This study aims to empirically examine and analyze the effect of promotion (X1), service quality (X2), and price (X3) on repeat purchase decisions (Y) at Mbakoy Coffee Unaaha. This type of research is quantitative research. The number of respondents in this study were 62 customers of Mbakoy Coffee Unaaha. Multiple linear analysis techniques are used to test the research hypothesis. Data processing was carried out using the SPSS version 25 program. The results of this study indicate that Promotion, Service Quality and Price simultaneously influence Repurchase Decisions at Mbakoy Coffee Unaaha. Promotion partially has a significant effect on the Repurchase Decision at Mbakoy Coffee Unaaha. Service Quality partially has a significant effect on Repurchase Decisions at Mbakoy Coffee Unaaha. Price partially has a significant effect on the Repurchase Decision at Mbakoy Coffee Unaaha. Keywords: Promotion, Service Quality, Price and Repurchase Decision

Motivated by a lack of motivation student learning action in participating in social science learning and the learning outcomes obtained by students have not been maximized. The purpose of this research is (1) to determine the effect of learning motivation on student learning outcomes in social studies subjects for class Vll students of SMP Negeri 1 X Koto (2) to determine the magnitude of the relationship between learning motivation and learning outcomes in social studies subjects for grade VII students of SMP Negeri 1 X Koto Above. This type of research was qualitative with a sample of all grade’s VII students of SMP Negeri 1 X Koto Above as many as 31 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis techniques using simple linear regression techniques. The results of this study are a positive and significant relationship between the effect of providing motivation on student learning outcomes in class Vll SMP Negeri 1 X Koto. Entrepreneurship learning is still a subject that is considered difficult for students because it is considered incompatible between theory and practice. Ease of access to information technology in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 is considered to be one of the hopes in achieving learning success, especially in entrepreneurship courses. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of digital entrepreneurship teaching materials accompanied by Islamic values in entrepreneurship courses. This research involved 31 students taking entrepreneurship courses at one of the universities in Indonesia. The method used in this study is descriptive quantitative using percentages. The instrument used was a survey questionnaire in the form of a Google form which was distributed to students 5 times in 10 meetings. The results show that digital entrepreneurship teaching materials are interesting and help students understand the material. Students' difficulties were seen at the beginning of the meeting in using digital entrepreneurship teaching materials, but over time students began to get used to and easily use digital teaching materials. The implementation of digital entrepreneurship teaching materials accompanied by Islamic values in lectures has proven to support interactions between lecturers and students and is able to improve the independent learning process for students so that they become more effective and efficient. Keywords : digital entrepreneurship teaching materials; implementation; Islamic values

Muhammadiyah Metro University is one of the Islamic campuses in Lampung Province which has the vision of "Center of Professional, Modern and Enlightening Professional Excellence". Therefore, as a UM Metro lecturer, you are required to develop and apply technology-oriented science based on Islamic values that can be useful and applicable in the business and industrial world. This research is a development research, the product produced in this research is the Digital Textbook of Entrepreneurship which is accompanied by Islamic values to increase the prophetic value in entrepreneurship courses. The development of this digital textbook follows the ADDIE model development procedure. Based on research on validation analysis on the development of digital textbooks accompanied by Islamic values to increase the prophetic value in entrepreneurship courses developed using the ADDIE method through validation tests with the assessment sheet instrument, the average score is 88.5% with valid categories based on the value aspect. Islamic, media aspects and material aspects and are suitable for use in learning.Keywords: Research and Development, Digital Textbook, Entrepreneurship

DESAIN PEMBELAJARAN DARING BERBASIS VIDEO ANIMASI 在线动画视频学习设计

This study aims to develop an online learning design based on animated videos in economics. This study uses a research and development approach with the stages of initial analysis, material identification, product preparation, and testing. After the product is developed, a feasibility evaluation is carried out by experts to see the feasibility and the suitability between the content, the completeness of the design, and its attractiveness. In carrying out the design process, teachers can take advantage of available technology software, for example Explee. Analysis of the data used to interpret the results of this study, namely content analysis and student responses/tests. This analysis is used to process all information or research data obtained from the beginning to the end of the research implementation, in the form of input, feedback, criticism and suggestions for improvement according to predetermined indicators. The categories used in interpreting the results of the analysis are very good, good, good enough, not good and very bad. The results of the study show that the attractively designed animated videos are used by teachers, so that the online learning process runs effectively.Keywords: Learning Design; Animated Videos; Explee App

