This is a qualitative research study that descriptively discovered the effects of teachers’ attitudes on students’ English speaking anxiety, which was being addressed by determining the teachers’ attitudes towards students in terms of their English speaking performance and English speaking anxiety, and students’ feelings about their teachers’ attitudes during their English speaking performance. An interview questionnaire comprised of open-ended questions was utilized to interview the 15 student and 6 teacher participants of this study, who are currently connected from the two prestigious universities in Kerala. The interview findings revealed the following effects of instructors' attitudes on students' English speaking anxiety: Teachers' student-friendly approach and interactive instructional strategies can alleviate students' English speaking anxiety, and teachers as stern and firm monitors of students' language use make students more aware of themselves, which drives them to be extensively scared of committing mistakes and not meeting their teachers’ expectations. Out from the gathered verbal data and results, this study concluded that teachers are indeed major determinants of students’ English speaking anxiety. Teachers' shown behavioural and instructional attitudes have a major role in increasing students' anxiety and apprehension in utilising the target language orally, which has an impact on their English speaking performance.

PT Perkebunan ABC is always encouraged to be able to achieve targets and increase the productivity of its employees. The problem in this study is whether conflict and work stress affect the performance of PT Perkebunan ABC employees with the hypothesis being conflict and work stress affect the performance of PT Perkebunan ABC employees. The theories used in this study are Human Resource Management (HRM), conflict management and organizational behavior related to conflict, work stress and employee performance. The purpose of this study is to determine what factors influence conflict and work stress on the performance of PT Perkebunan ABC employees and formulate managerial policies that can be implied in order to improve employee performance. This research is in the form of correlational research with a research population of 749 people, all of whom are Executive Employees. The analytical method used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis method. The results showed that conflict was the most dominant factor affecting the performance of PT Perkebunan ABC employees. The conclusion of this study is that the most dominant factor affecting the performance of Executive Employees (Karpel) at PT Perkebunan ABC Asahan is conflict with the magnitude of the influence reaching 91%.

This research aims to find out the forms of diversification of people's livelihoods in Talang Indah Tourist Attractions pringsewu regency, as well as the economic classification of the community after the existence of Talang Indah Tourist Attractions Pringsewu Regency. The methods used in this study are qualitatively described with data collection techniques observation, documentation, literature, questionnaires, and interviews. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion withdrawal. The results and discussion obtained by researchers are as follows: the community around Talang Indah Tourist Attraction has a variety of sources of income obtained from Talang Indah Attractions both from the agricultural and nonfarm sectors. The source of income of the community is not only from one source, but from several sources, which in this case it is said that the community has a diverse source of income and is commonly referred to as diversification of livelihoods.As for the form of diversification of livelihood after the existence of Talang Indah Tourist Attractions, namely Managers, janitors, security officers, counter guards and traders; as well as the classification of people's livelihoods in Talang Indah Tourist Attraction based on working hours, type of work and income level. The transformation of livelihoods for the community is due to new job opportunities related to Talang Indah Tourist Attractions.

