Auditing and ethical sensitivity research in the academic area has often done, but these research is seldom done on the syaria banking sector, like Syaria BNI with the respondence is internal auditor. The central issue in this research is the author want to show empirically how matter important the EQ and ESQ toward ethical sensitivity and whether an inconsistence with the previous research. The method used literature research to explore the data. The results indicated that ethical sensitivity the internal auditor in Syaria BNI had linked with emotional and spiritual intelligence. Practical implications indicate the importance of emotional and spiritual intelligence that is closely related to the ethical sensitivity auditor conducted by internal auditor Syaria BNI.Penelitian audit dan sensitivitas etika di bidang akademik sudah sering dilakukan, tetapi penelitian ini jarang dilakukan pada sektor perbankan syariah, seperti syariah BNI dengan responden adalah auditor internal. Isu sentral yang terdapat di dalam riset ini adalah penulis ingin menunjukkan secara empiris seberapa penting kualitas kecerdasan emosional dan spiritual terhadap sensitivitas etika. Metode yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini studi literatur sebagai alat untuk memperoleh sumber data. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah tingkat sensitivitas etika internal di BNI syariah memiliki hubungan yang kuat dengan kualitas kecerdasan emosional dan spiritual. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya kualitas kecerdasan emosional dan spiritual yang erat kaitannya dengan tingkat sensitivitas etika auditor internal BNI syariah.

This study aims to determine the practice of accountability carried out by the management of Al-Akbar Mosque in Surabaya. Accountability is needed as a form of organizational management responsibility to worshipers. The method used in this study is qualitative with a case study approach. The results of the study indicate that the manager has prioritized the interests and prosperity of the mosque compared to individual interests. Research also shows that accountability practices are carried out using honesty and legal accountability, process accountability, program accountability and financial policy accountability.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui praktik akuntabilitas yang dilakukan oleh pengurus Masjid Al-Akbar Surabaya. Akuntabilitas sangatlah dibutuhkan sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab pengelola organisasi kepada jamaah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengelola sudah mementingkan kepentingan dan kemakmuran masjid dibandingkan kepentingan individu. Penelitian juga menunjukkan praktik akuntabilitas yang dijalankan menggunakan akuntabilitas kejujuran dan hukum, akuntabilitas proses, akuntabilitas program dan akuntabilitas kebijakan keuangan.

This study aims to explore Islamic economic empowerment in Islamic boarding schools. Various resources in Islamic boarding schools can be empowered as facilities in implementing and developing Islamic economics. This research method uses a phenomenological qualitative approach that is analytical and inductive descriptive. The object of this study uses several modern boarding schools in Medan, Langkat, Deli Serdang and Serdang Bedagai, North Sumatra. The results show that Islamic economic empowerment can be in the form of application in Islamic boarding schools that can be classified in several ways, including sharia economic principles education, contract and sharia economic cooperation, pesantren accounting and sharia accommodation, culinary and halal tourism. While in the form of sharia economic development, Islamic boarding schools as an institution known for its independence can make Islamic boarding schools as a sharia economic assessment laboratory, form a sharia business forum, become an Islamic economics center and inspire sharia-based economic development. This study uses a phenomenological qualitative approach that is descriptive analytical and inductive in nature by digging data to find the basic things of phenomena, reality and experience.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali pemberdayaan ekonomi syariah di dalam lembaga pendidikan pesantren. Berbagai sumber daya yang ada di dalam pesantren bisa diberdayakan sebagai fasilitas dalam penerapan dan pengembangan ekonomi syariah. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomologi yang bersifat deskriptif analitis dan induktif. Objek penelitian ini menggunakan beberapa pesantren modern yang berada di Kota Medan, Langkat, Deli Serdang dan Serdang Bedagai, Sumatera Utara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pemberdayaan ekonomi Islam ini bisa dalam bentuk penerapan di dalam pondok pesantren yang dapat diklasifikasi dalam beberapa hal, di antaranya pendidikan prinsip ekonomi syariah, akad dan kerjasama ekonomi syariah, akuntansi pesantren serta penginapan syariah, kuliner dan wisata halal. Sementara dalam bentuk pengembangan ekonomi syariah, pesantren sebagai lembaga yang dikenal dengan kemandiriannya bisa menjadikan pesantren sebagai laboratorium pengkajian ekonomi syariah, membentuk forum bisnis syariah, menjadi islamic ekonomy centre dan inspirator pengembangan ekonomi berbasis syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologi yang bersifat deskriptif analitis dan induktif dengan menggali data untuk menemukan hal-hal mendasar dari fenomena, realitas maupun pengalaman.

