: In developmental psychology theory, students are late adolescents who need to have problem-solving skills (Sahrah, 2019). Itis necessary to be trained in order to become a capable, creative and independent person in accordance with the goals of Indonesian national education. However, in the learning process in the studio class, the DKV study program which has the purpose of learning to hone students' thinking skills, often has difficulty solving a problem. A study that has been conducted previously that it is known that aspects of methods in solving problems are still confusing for students (Ulita &; Hananto, 2022). The research outlines that some students are still not fully aware of how to apply the method in designing. Therefore, this journal will describe the form of application of design thinking methods in a case study of designing an educational card game "Sobat Saleh" that can help student design learning that provides an overview of the process of solving problems into a design idea. Starting from data collection, analytical techniques and thinking processes as well as the form of application of the design thinking design method. Thus, it can be observed more deeply the patterns carried out in efforts to apply the design thinking method so as to help students more easily have the ability to solve problems with the method. Communication strategy is the main factor for doing marketing. Likewise, what was conducted by Angkringan West in order to increase the number of followers and customers in its culinary business, a communication strategy was chosen using offensive words which were considered controversial. The purpose of this study was to analyze the marketing communication strategy concept of the owner of Angkringan West interested in using offensive words in conducting marketing communications, to analyze the considerations and the expected impact of using offensive words as unethical advertising on Angkringan West. This research was conducted using a type of qualitative research. As for the results of the study, it was found that 1) the consideration of using offensive words was adapted to use the language of social communication, namely the Semarangan language which flows spontaneously; 2) choosing the strategy of using offensive words is not to cause discomfort, impolite or unethical in trading, but the acceptance of offensive words depends on the demographics of the audience and the willingness to join the Angkringan West community. Conclusion: offensive words are an appropriate marketing strategy to use with certain marketing targets.

This research aims to analyze the impact of curriculum policies on teacher performance in the context of early childhood education. The research method used in this study is policy analysis. Data was collected through literature study, interviews with education stakeholders, and direct observation of teacher performance. The collected data was then analyzed qualitatively to identify the impact of curriculum policies on teacher performance. The research results show that curriculum policies have a significant influence on the performance of early childhood education teachers. Implementing a clear and comprehensive curriculum helps teachers develop learning plans that suit children's needs. Apart from that, a curriculum that is closely linked to teacher competency standards also encourages improvements in teachers' skills and knowledge in teaching. However, this research also identified several challenges faced by teachers in dealing with curriculum policies. This research concludes that curriculum policy plays an important role in improving the performance of early childhood education teachers. To maximize the positive impact, greater efforts need to be made to increase the support and resources available to teachers, as well as improve their training and understanding regarding the implementation of the new curriculum. Thus, it can be hoped that the quality of early childhood education will continue to improve.

Gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) is a prevalent mesenchymal tumor affecting the digestive tract, with the stomach being the most common location. While some GIST cases are sporadic with no known risk factors, certain factors like age and genetic abnormalities increase the risk. Early diagnosis of GIST remains challenging due to atypical symptoms, leading to late diagnoses and reduced survival rates. This research aims to identify specific risk factors related to local populations, develop accurate early diagnosis methods, and formulate more effective treatment strategies. The study involves a retrospective observational approach, collecting data from medical records of GIST patients and analyzing risk factors and treatment outcomes. The results highlight the increasing prevalence of GIST globally, emphasizing the need for increased awareness and early diagnosis. Challenges in early diagnosis and treatment underscore the importance of public awareness, medical education, and collaborative efforts for better GIST management. This research offers implications for the development of diagnostic guidelines and more effective treatment approaches, ultimately improving the prognosis and quality of life for GIST patients.

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of transformational leadership style and job transfers on employee performance at BPJS Employment. The population in this study is all permanent employees of BPJS Employment, South Sumatra regional office in 2022-2023, totaling 100 employees. In this research, the respondents in this research are all 100 permanent employees at BPJS Employment in 2022-2023 and all of them are the number of respondents in this research using the census technique method. The results of multiple linear analysis show that transformational leadership style and job transfer have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Transformational leadership style has a dominant influence on employee performance. Transformational leadership style, it is expected that the role of superiors needs to be an evaluation. Superiors are expected to provide enthusiasm and appreciation for employee performance results by giving awards to employees who provide good performance results and achieve achievements. Job transfers, it is hoped that the process for carrying out this rotation will need to be adjusted again. Where, if employees are often given work rotation, employees have to change their work environment and living environment.

Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan analisa kerusakan jalan pada ruas Jalan Brigjend Katamso – Jalan Raya Berbek – Jalan Raya Wadung Asri (STA. 0+000 – 5+000) yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Sidoarjo.
Analisis kerusakan jalan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode SDI. Metode SDI merupakan metode yang menghasilkan nilai SDI untuk menentukan kondisi jalan dan bentuk pemeliharaan yang diperlukan. Nilai SDI diperoleh dari besar persentase luas retak, lebar retak, jumlah lubang per 100 m, dan kedalaman bekas roda atau alur.
Dari penelitian ini didapat jenis kerusakan jalan yang terjadi pada ruas Jalan Brigjend Katamso – Jalan Raya Berbek – Jalan Raya Wadung Asri (STA 0+000 – 5+000) yaitu 0,49% lubang, 3,73% bekas roda (alur), 87,62% retak, 2,31% bleeding, 3,42% pengelupasan butir, 2,07% tambalan, dan 0,35% jembul. Penilaian kondisi jalan dengan menggunakan metode SDI menunjukkan 98% dalam kondisi baik dan 2% dalam kondisi rusak ringan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan penguasaan materi, berpikir kritis, kreativitas, komunikasi, dan kolaborasi, terhadap Kemampuan dasar mengajar mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi Universitas Lampung. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif berupa deskriptif verifikatif dengan angket. Populasi penelitian adalah mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi Universitas Lampung berjumlah 124 mahasiswa. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 55 orang menggunakan teknik simple random sampling yang berarti tiap sampel memiliki hak sama. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dengan mengumpulkan informasi langsung dari informan pertama dengan media angket. Perhitungan menggunakan olah data SPSS dengan hasil menunjukan terdapat pengaruh kemampuan penguasaan materi, berpikir kritis, kreativitas, komunikasi, dan kolaborasi terhadap Kemampuan dasar mengajar mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi Universitas Lampung dengan kadar determinasi sebesar 63,5% dan 36,5% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer dengan mengumpulkan informasi langsung dari informan pertama dengan media angket. Artikel ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan penerapan pembelajaran ilmu ekonomi koperasi dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran project-based learning. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu studi kepustakaan atau library research. Model ini adalah salah satu model yang dianjurkan Kurikulum 2013 untuk menjawab tuntutan kompetensi dari pendidikan abad ke-21 yaitu peserta didik harus memiliki kemampuan pemahaman yang tinggi, kemampuan berpikir kritis, kemampuan berkolaborasi, dan kemampuan berkomunikasi. Manfaat psikologis yang didapat peserta didik akan lebih termotivasi untuk belajar lebih banyak tentang mata pelajaran yang mereka pelajari saat mereka berpartisipasi dalam pembelajaran yang aktif dan terlibat.

This paper aims to explain diversion efforts in sexual violence crimes committed by children. Knowing the weaknesses of diversion efforts if these efforts are applied in sexual violence crimes committed by children. This paper uses a normative juridical method with a statutory approach as well as a conceptual approach with two legal materials, namely the law on criminal acts of sexual violence, the law on child protection and the law on the juvenile justice system. The result of this study is that the crime of sexual violence is a crime against the sexuality and dignity of another person's body. The perpetrators of this crime are not only adults but also children who will later be referred to as children in conflict with the law. The perpetrator's child has a different justice system as stated in the spa law with its specialty, namely diversion efforts. However, this does not support the goal of diversion itself which prioritizes the interests of the victim and provides a deterrent effect on children as perpetrators. It is said that diversion efforts will be enforced if the sentence is under 7 years, whereas there are articles that provide sentences under 7 years. The conclusion of this study is that the diversion effort does not fulfill the objective value of the diversion itself and can result in a loss of deterrent effect on the perpetrator so that the interests of the victim are not prioritized.
