The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of intensity on purchasing decisions. To analyze the effect of content on purchasing decisions. To analyze the effect of positive valency on purchasing decisions. To analyze the effect of negative valency on purchasing decisions. The population in this study are visitors of the cafes that are the object of research in the city of Pekanbaru, especially for cafes that are not on the pratocol road. The sample in this study were 110 people. The sample method uses the area sampling method. The data used in this study are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques are using questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. Research findings indicate that intensity has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Content has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Valency positive has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This means that more and more positive comments from consumers on the service and food and drinks served at a cafe, will increase consumer purchasing decisions at the cafe even to people who have never been to the cafe. Valency negative and significant negative effect on purchasing decisions. This means that the more negative comments or complaints of consumers over services and food and drinks served at a cafe, the consumer's purchasing decisions at the cafe will decrease.

The population in this study are all teachers SMK Farmasi Ikasari Senior High School Pekanbaru, amounting to 55 people. Sampling was performed using saturated sample. Data analysis is done by using validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, F test and t-test. The tests are performed in order to determine the relationship between the independent variable with the dependent variable. Based on the result of the research, the leadership, motivation, and performance are influenced on teacher’s performance. It is proved by finding the score of R=0.769. It means that there was a correlation among leadership, motivation and discipline on teachers’ performance at SMK Farmasi Ikasari Senior High School Pekanbaru. Meanwhile the score of R was 56,7%. It means that there was a contribution of leadership, motivation, and discipline on teachers’ performance. Furthermore, it has positive contribution on teachers’ performance by finding F score is 24.800 and level significant is 0.000. Partially, there was a positive significant effect of leadership variable, motivation, and discipline on teachers; performance at SMK Farmasi Ikasari Senior High School pekanbaru. The details of the linear regression as follow: Y = 14.359 + 0,149X1 + 0,185X2 + 0,376X3 and sig. 0.048, 0.040, 0.000 are lower than Alpha 5%. The conclusion of the research was the hypothesis partially and altogether among leadership variable, motivation, and discipline on teachers’ performance was proved and accepted.

This study aims to see and know the direct and indirect effects of lifestyle on purchasing decisions and consumer satisfaction. The population in this study were 500 respondents from Dumai City who bought and used a Kawasaki D-Tracker 150 motorcycle, using Path Analysis. In this study the sampling method uses the Probability Sampling Technique, which is a sampling technique that provides equal opportunities for elements of the population to be selected as sample members. In this study the authors set a sample of the criteria of respondents, namely age 17 years and above. Samples taken in this study used the Slovin formula. The results in this study that lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions. Lifestyle and purchasing decisions have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. There is an indirect effect of Lifestyle on Consumer Satisfaction through Decisions

Business opportunities for buying and selling that previously could only be done in supermarkets, malls, shops, or markets called offline businesses can now be done using online media by creating sales websites or by using social networking media. This study aims to determine the Analysis of Online Transactions Against Purchase Trust and Grab E-commerce Satisfaction in Pekanbaru City. The population taken in this study is from the Districts in Pekanbaru City, namely the Districts of Tampan, Marpoyan Damai, Pekanbaru City and Bukit Raya, with a total of 548,730 inhabitants. The method used in this study uses quantitative methods with causal and descriptive research designs. And testing the hypothesis in this study using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. Data collection techniques are done by interview and questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that the coefficient of determination obtained value of 0.760. This means that 76% of purchasing confidence variables are obtained from online transactions consisting of security, privacy, brand name, word of mouth, good experience and quality of information. The e-commerce satisfaction variable was 0.815. This means that 81.5% of e-commerce satisfaction variables are approved by online transactions and purchase confidence. While the partial test relationship of H1, H2, H5, H6, H7, H8, H8, H10, H11, H12, H13, have a positive and significant effect. While H3, H4 and H10 have a positive and not significant effect

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and placement on employee morale and performance of Regional Secretariat of Rokan Hulu Regency. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and placement on morale and performance of Regional Secretariat of Rokan Hulu Regency. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The data used in this study are primary data by giving questionnaires to all ASN in the Regional Secretariat of Rokan Hulu Regency and secondary data obtained from several literatures, documents, reports and scientific papers as well as other supporting related to this research. Data analysis method used in this study is path analysis to test hypotheses with the help of SPSS For Windows Version 21 software. The results showed that there was a positive and significant direct effect between leadership on morale, leadership on performance, and morale on employee morale on the performance of the Regional Secretariat. While the placement variable on morale and placement on performance there is a positive but not significant direct effect. The indirect effect of leadership on performance through morale is positive and significant, while the placement variable on performance through morale is positive but not significant.