This study aims to determine the effect of Shariah Compliance and Assurance on customer satisfaction partially and simultaneously. In this study using a quantitative approach and multiple linear regression. The object of this research is the employees and customers of BMT Barokatul Ummah in Merauke Regency. While the data collection techniques are using interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The results of this study indicate that the Shariah Compliance and Assurance dimension has been implemented well, and has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction at the BMT Barokatul Ummah. This means that the Shariah Compliance and Assurance dimensions are further enhanced, customer satisfaction is getting higher.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Shariah Compliance dan Assurance terhadap kepuasan nasabah secara parsial dan simultan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan regresi linier berganda. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah pimpinan dan nasabah BMT Barokatul Ummah di Kabupaten Merauke. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan wawancara, kuesioner, dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dimensi Shariah Compliance dan Assurance telah dijalankan dengan baik, dan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan kepada kepuasan nasabah pada BMT Barokatul Ummah. Artinya semakin ditingkatkan dimensi Shariah Compliance dan Assurance maka kepuasan nasabah semakin tinggi.

The employees’ existence as an organizational locomotive need to get attention for management because, it is employees who make the organization perform well. Spiritual intelligence and organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) are known to have effect for improving employee performance. To see this effect, then research was conducted at Sharia Bank in Gorontalo Province with the aim of analyzing and describing the effect of: spiritual intelligence on OCB, spiritual intelligence on employee performance, OCB on employee performance, and spiritual intelligence on employee performance through OCB. The findings of this study are spiritual intelligence had positive and significant effect on OCB. OCB has positive and significant effect on employee performance. Spiritual intelligence has positive and insignificant effect on employee’s performance, but spiritual intelligence has positive and significant effect for employee performance through OCB.Keberadaan karyawan sebagai lokomotif organisasi perlu mendapat perhatian oleh manajemen karena karyawan yang membuat organisasi berkinerja baik. Kecerdasan spiritual dan perilaku kewargaan organisasional (OCB) diketahui memiliki implikasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Untuk melihat implikasi ini, maka dilakukan penelitian pada Bank Syariah di Provinsi Gorontalo dengan tujuan menganalisis dan menggambarkan implikasi dari: kecerdasan spiritual terhadap OCB, kecerdasan spiritual terhadap kinerja karyawan, OCB terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan kecerdasan spiritual terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui OCB. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan spiritual memiliki implikasi positif dan signifikan terhadap OCB. OCB berimplikasi positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Technological developments and digitalization in all sectors including the industrial sector force all industry players to follow if they want to survive. Behind the digitalization that targets all aspects of transactions, as a Muslim, there are basic rules that must still be used as guidelines, including not forgetting the aspects of sharia in dealing with it especially in the current era of globalization. This study will examine how e-commerce business as part of the industrial revolution synergizes with Islam which is implemented in the form of simple Islamic financial planning. Using ethnography studies and adjoining case study methods this study investigates two participants as micro-entrepreneurs who implement e-commerce. The results of the study prove that micro-entrepreneurs in the e-commerce business have implemented Islamic financial planning in a simple way through the allocation of specific budgets for worship needs such as zakat, infaq and alms in their financial planning.Perkembangan teknologi dan digitalisasi di semua sektor memaksa semua pelaku industri untuk mengikutinya jika ingin tetap bertahan. Di balik digitalisasi yang menyasar semua aspek transaksi, sebagai seorang muslim ada aturan dasar yang tetap harus dijadikan pedoman, di antaranya tidak melupakan aspek syariah dalam bermuamalah apalagi di era globalisasi saat ini. Penelitian ini akan mengkaji bagaimana bisnis e-commerce sebagai bagian dari revolusi industri bersinergi dengan Islam yang diimplementasikan dalam bentuk perencanaan keuangan Islam secara sederhana. Menggunakan studi etnograpi dan metode studi kasus yang berdampingan penelitian ini mengobsevasi dua partisipan sebagai pelaku usaha mikro yang menerapkan e-commerce. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa pelaku usaha mikro dalam bisnis e-commerce telah menerapkan perencanaan keuangan Islam secara sederhana melalui pengalokasian anggaran khusus untuk kebutuhan ibadah, seperti zakat, infak dan sedekah dalam perencanaan keuangannya.

