Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises is the main sector supporting the economy,therefore the sustainability of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises is veryimportant. This study aims to find out how the woven sarong business is sustainablein Samarinda by looking at how innovation is, as well as the obstacles encounteredwhile running the business. This study uses descriptive qualitative research, bycollecting data through interviews with craftsmen or business owners of Samarindawoven sarongs. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data display, anddrawing and verifying conclusions. Based on the results of interviews, it is knownthat the innovation of woven sarong craftsmen in the city of Samarinda is minimal.Products are only based on customer orders, especially in the production of clothing types. Product innovation is also influenced by circumstances such as the creation of woven masks. The most prominent innovation is related to design innovation, where craftsmen use trending young colors, this gets a positive response from customers. The constraints faced by craftsmen related to the production process are labor, health, time and weather and threads that often break. Barriers in terms of marketing are relatively minimal due to the lack of understanding of the craftsmen about the importance of marketing and the background of the existence of regular customers or resellers so that the craftsmen cannot be deceived. Craftsmen are expected to be even more innovative in terms of product design and novelty so that their businesses can grow and absorb labor and utilize technology as a marketingmedium.Keywords: Innovation, Marketing, SME, Weaving Sarong Craftsmen.

In a large-scale manufacturing company, it certainly requires supply chain managementprocedures that can make it easier to manage its business activities from start to finish. ERPis a flexible system that integrates and manages production activities that can improve theperformance or performance of a company. The author uses a qualitative method in theanalysis of this research, namely by observing, analyzing, and interviewing related to theERP system and the company's SCM performance. The purpose of this analysis is to findout information related to the ERP system used and the performance of supply chainmanagement at PT. Tectron Manufacturing and knowing the influences that occur incompanies when using an ERP system and the process of implementing an ERP system ineach of its departments. In the business process PT. Tectron Manufacturing implements anERP system managed by a director and head engineer. The results of the analysis of theinfluence of the ERP system on the performance of SCM PT. In this era of globalization, people's demands are increasing, pushing companies inthe world to progress. However, companies often find it difficult to deal with andmanage company resources. One of them is the company PT Aohai TechnologyIndonesia which is engaged in manufacturing, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)is here to be a solution to this problem. At its inception, PT Aohai did not use aresource management system. However, due to increasing production capacity andcompany competition, PT Aohai Technology Indonesia tries to provide the best forcustomers, both in terms of products and systems by using a management system,namely the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This study uses aqualitative approach and conducts interviews and direct observation of PT Aohaiworkers to obtain data. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the exchange rate, inflationand reference coal prices on Indonesian coal exports to China. In this study theauthors used quantitative data obtained from sources related to this study. Thevariables used by the author are the Exchange Rate (X1), Chinese Inflation (X2),Reference Coal Prices (X3) and Indonesian Coal Exports to China (Y). The type ofdata used in this study is time series data for 2009-2021 and the authors use themultiple linear regression analysis method, the classical assumption test and the Ttest or statistics. the exchange rate variable has a significant effect on Indonesiancoal exports to China, while the inflation variable has no significant effect onIndonesian coal exports to China and finally the reference coal price variable hasa significant effect on Indonesian coal exports to China. The writing of the article "Analysis of Samsung Company's Business Level andDiversification Strategy" aims to analyze the Business Level and diversificationstrategy carried out by Samsung since its inception until now. The research methodused in analyzing this article is a qualitative method, where the data collection stageis through direct observation at Samsung outlets and online in the form of socialmedia, internet sites and so on. After obtaining the necessary information and data,the author describes descriptively the results of the analysis. The final result of theanalysis is that Samsung's business strategy has helped the company create a goodposition in the technology industry and the company is able to offer high-qualityproducts at competitive prices. The diversification carried out by the Samsungcompany involves expanding product and service offerings into new markets andindustries. In conclusion Samsung company carried out a clear and efficientbusiness level strategy. A company needs good business continuity to maximize all aspects of businessactivities, therefore a structured management governance is needed. A goodenterprise resource planning system will produce a clear flow of supply chainmanagement and create good human resource performance within the company.The existence of ERP system assistance makes it easy to obtain existing informationon a company in each division with the support of a large database so that companyoperations run smoothly, such as at PT Infineon Technologies Batam which hassurvived until now. This study uses qualitative analysis methods