Perancangan Desain Kemasan Gudeg Jogja dengan Menggunakan Metode Quality Function Deployment (QFD)

This research was conducted to design packaging for typical Yogyakarta food products, Gudeg Jogja. Gudeg is known as a special food from the Special Region of Yogyakarta which is made from jackfruit cooked in coconut milk. As a typical food, Gudeg is often used as gift. Along with the need for Gudeg for souvenirs, various kinds of Gudeg packaging appeared on the market. The Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method is used to bring together what consumers want and then what producers can do to fulfill consumer desires. This method is used to design Gudeg packaging according to the needs of consumers. This product design development research uses a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The data is obtained from consumers and then processed. After knowing the results of data processing from the data that has been collected then a House of Quality is created. The result of this research is the design of Gudeg Jogja packaging that suits consumer needs.

EFEK PENGGUNAAN DOUBLE DAN SINGLE PISTON CALIPER TERHADAP WAKTU DAN JARAK TEMPUH PADA PENGEREMAN SEPEDA MOTOR 125 CC 双冲程活塞和单冲程活塞对发动机制动时间和距离的影响

This study aims to determine the distance and braking time on 125cc motorcycle vehicles by using two types of callipers, namely single-piston and double-piston callipers. The research method uses experimental methods.  There this method will compare 2 variables to get the results of the study by sulking on SNI Braking. By varying the two callipers of different types and using the brake pressure gauge, stopwatch, and meter to find out the pressure, time, and distance when conducting the test, the results of the test are calculated by the formula of regularly changing straight motion force (GLBB) slowed down, braking force and braking efficiency formula in order to get more valid results. Based on the results of this research report, it was concluded that the 2-piston callipers are superior to the 1-piston callipers in terms of average mileage of 0.51 m (9.81 m – 9.30 m) in front wheel braking and average mileage of 0.42 m (4.63 m – 4.21 m) in rear wheel braking and average stopping time of 0.21 s (2.51 s – 2.30 s) with the average effect of braking efficiency value of 5% (57% - 52 %) on front wheel braking and the average time for 0.21 s (1.58 s – 1.37 s) with the average effect of efficiency value of 5 % (47 % - 42 %) on rear wheel braking. So that makes 2-piston callipers better used in 125 cc vehicles than 1-piston callipers in terms of braking aspects.

The main component of the injection system is the electronic control unit (ECU) functions to optimize the performance of the vehicle engine. The ECU has the functions of injection duration and ignition time as an injector and ignition controller. The purpose of the study analyzed the comparison and differences in variations in the regulation of injection duration and ignition time of injection motor engines against the power output of the engine using pertamax fuel by experimental methods. There are comparisons and differences in power and torque in each variation of the programmable ECU and standard ECU settings. The highest average power and torque results at the standard ECU setting compared to the programmable ECU setting have lower average power and torque. Due to the different injection duration and ignition time of each setting, the power and torque generated by the motorcycle engine can be higher or lower per variation of the Programmable ECU setting. In addition to the difference in power output and engine torque, it also has differences in SFC values and the average Thermis Efficiency produced varies by variation of the programmable ECU settings.

Mpok Imeh Chips is an Independent small business that produces Balado cassava chips in Jakarta, where cassava chips are packaged using plain plastic so that it has an unattractive impression. This research focuses on developing packaging designs that are following customer desires using the quality function deployment (QFD) method. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the customer's requirement for cassava chip packaging produced by UKM Mpok Imah includes cassava chip packaging that functions to protect the product, a medium packaging size. The form packaging is a standing pouch. Cassava chips packaging is made of polypropylene plastic transparent packaging. There is product information on the packaging. The packaging design is based on the house of quality (HOQ) in QFD and uses polypropylene plastic materials, size (14 x 22) cm, a weight of 250 grams, cassava chips illustration,  transparent and a standing pouch packing, description on the label shown on the front view design shows a visualization of the chip's packaging, there is some information about the product including the product name, net weight, address of the producing party and the halal logo. On the back packaging shown, there is information about the composition, storage rules and how used the packaging information expiration date of the packaged product.

Condensers as the main equipment and heat exchangers in a combined cycle power plant have a major effect to determine combined cycle efficiency. The condenser is used to transform saturated steam into water which will be reused in a combined cycle power plant. To acquire high performance, the condenser requires an overhaul plan and calculated performance. In this research, to determine a good overhaul plan, the python programming language with the linear regression method is used. The python programming language aims to predict the condenser when it must be overhauled. From the results of the research, it was found that there was an increase in the value of the cleanliness factor condenser before the overhaul. From 56.69% to 57.45% after the overhaul. After using linear regression in python programming on the distribution data from 2018 which was divided into three groups of analysis, it was found that the condenser must be overhauled on August 24, 2023.

ANALISIS SIMULASI KEKUATAN DAN PEMBUATAN RANGKA KENDARAAN SEPEDA MOTOR LISTRIK 分析动力模拟和电动摩托车的制造

The development of the automotive industry, especially my vehicle transportation, has changed from a fuel motor to an electric motor vehicle. The purpose of writing is to get results from the simulation of frame design and power on an electric motorcycle. The simulation result from the design where the material used is low carbon steel that the frame of an electric motorcycle with a rider weight of 170 kg is safe based on the "machine element" book on the dynamic load safety factor, which is determined from 2.0-3.0 For static loads 1.25-2.0 and shocks 3-5 this frame construction includes dynamic loads, displacement resulting from the stress analysis of the electric motorcycle frame receiving a load of 1700 N which is assumed to be the weight of the rider. Based on the simulation results, the maximum displacement is 0.2118 mm, and the von Mises stress generated by the stress analysis of the electric motorcycle frame receives a load of 1700 N, which is assumed to be the weight of the rider. Based on the simulation results, the maximum von Mises is 101.3 MPa. The von mises voltage. This electric motorcycle uses a 48 V BLDC brushless motor, 1500 W, 550 rpm, and uses a 58 V and 24 Ah lithium-ion battery.