The method used in this research is to use a qualitative approach with historical methods. Collecting data using documentation techniques and library techniques. Activities and struggles carried out by residents of ethnic Chinese descent are carried out in various ways, both individually as was done by Oei Tjoe Tat who sits in government. PDTI does not want the problem of “small groups”, Perwitt's statement regarding the draft citizenship law, Baperki's request to participate in perfecting the Pancawardhana, Expectations of Baperki Commission IV in fighting discrimination and racism, Baperki's Plenary Conference is a milestone in the struggle against discrimination'. Proses pembelajaran seseorang guru hendaknya mengetahui latar belakang siswa serta kebutuhan siswa. Penggunaan model pembelajaran yang bervariasi juga dapat meningkatkan keaktifan, dan minat, dalam belajar. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah Apakah ada pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Koopertif Tipe Kancing Gemerincing (Talking Chips)Terhadap Keaktifan Belajar Siswa dan Minat Belajar Pada Mata Pelajaran IPS kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 2 Labuhan Maringgai Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021. Metode yang digunakan adalah Quasi Eksperimental dengan desain Nonequivallent Control Group Design. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah Purposive Samping. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Uji T dan Uji Regresi Linear. Berdasarkan analisis data yang telah peneliti lakukan dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa: Model Pembelajaran Koopertif Tipe Kancing Gemerincing (X) berpengaruh terhadap Keaktifan Belajar (Y1) Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran IPS kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 2 Labuhan Maringgai Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021 yang dapat terlihat dari uji hipotesis dengan rumus Paired Sampel T-Test yang menunjukan nilai sig(2- tailed) 0.000 < 0.05. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh minat belajar, perhatian orang tua, dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 2 Tegineneng. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 2 Tegineneng dengan jumlah 70 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah nonprobability sampling dengan menggunakan sampling jenuh. Pengujian hipotesis secara parsial dilakukan melalui uji t dan secara simultan dilakukan melalui uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh baik secara parsial atau simultan antara minat belajar, perhatian orang tua, dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran ekonomi siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 2 Tegineneng. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis, diperoleh Fh 13,438 dan Ft = 2,74 yang berarti nahwa Fh > Ft dengan kadar determinasi sebesar 0,379 atau 3,79% sisanya sebesar 62,1% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Micro learning problems are problems faced by teachers in the process of implementing learning in the classroom. One of the problems of micro learning is that it is difficult to learn concepts. The researcher applied two learning media, namely photo learning media and audio recording learning media in overcoming micro learning problems. The formulation of the problem in writing this thesis is Is there a difference in the effectiveness of using photo learning media with audio recordings in overcoming the difficulties of learning concepts in the history subject of tenth grade Social Studies students at SMA Negeri 3 Bandar Lampung? In this study using a comparative research method with an experimental approach, the research design used in this research is Quasy Experiment (quasi-research), while the type of research design used is Quasy Experiment with One Group Pretest Posttest Design. Data collection techniques carried out are observation, questionnaires, documentation, literature. Data analysis techniques used in this study are normality test and homogeneity test. Based on the hypothesis test, it was obtained that t-count was 2,008 and t-table was 1,706. Because t-count is greater than t- table, it can be concluded that there is a difference in the effectiveness of photo learning media with audio recording learning media in overcoming difficulties in learning concepts in the tenth grade social studies history subject at SMA Negeri 3 Bandar Lampung.
微观学习问题是教师在课堂实施学习过程中所面临的问题。微学习的一个问题是很难学习概念。研究者运用照片学习媒体和录音学习媒体两种学习媒体来克服微观学习问题。撰写这篇论文的问题是:使用带有录音的照片学习媒体,在克服SMA Negeri 3 Bandar Lampung的十年级社会研究学生在历史科目中学习概念的困难方面,是否有不同的效果?本研究采用比较研究法和实验研究法,本研究采用的研究设计为Quasy Experiment(准研究),研究设计类型为Quasy Experiment with One Group Pretest post - test design。所采用的数据收集技术有观察、问卷调查、文献、文献。本研究使用的数据分析技术为正态性检验和齐性检验。经假设检验,得到t-count为2008,t-table为1706。由于t-count大于t- table,我们可以得出结论,照片学习媒体与录音学习媒体在克服南堡市SMA 3年级社会研究历史学科概念学习困难方面的效果存在差异。

Kudus Mosque Minaret has symbols that describe the existence of cultural acculturation between Hindu-Budha & Islam culture and Islamization. The purpose of this research is to describe the meaning of symbols at Kudus Mosque Minaret as acculturation. This research uses Hermeneutika Method to know the meaning of the symbols as an object in Kudus Mosque Minaret. This research uses observation, interview, and documentation as data collection techniques. Through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The data analysis used refer to interactive model concept. The result shows that there’s symbolics meaning in the parts of Kudus Mosque Minaret. At the top it says Allah that mean The Highest Symbol of Power. The body surrounded by China and Vietnam ceramic ornaments that mean A Close Relationship and A Journey. The bottom composed by bricks and wooden stairs as a symbol of Power, Solidarity, and Sturdiness. From the three of them refer to something that connected through symbols (infensional). That symbols not only contain imannent horizontal dimension or concerning the visible embodiment of symbols, but also vertical transcendent dimension because its beyond what is unseen and its relation to faith, piety to Allah swt. So they all have meaning in each part and also as a symbols of religious tolerance, especially Hindu and Islam.

This study aims to analyze when the Japanese controlled Indonesia around 1942-1945 by using indigenous women to serve as Jugun Ianfu. The research method used in this research is the historical method. The results of this study there are two factors that cause the process of fairness in the application of Jugun Ianfu in Indonesia. The first factor of Japanese Women's Culture at that time being a Jugun Ianfu (satisfied woman) was considered a noble thing because at that time all elements in Japan had to contribute to the victory of the Greater Asia War. Japan changed the names of indigenous women who became Jugun Ianfu to the names of Japanese people so as not to violate the culture or norms that existed in Indonesia. The law of war allowed the colonial state to take advantage of everything in the colonized country, therefore Japan took advantage by recruiting indigenous women, especially girls to become Jugun Ianfu.