and is in the formof descriptive information, the data obtained will be related to the theory andanalysis of the company. Indonesia is currently in the creative and digital economy stage in the developmentof the industrial economy. Reflecting on information and communicationtechnology in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 which is developing veryrapidly, the opportunity to create digital enterpreneurs is quite large. Highereducation is one of the institutions tasked with creating a superior generation thatis able to contribute its thoughts to the progres of the Indonesian nation. This studyaims to determine the potential of digital enterpreneurs (digipreneurs) in educationstudents at Jenderal Soedirman University, and develop the Indonesian economythrough digitalization of education. This study used a qualitative approach whichwas carried out through several stages, namely: data presentation, data processing,research findings, and discussion of research findings. Coffee is a very important agricultural commodity, produced in around 80 countries tropics, with an estimated 125 million people depending on it for their livelihoods in Latin America, Africa and Asia, with an annual production of around nine million tons of mung beans. Consisting of at least 125 species, the coffee genus (Rubiaceae, Ixoroideae, Coffeeae) is distributed in Africa, Madagascar, the Comoros Islands, the Mascarene Islands (La Réunion and Mauritius), tropical Asia, and Australia. Two species are economically important for the production of beverage coffee. arabica. (Arabica coffee) and. canephora. Froehner (robusta coffee). Higher quality of the drink is associated with arabica. Arabica coffee is a self-fertile tetraploid, which results in very low genetic diversity of this important crop. Coffee's genetic resources are rapidly disappearing due to various threats, such as human population pressure, leading to land conversion to agriculture, deforestation, and land degradation; low coffee prices, leading to the abandonment of coffee trees in forests and gardens in favor of other, more profitable crops; and climate change, which is causing increased pest and disease infestations, increased droughts, and unpredictable rainfall patterns. All of these factors threaten livelihoods in many coffee-producing countries. Interests in cocoa and coffee development may differ in their understanding of sustainable cocoa and coffee, their interests and their actions in advancing sustainable cocoa. This article analyzes the sustainability of cocoa and coffee at a large scale and analyzes the extent to which sustainability standards, policies, and development projects address sustainability issues and contribute to ecosystem services. This analysis is based on a literature review. Producers in the three countries and share concerns about price volatility, weak farmer organization and dependence on a few buyers. Producers in Sulawesi and the Central Region are compensating for low yields of cocoa and coffee production by diversifying cocoa and coffee systems. Public and private development actors are concerned about the low volume of production. Research so far has focused on biodiversity loss, which differs depending on the age of a country's cocoa and coffee sector. Development policies and programs in all countries have focused on expanding the cocoa and coffee sectors and increasing productivity, despite the need for smallholders for economically viable farming systems and existing market structures that yield little bargaining power for farmers. Sustainability standards have been spread unevenly and have converged on compliance criteria over time, although they differed in focus initially. Recently added business criteria and the development of sustainability standards have the potential to address smallholder concerns. This study aims to determine the effect of Promotional Costs and Distribution Costs on Sales Volume of PT. Martina Berto for the period 2011 – 2020. The data used in this study is secondary data that can be accessed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website. Based on the results of the t-test on the variable cost of promotion obtained a significance value of 0.018, this value is smaller than the significance level of 0.05, which means that the variable Promotional Costs has a partial effect on the Sales Volume of PT. Martina Berto for the period 2011 - 2020, and the significance value obtained by the Distribution Cost variable is 0.222 where this value is greater than the significance level of 0.05, so the distribution cost variable does not partially affect the sales volume of PT. Martina Berto for the 2011-2020 period. This study aims to analyze and explain whether there is a relationship between: (1) learning interest with student economic learning outcomes, (2) learning discipline with student economic learning outcomes, and (3) student learning interest and learning discipline together- the same as student economic learning outcomes. Survey method with the correlational approach as a method. The population was 413 students and the sample was 81. Data collection used instruments. This study found that: (1) there was a positive and significant relationship between learning interest with students' economic learning outcomes which were shown correlation coefficient (ry1) 0.675 and detemination coefficient 0.4556; (2) there is a positive and significant relationship between learning discipline with students' economic learning outcomes shown by the correlation coefficient (ry2) 0.576 and the coefficient of detemination 0.3318; and (3) there is a positive and significant relationship between student learning interest and student learning discipline together with student economic learning outcomes shown by the multiple correlation coefficient (Ry12) 0.720 and the coefficient of detemination 0.5184. That means that the better the interest in learning and the discipline of learning, the better the results of student learning.