Based on the experience of automatic motorcycle users Honda Vario 150, the motorcycle has several weaknesses, but one of the weaknesses that often occurs is the slow acceleration of the motorcycle from low to medium speed. CVT transmission system ( Continuously Variable Transmission ) affects the slow acceleration of a motorcycle from low to medium speed. The purpose of this study is to analyze the results of testing the use of roller weights with standard weights (18 g), 16 mix standard, and 16 g to get the value of the best acceleration on a dead motorcycle c Honda Vario 150. The research method used is an experimental research method using two research methods, namely testing with a dynamometer and testing with acceleration measurements with logger pro software. The use of a standard roller weight (18 g) is the roller weight with the fastest acceleration on a Honda Vario 150 motorcycle. This is evidenced by an average acceleration of 2.98 m/s2 . While the roller weight of 16 mix standard and 16 g experienced a decrease in acceleration. For roller weight 16 mix standard, there was a decrease in acceleration of 15.44% with an average acceleration of 2.52 m/s2 . And on the 16 g roller weight, there is a decrease in acceleration of 28.86 % with an average acceleration of 2.12 m/s2.

PERHITUNGAN WAKTU BAKU DAN PENENTUAN PRODUKTIVITAS PADA PENGERJAAN PEMBERSIHAN KACA GEDUNG X 计算出X大楼清洁工作的固定时间和生产力

XYZ is a company that provides building maintenance services; one of its services is glass cleaning services. In every work on building maintenance services projects in the form of cleaning the glass of PT. XYZ has not calculated the standard time of work, which affects 45% of the total work exceeding the deadline for the job given and the difficulty of estimating the productivity of the workers. In this study, the standard time and productivity were determined on the glass cleaning work of building X using the stopwatch time study method. The results of the calculations carried out using the stopwatch time study method obtained the optimal normal time at each stage of the work, namely in the preparation of work equipment for 58.55 minutes, on the removal of the gallows 112.82 minutes, on the installation of ropes of 20.41 minutes, on machine checking is 22.29 minutes, glass cleaning is 54.17 minutes, rope disassembly process is 57 minutes, and gondola storage is 55.33 minutes so that the optimal standard time is 380.56 minutes. Calculation results showed that performance rating measurement, excellent skill is B1 +0.11, a good effort is C1 +0.05, good condition is C +0.02, consistency is C +0.01 with a rating factor obtained in normal time is 65.569 minutes, and from the results of the calculation of worker productivity in the work of cleaning the glass of building X was obtained 0.12 units/hour.

In current developments, CDI ignition systems are widely used in motorcycle vehicles. This study aims to determine the effect of using variations of CDI Limiter and CDI unlimiter with spark plugs on torque, power, and fuel consumption using pertamax fuel. The research method is an experimental research method, carried out on a Vespa Strada 150 CC motorcycle. Research data obtained from tests using a dynamometer to determine the value of torque and power generated which will later be analyzed by directly observing the experimental results then drawing conclusions and determining the results of research conducted in the form of tables and diagrams, while for testing fuel consumption using measuring cup and calculating fuel consumption. Based on this report, shows that there are differences in torque, power, and fuel consumption produced. The highest torque value is found in the CDI unlimiter variation with platinum spark plugs at a rotating speed of 11000 rpm producing a torque of 7.09 Nm, while the highest power value is also found in the CDI unlimiter variation with Platinum Spark Plugs at 11000 rpm of rotating speed producing power of 10.7 HP and fuel consumption (SFC) the highest value was obtained in the CDI Limiter variation with platinum spark plugs at 11000 rpm resulting in an SFC of 0.67 L/HP.h.

COMPARISON OF THE FUEL CALORIFIC VALUE FROM PLASTIC PYROLYSIS WITH COMMERCIAL FUEL 塑料热解燃料与工业燃料热值的比较

Plastic, which is originated from petrolum, is possible to turn it to alternative fuel. Moreover in 2008, the estimated amount of midden in Indonesia reached 38.5 million tons per year with the largest compositions are organic waste (58%), waste plastics (14%), waste paper (9%) and wood waste (4%) (Ministry of Environment, 2008). Meanwhile in Depok City, the amount of waste which goes to Depok City’s landfill waste is 350-400 tonnes / day (Head of Technical Unit Landscape Depok City Sanitation Department, 2012). From the data, above, can be confirmed using plastic waste as an alternative fuel can be superior because plastic waste is the raw material which is cheap, easily processed, and can reduce environmental pollution. The processing of plastic waste into fuel conversion is done using a plastic waste machine with a continuous system, the working principle of heating at high temperature. Tests which are conducted in this study is to test the octane rating by bomb calorie meter, test anylizer gas emissions, and test octane gas chromatography. Plastic waste fuel, which is the outcome from plastic waste conversion machine with continuous system, can be used as fuel for vehicles, it is because the plastic oil calorific value 10 519 cal / g equivalent calorific value premium. This research is expected to address the scarcity of fossil fuels, and increasing public awareness of using alternative fuel, especially plastic waste fuel.