This study will examine how e-commerce business as part of the industrial revolution synergizes with Islam which is implemented in the form of simple Islamic financial planning. Using ethnography studies and adjoining case study methods this study investigates two participants as micro-entrepreneurs who implement e-commerce. Sharia banking faces various challenges in order to reach market share both sharia banking and the other one. The sharia banking industry in Indonesia must take competitive advantage through product innovation. This research suggests conceptual model product innovation for sharia banking industry using the opportunity of global sharia economic development and the international trust in Indonesia. Product innovation for sharia banking can achieved by strengthening Sharia Banking Working Group, sharia compliance, financial stability, product innovation activity. This model expected to encourage market expansion both domestically and abroad. It’s achieved by providing a variety of products that are closer and accepted by the community, with products that have a high social attachment (close to the society).Perbankan syariah saat ini dihadapkan pada persaingan yang ketat dalam meraih pangsa pasar, baik persaingan antara bank syariah dengan bank konvensional maupun antarsesama bank syariah. Oleh karena itu, perbankan syariah harus memiliki keunggulan kompetitif dengan melakukan inovasi produk. Penelitian ini mengusulkan model inovasi produk dengan memanfaatkan peluang pesatnya perkembangan ekonomi syariah global dan membaiknya kepercayaan dunia internasional terhadap ekonomi Indonesia dengan dukungan penguatan Working Group Perbankan Syariah (WGPS), pemenuhan ketentuan syariah (sharia compliance), pencapaian stabilitas keuangan, serta peningkatan dalam aktivitas inovasi produk. Despite growing rapidly, but Islamic cooperatives are still experiencing many obstacles in its development, both from the internal, external and regulatory side. This study attempts to identify the factors of needs, activities, and objectives in the development of sharia cooperatives in Indonesia, using the Interpretative Structural Modelling (ISM) approach. The results of this study provide some conclusions include: (1) Elements of the needs of the key key in sharia cooperative development strategy in Indonesia to improve SMEs is the need for strong support on the legal aspects of sharia cooperatives, (2) Elements of activities that are key to Shariah cooperative development are to conduct training and certification programs for shariah cooperative management and members, and (3) Elements of actors/institutions that are key in sharia cooperative development strategy in Indonesia to improve UMKM is sharia financial institution.Walaupun tumbuh dengan pesat, namun koperasi syariah masih mengalami banyak kendala dalam pengembangannya, baik dari sisi internal, eksternal maupun regulasi. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor kebutuhan, aktifitas dan tujuan dalam pengembangan koperasi syariah di Indonesia, dengan pendekatan metode Interpretative Structural Modelling (ISM). Islamic banking in Indonesia has experienced significant growth, including assets, financing provided and the number of customers. Islamic bank financing 70-80% is given to the community by using the contract of murābaḥah, in the form of consumptive and productive. Islamic bank operations must be guided by Fatwa of the National Sharia Council in order to carry out its optimal function economically and to run the Shari'a comprehensively. Therefore, this article will explain the concept of murābaḥah conceptually and application in Islamic banking in Indonesia. The purpose of writing this article so that the implementation of Murābaḥah contract in Islamic Bank in Indonesia can be in accordance with the principles of Shari'a that put forward the principle of justice and no party is harmed.Perbankan syariah di Indonesia telah mengalami pertumbuhan yang signifikan, termasuk aset, pembiayaan yang diberikan dan jumlah pelanggan. Pembiayaan bank syariah 70-80% diberikan kepada masyarakat dengan menggunakan kontrak murābaḥah, dalam bentuk konsumtif dan produktif. Kegiatan bank syariah harus dipandu oleh Fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional untuk menjalankan fungsi optimalnya secara ekonomis dan menjalankan syariat secara komprehensif. Implementation of Islamic values is necessary for the development of the organization today, in order to impact organizational commitment and employee performance. The purpose of this study is is to determine and analyze the influence of Islamic values and organizational commitment to the performance of marketing employees of Sharia Commercial Bank in West Java. The method used is a descriptive and explanatory survey, by taking 100 samples of marketing employees, with sample accidental sampling technique and data analysis using path analysis. The research findings show that the implementation of Islamic values and organizational commitment partially or together have an impact on the performance of marketing employees of Sharia Commercial Bank in West Java. that the application of Islamic values and organizational commitment partially or together has an impact on the performance of marketing employees of Sharia Commercial Bank in West Java. Furthermore, the determinant value obtained is worth 0.892, this gives the meaning that Islamic values and organizational commitment are able to explain the performance of marketing employees worth 89.2%. Meanwhile, 10.8% was due to other factors.Penerapan nilai-nilai Islami diperlukan dalam perkembangan organisasi saat ini, agar berdampak terhadap komitmen organisasional dan kinerja karyawan.
