The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence Self Efficacy and Utilization of Learning Facilities had on the Accounting Learning Outcomes of Class XI Students Mas Nurussa'adah Tebo. This research is included in quantitative research. The method used in this research is the ex-post facto method. Data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires were distributed to the entire population, the population in this study was relatively small, as many as 59 students, the technique used was saturated sampling technique. Saturated sampling technique is a sampling technique in which each member of the population is sampled. This research uses multiple linear regression model. All data was processed using Microsoft Excel 2010 Software and Statistical Product And Service Solution (SPSS) release 22.0 for windows. The results of this study indicate that the self-efficacy variable has a partial positive effect on learning outcomes, this is evidenced by the obtained tcount > ttable or 2,665 > 2.0025. The variable utilization of learning facilities has a partial positive effect on learning outcomes, this is evidenced by the value of tcount greater than ttable or 8.719 > 2.0025. Self-efficacy and the use of learning facilities simultaneously have a positive effect on learning outcomes, this is evidenced by the value of Fcount greater than Ftable or 42.868 > 3.2 with the value of multiple linear regression equation Y = 33,442 + 0.187 X1 + 0.718 X2 + e. Price is one of the most important marketing factors and prices also influence consumer purchasing decisions. However, the importance of this factor is meaningless if companies do not understand how price influences consumer purchasing decisions and its role in creating competitive advantage. The discussion in this study aims to analyze the effect of prices and consumer income on the demand for basic commodities in the city of Medan. This study uses a literature review by collecting the theoretical basis of the relationship between demand and price in determining consumer income from the existing literature and analyzing the literature. The findings of the study show that there is a positive relationship between the price and demand variables on the income variable, so that in order to increase a seller, the price and demand must be increased. However, in the relationship between price and demand variables there is a positive relationship where the greater the price, the smaller the demand.Keywords: Price, Income and Demand for Basic Materials

This study aims to determined how much influence Training (X1) and Job Placement (X2) both simultaneously and partially on Employee Performance (Y) at the Office of the Marine and Fisheries Office of Boalemo Regency. Using survey methods, data collection methods using questionnaires to respondents. Analysis using Path Analysis. The results shown that training (X1) and Job Placement (X2) simultaneously had a significant effect on employee performance (Y) at the Office of Marine Affairs and Fisheries in Boalemo Regency of 0.390 (39%). Meanwhile, 0.610 (61%) is influenced by outside variables that are not studied. Training (X1) partially has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) of 0.000. This study aims to examine the effect of work environment and intrinsic motivation on affective commitment with employee job satisfaction as a mediator. The study used a population of all employees of Kantor Dinas Perdagangan Lampung Tengah. The sampling technique used in this study was accidental sampling on 52 respondents who were determined from the population using the Slovin formula. The data was processed using multiple linear regression analysis and Sobel test. The research findings indicate that the work environment has a direct effect on affective commitment and an indirect effect on job satisfaction. Intrinsic motivation does not affect organizational affective commitment directly, but intrinsic motivation can affect organizational affective commitment if through job satisfaction or through mediation. The implications of the research results are discussed in the discussion section.Keywords: intrinsic motivation; job satisfaction; organizational affective commitment; and work environment.

Severalfactors, such as teaching techniques and ICT-based learning materials, can be taken to createan innovative, comfortable, and enjoyable learning environment. This research is categorizedas a form of development research because the results include creating an ICT-integratedlecture model and an increase in the positive character of students. This study overviews howcharacter education and information technology teaching are integrated. The purpose of this study is to understand more deeply the effectiveness of using Microsoft Teams as a distance learning medium during PJJ collaborative activities between STKIP PGRI Lumajang and STKIP Bima. The research method chosen is qualitative using a phenomenological approach. There were fourteen informants in this study. The key informants of this research were the Head of the Economic Education Study Program and Academic Advisory Lecturers and students who were members of the PJJ collaboration between STKIP PGRI Lumajang and STKIP Bima who took general courses and entrepreneurship. The results showed that STKIP PGRI Lumajang partner students could expand their knowledge and experience by participating in independent study programs at independent campuses. Students have the right to study outside the Main College. Students gain new knowledge outside the main campus. Students get new friends to exchange ideas outside of campus. Instructors focus more on teaching students by creating a creative learning environment. Dose shares his knowledge with students outside the main College. This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in economic subjects in SMA Negeri in Bandung Regency. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze how the description of distance learning and student learning outcomes, the effect of distance learning on learning outcomes. The method used in this study was an explanatory survey with data collection techniques through questionnaires and observation. The population of this research is the students of class XI IPS SMA Negeri in Bandung Regency as many as 2,495 students, while the sample is 364 students. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis. The results showed that: (i) distance learning was in the medium category, learning motivation, and student learning outcomes were in the medium category. Implementation of Instilling Awareness of the Importance of Soft Skills Entrepreneurship Through Student Development FKIP UNBARI "is aimed at providing an experience for students to care about cooperative development. Schools are expected to be a means for students to learn to do small businesses, develop organizational skills, encourage habits to innovate, learn to complete and as a forum for students to face the world of work after graduating from school. This research seeks to determine the relationship of part-time working and learning activities of economics education students at Teacher Training and Education Faculty in Mulawarman University 2019/2020 academic year by using quantitative method. The study's population was drawn from all part-time economic education students, a total of 20 persons. Product moment correlation, validity and reliability tests, and questionnaires were utilized to obtain data from respondents. According to the findings, part time working is related to the learning activities. The product moment correlation test showed part-time working has a significance level of 0.001 less than 0.005 and a value of rcount > rtable of 0.682 > 0.444, indicating that the correlation strength is "Strong." The findings also tell the proportion of the link between part-time working and learning activities is 0.68 or 68 percent. This indicates that 68 percent of part-time working is linked to learning activities, while the remaining 32 percent is linked to other factors. Looking for additional money is the most common indicator of part-time working, whereas expressing ideas is the most common indicator of learning activities. As a result, the value of r count > r table and Ha is accepted, implying that the relevance of the relationship between part-time working and learning activities is significant.Keywords: Part-Time Working, Learning Activities.
