The method used is quantitative, and the method of collecting information is through observation, questionnaires or questionnaires and documentation. The number of samples in this review were 81 housewives in Wele Village which were then analyzed using various examinations, namely multiple linear regression analysis. Judging from the final results of the review, it tends to be seen that the four variables (X) jointly affect the interest in doing business among housewives in Wele Village (Y). However, based on a partially significant test, the entrepreneurial knowledge variable (X1) and the socio-economic condition variable (X3) had a positive but not significant effect, while the variable from entrepreneurial motivation (X2) and also the family environment (X4) influenced housewives’ entrepreneurial interest ( Y) positively and significantly. Research has been carried out on the effect of motivation and work discipline on the performance of West Bontang District employees. Sampling of the questionnaire was carried out on 30 employees in the West Bontang sub-district. Testing the results is done by testing multiple regression analysis, F test, t test and R2 test. In multiple linear regression testing, Y = -10,791+ 0, 364 X1 + 0, 785 X2. F count shows the value = 28,532. This shows that the value of Fcount > Ftable, which is 28.532 > 3.1618 and the significance level is 0.000 <0.05. Thus, Motivation (X1) and Discipline (X2) have a significant positive effect on employee performance (Y) as the dependent variable. The t-count variable X1 is greater than the t-table value (2.198>1.703) with a significant level below 0.05, which is 0.000 and the t-count variable is greater than the t-table value (6.548>1.703) with a significant level below 0.05, i.e. 0.000 . Based on the method of decision making in the partial test in regression analysis, it can be concluded that: the work discipline variable is more dominant in influencing employee performance. Motivation and work discipline can simultaneously affect employee performance because the significant value is below 0.05, namely 0.000 (sig < 0.05). These results indicate that motivation and work discipline are factors that play an important role in determining the level of improvement in employee performance. The results of the analysis also show that the variable t value = 6.548> t arithmetic variable = 2.198, it can be concluded that the work discipline variable has a more dominant effect on employee performance in the West Bontang sub-district. This study aims to examine the effect of the audit opinion and BPK audit finding on the performance of local goverment in district/cities in Riau Province. The population in this study consisted of 12 districts/cities in Riau province with an observation period of 2016-2020. The sampling method in this study uses a non-probability sampling technique, namely a sampling method that does not provide equal opportunities or opportunities for each member of the population to be selected as a sample. The non-probability sampling method used is saturated sampling and the number of samples in the study is 60 samples. The test was carried out using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach with the help of WarpPLS version 7.0 software used in data analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the study found that audit opinions and audit findings have a negative effect on local government performance. This research has implications for local governments to have policies in regional financial management that are in accordance with statutory regulations so that they can make their local government performance better. Keywords : Audit Opinion, BPK Audit Finding, and Local Goverment Performance.

The level of financial literacy among students in Indonesia is still low. This is in accordance with the results of the OJK survey in 2016, which was only 28.3%. This figure explains that most students in Indonesia still do not understand financial concepts. Students who are known as intellectuals should be able to manage their personal finances independently, well, carefully and responsibly. Managing expenses is actually not a difficult thing, if the person concerned can distinguish things that must take precedence/priority with only fulfilling desires. The aim of the research was to analyze descriptively the level of financial literacy in boarding students as prospective economic educators at FKIP University of Jember. In taking the sample, the researcher used purposive sampling method. The sample used in this study was 50 prospective students of economics educators at FKIP University of Jember who were boarding children or overseas children who still depended on remittances/ pocket money from their parents every month. Data collection in this study used questionnaires which were distributed directly to respondents and some were distributed indirectly using Googleform. The results of the study showed that the level of financial literacy of students as prospective economic educators at FKIP University of Jember was good with an average score of 82.67% and was in the high category. Keywords: financial literacy, boarding students, prospective economic educators