This study aims to examine and analyze empirically the Effect of Marketing Mix (X1), Consumer Perception (X2), on Consumer Buying Interest (Y) in Home Industry Potato Donut Madona in Unaaha City. The population in this study were consumers who made purchases at the Home Industry of Madona potato donuts in Unaaha City, amounting to 50 people. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Marketing Mix and Consumer Perception have a significant effect on Consumer Purchase Interest in Home Industry of Madona Potato Donuts in Unaaha City. This study aims to determine the effect of the independent learning environment and online learning on academic achievement during the pandemic of class VIII  Yosef Arnoldi Bagan Batu Private junior High School in social studies subjects for  the 2021/2022 academic year. Quantitative research approach with survey method, the population off all class totaling 68 students as research sample. The analitycal method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Data analysis techniques used in this study include partial t-test, simultaneous hypothesis (F-test) and determination coefficient (R2). The results showed that the independent learning environment and online learning had a positive achievement with the equation Y=1,607 + 0,629 X1 + 0,409X2. Partial hypothesis testing for the X1 variable obtained t-count X1(5,825) > t-table (1,98) which can be concluded that independent learning environment has a significant effect on a academic and variable X2 is obtained t-count X2 (5,741) > t-table (1,98) which can be concluded that online learning has a significant effect on academic achievement. The coefficient determinant test (R2) shows that the adjusted r-square = 0,618, meaning that 61,8 % of academic achievement is influenced by independent learing and online learning variables, while the rest (38,2%) is explained by other factors.Keywords: Independent Learning Environment; Online Learning; Academic    Achievement

The implementation of PJJ during the COVID-19 pandemic has a high effectiveness value for implementing learning activities at the higher education level in particular and all education providers in general. The method of learning at home for students in each institution is different, because the facilities owned are different, the economic conditions of students and their parents are also different. So the purpose of this research is to focus on understanding online learning problems for partner students in the implementation of PJJ funded by the Directorate of Learning and Student Affairs, to understand distance learning strategies with Ms Teams and to understand the problems. The methodology in this study uses a qualitative approach where the informants are partner students, namely STKIP Bima and STKIP PGRI Lumajang students. To find out the focus of this research, researchers conducted covert interviews that were inserted during lectures and closed interviews for STKIP PGRI Lumajang students, and always made observations to innovate PJJ for one semester. From the evaluation results during the Odd semester of Distance learning for the 2021/2022 academic year, it is known that distance learning is indeed very effective for campuses in urban areas or those with stable internet networks. However, this is in contrast to education providers whose areas have network difficulties. Not only that, the availability of electricity and equipment is also an obstacle during the implementation of this distance learning. In evaluating distance learning with online learning strategies based on MS Teams, it is hoped that it can help partner students to keep learning during the pandemic with this distance learning program. lectures. The most prominent problems during distance learning activities are network problems and the availability of internet quota if the implementation of online lectures uses video, another problem is that partner students have not been able to apply Ms Teams learning media with the users provided. The COVID-19 pandemic has forced the public to implement health protocols to reduce the number of COVID-19 spreads. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has forced MSME actors to be able to survive with this condition. Many MSME actors who cannot survive in this condition have gone out of business. However, some MSMEs have more ideas that can be used as solutions to overcome problems during a pandemic. This solution is expected to make MSME actors able to rise during the pandemic. MSMEs that act as the foundation of the people's economy can create a digital-based economy in their application. Based on the results of the research conducted, it is concluded that the role of MSMEs as a people's economy can be the mainstay of the community in a pandemic condition. MSMEs that can survive during the COVID-19 pandemic are using online marketing (digital marketing) to increase sales during the COVID-19 pandemic.Keywords: digital economy, people's economy, UMKM
