in today's society there is no clear understanding of the further development of humanity in the context of rapid technological advances, and there is even more lack of an idea of what the role of a person in the digital world will be. Analyzing this issue, we have worked out a number of versions and views – from scientifically progressive to fantastic-utopian – in order to understand the optimal scenario for the development of digital society. Today, the world has entered the era of Industry 4.0, that is, the era that is based on new technologies. Technologies are increasingly becoming able to replace humans in every field of industry, education, science, and everyday life issues of society. The study showed that today there is no consensus in society about what the future world will look like under the influence of digitalization and the spread of artificial intelligence (AI). This raises the question of the role of man in the light of technological change. In order to find the optimal scenario for the development of humanity in the era of digitalization and the formation of AI, we analyzed the main views that prevail among scientists and in society in general, and singled out our own vision of the role of humans in the era of digitalization. The fundamentals of the theory of technological singularity and transhumanism are analyzed. It is found that the negative consequences of technological progress can be generalized as two major problems. The first is that humans will lose control over technology, because AI will begin to develop on its own so quickly that it will become incomprehensible to humans. The second is a change in global humanistic concepts, at the center of which are a person and the appropriate moral values.

The current situation requires transport companies to simultaneously take into account two factors when making decision in regard of development strategies: firstly, functioning in wartime conditions and receiving large losses due to destruction, secondly, the need for accelerated integration into the EU economic space. Taxation of the rich and wealth are among the hot topics of public interest. Using specific examples, the article highlights the latest initiative of a group of American multimillionaires to increase the level of tax rates for this super-rich category of taxpayers. Such an initiative can be considered a solidarity tax. Accordingly, the task was set to characterize the quantitative indicators of this initiative. The article is motivated by the striking fact that 400 American multi-billionaires possess a combined wealth worth 4.000 billion U. S. dollars! The role of the method of studying the problem was performed by the analysis of quantitative parameters and fiscal and administrative features of taxation of the rich. First of all, the results of the study consist in the interpretation of the multi-component concept of wealth as an object of taxation. The impossibility of a general income and property tax has been disclosed, such a tax exists only as an unrealized project. The fiscal and administrative reasons for the refusal of inheritance tax in 21 countries, including Austria, Canada, Sweden and Israel, are clarified. The arguments that property taxes harm the processes of creation of wealth and capital are presented, in connection with which in the United States the share of property taxes in the total amount of tax revenues has decreased from 42% to 14% compared to the beginning of the twentieth century. The most significant fiscal potential for strengthening taxation of the rich is found in taxes on income and profits. A quantitative and institutional analysis of existing wealth taxes in Norway and Switzerland is carried out. A serious fiscal-administrative problem with wealth taxes is the valuation of taxable assets. As for further research, wealth taxes have inexhaustible scientific and practical potential. The article substantiates the relevance of research on similar topics in Ukraine.
