Student achievement, especially in cognitive aspects, can be influenced by motivational factors and the use of learning facilities. This study aims to measure the influence of both on the learning achievement of History students of grade XI odd semester at SMA N 6 Bandar Lampung in the 2021/2022 academic year. Using a verifiative descriptive method with an ex post facto approach and survey, this study revealed that the use of learning facilities affected learning achievement by 36.60%, while learning motivation contributed by 30.80%. When the two were combined, its effect on learning achievement increased to 51.30%. Other factors that contributed to learning achievement, but were not studied in this study, contributed 48.70%.

Global warming due to the buildup of carbon dioxide (CO2) gas causes the air temperature to feel hotter. The buildup of carbon dioxide gas (CO2) occurs due to human activities that do not pay attention to environmental sustainability. The concept of green economy is proclaimed to be able to overcome hot problems that occur. The research method used is a literature review sourced from scientific articles, journals, and relevant documents. In this study, the results of waste created from human activities in the textile industry were classified into two types. The processing of solid textile waste can be addressed by managing wrapping containers during the production process to be reused without having to be thrown away, yarn waste and fabric waste are treated by recycling.

In the current context, learning activities have been greatly facilitated by the existence of various kinds of learning resources that can be used as a reference for exploring knowledge in order to improve and enrich our insights so that we can respond to the challenges of globalization. And one of the learning resources that can be utilized by humans is the environment. The environment is one source of learning that has a broad scope. And basically, all types of environment, around children can be used to optimize educational activities as long as they are relevant to basic competencies and learning outcomes. Based on its origin, the learning environment can be divided into three types, namely: the original natural environment, the man-made environment and the social environment. The environment does have a very important role as a source of learning, where learning from the environment is expected that students will directly experience learning from the experiences they get. Therefore, learning in the environment provides several benefits including: learning activities are more interesting, the nature of learning will be more colorful, the materials studied will be richer, learning activities will be more comprehensive, there will be more learning resources, students can understand and live up to these aspects. life in the environment.

The purpose of this study was to improve learning outcomes in the alternative energy sub-theme by using a two-group design quasi-experimental research method at Selaawi State Elementary School. The subjects of this study were students in class III-A and III-B of Selaawi State Elementary School which consisted of 53 students. This research was conducted in the even semester of the 2020/2021 school year. The results showed that there was an influence of the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) Approach on Learning Outcomes of the Alternative Energy Sub-theme. This can be seen from the average N-gain value in the experimental class group of 79 in the high category, and the average N-gain value in the control class is 57.77. Thus the results of testing the hypothesis that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted because t_count> t_table is 9.5202 > 2.00758. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that this research shows that there is a positive effect of using the STEM approach.

The purpose of this study aims to determine what factors can affect the quality of financial reports at the Universitas Terbuka. A survey approach was carried out to obtain data from 17 Central Units and 39 Regional Units at the Universitas Terbuka. 102 data were obtained through purposive sampling. Methods of data analysis using simple linear regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the study partially prove that BMN needs planning, BMN administration, HR competency and organizational commitment have a positive effect on the quality of financial reports and SIMAK BMN literacy moderates the influence between BMN needs planning, BMN administration, HR competence and organizational commitment on the quality of financial reports.

This study aims to examine the effect of employer branding on the intention to apply by mediating variable corporate reputation in Novo Club Community Members Batch 1. The data in this study were tested using the SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square) method by sampling using purposive sampling techniques to 157 respondents who were active members of Novo Club Batch 1. The data in this study was obtained through questionnaires that were distributed using the help of google forms and processed using SmartPLS 3.0 software. The result of this study is that employer branding through corporate reputation has no positive and significant effect on the intention to apply with T-statistical values of 1,485<1.96 and P-values of 0.138>0.05. Therefore, ParagonCorp needs to carry out a new strategy that is more targeted and measurable to improve the company's good reputation.

One thing that makes this research necessary is that in the midst of this increasingly fierce competition, in addition to always realizing the motto of its vision, and mission, Primagama Education Institution has also set a target that by 2006 Primagama must have been present in all capitals / districts / cities / sub-districts throughout Indonesia. In addition, Primagama must also always maintain an average turnover growth every year of around 35% compared to the previous year. This research was conducted at the Primagama Educational Institute Jogjakarta to determine the preparation of competitive advantage strategies used in facing competition and achieving targets that have been set in each period. The data collection method is carried out face-to-face with managers and field heads to obtain field data or primary data by providing a list of questions (questionnaires). Conclusions that can be drawn from the market growth strategy / tutoring products applied to increase market share by the Primagama Jogjakarta Education institution include: Judging from the results of the SWOT analysis, internal factors that are strengths for the Primagama Jogjakarta Education Institute.

Water is one of the basic needs that must be met by all human beings. In fulfilling this, the government's participation plays a very important role, limited fund management is a scourge that is feared by the government so that the coverage of community-based drinking water services with independent management from the community is the first step in overcoming the current achievement of access to drinking water. However, in its development the SPAM system built has experienced different developments. This study aims to determine the sustainability of community-based drinking water service systems by looking at the supporting factors for the sustainability of community-based drinking water services. This study uses a qualitative method which uses a case study method. The research design used a holistic multi-case study using two research villages, namely Sukadana Village and Ababi Village. From the research results it can be seen that community-based drinking water supply has different levels of sustainability. Villages that have a level of sustainability from several aspects such as social, economic, institutional aspects make it possible to have more excellent service continuity compared to villages that only have one important aspect. This is because each aspect has a relationship between one another. The sustainability of community-based drinking water services is strongly influenced by social, human and institutional capital. Community trust in managers, commitments and rules that have been agreed upon are one of the things that support the sustainability of community-based drinking water services.