Abstract: Islamic financial industry is increasingly developing with the presence of financial technology both in the form of peer to peer lending and crowdfunding. Islamic financial technology (fintech) enables sharia business players to formulate financing schemes using innovative and diverse sharia contracts. This has become a challenge in the aspect of sharia supervision due to limited regulations, corporate governance, and human resource capabilities. This paper will discuss the development of the financial technology industry in Indonesia and specifically the development of Islamic financial technology in terms of the growth in the number of service providers, the amount of financing, regulation and corporate governance. Secondly, this paper will discuss the challenges faced in the field of sharia compliance and the role of the sharia supervisory board in sharia supervision. Third, this paper will formulate corporate governance and human resource competencies of sharia supervisory board to encourage sharia compliance. Finally, this paper will formulate the conclusions and recommendations for improving regulation of the financial technology industry.Abstrak: Industri keuangan syariah semakin diramaikan dengan munculnya teknologi finansial (financial technology) baik yang berbentuk peer to peer lending maupun crowdfunding. Islamic financial technology (fintech) memungkinkan para pelaku bisnis syariah untuk merumuskan skema pembiayaan menggunakan akad-akad syariah yang semakin inovatif dan beragam. Hal ini menjadi tantangan dalam aspek pengawasan syariah karena keterbatasan regulasi, tata kelola perusahaan (corporate governance), dan kemampuan sumber daya manusia. Paper ini akan membahas perkembangan industri teknologi finansial di Indonesia dan secara khusus perkembangan Islamic financial technology dari sisi pertumbuhan jumlah penyedia jasa, jumlah pembiayaan, regulasi maupun tata kelola perusahaan. Kedua, paper ini membahas tantangan yang dihadapi dalam bidang kepatuhan syariah dan peran DPS (Dewan Pengawas Syariah) dalam pengawasan syariah. Ketiga, paper ini merumuskan tata kelola perusahaan dan kompetensi sumber daya manusia DPS untuk mendorong kepatuhan syariah Islamic financial technology. Abstract: The progress of the times will always go hand in hand with technological developments. The presence of the disruptive era encouraged the financial industry to innovate. Peer to Peer Lending (P2P Lending) is an online digital platform based alternative lending, which brings together lenders (investors) and borrowers in the marketplace. This study aims to see whether the presence of P2P Lending provides business convenience for lenders with reference to user satisfaction. The approach taken by using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show that all variables consisting of User Perception directly influence Ease and Attitude Perception, Ease Perception directly influences Attitude and Satisfaction; and Perception of Use has an indirect effect on satisfaction with quasy mediation. Therefore, 55% of respondents stated that P2P Lending provides convenience in doing business.Abstrak: Kemajuan jaman akan selalu beriringan dengan perkembangan teknologi. Hadirnya disruptive era mendorong industri keuangan untuk melakukan inovasi. Peer to Peer Lending (P2P Lending) merupakan alternatif digital lending berbasis platform online, yang mempertemukan lender (investor) dan borrower dalam market place. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah hadirnya P2P Lending memberikan kemudahan bisnis bagi Lender dengan referensi kepuasan pengguna. Pendekatan yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan Technologi Acceptance Model (TAM) dengan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel yang terdiri dari Persepsi Pengguna berpengaruh langsung terhadap Persepsi Kemudahan dan Sikap, Persepsi Kemudahan berpengaruh langsung terhadap Sikap dan Kepuasan; serta Persepsi Penggunaan berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap Kepuasan dengan sifat quasy mediation. Olah karenanya, 55% responden menyatakan bahwa P2P Lending memberikan kemudahan dalam berbisnis.

The approach taken by using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show that all variables consisting of User Perception directly influence Ease and Attitude Perception, Ease Perception directly influences Attitude and Satisfaction; and Perception of Use has an indirect effect on satisfaction with quasy mediation. Therefore, 55% of respondents stated that P2P Lending provides convenience in doing business.Abstrak: Kemajuan jaman akan selalu beriringan dengan perkembangan teknologi. Hadirnya disruptive era mendorong industri keuangan untuk melakukan inovasi. Peer to Peer Lending (P2P Lending) merupakan alternatif digital lending berbasis platform online, yang mempertemukan lender (investor) dan borrower dalam market place. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah hadirnya P2P Lending memberikan kemudahan bisnis bagi Lender dengan referensi kepuasan pengguna. Pendekatan yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan Technologi Acceptance Model (TAM) dengan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Hasil menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel yang terdiri dari Persepsi Pengguna berpengaruh langsung terhadap Persepsi Kemudahan dan Sikap, Persepsi Kemudahan berpengaruh langsung terhadap Sikap dan Kepuasan; serta Persepsi Penggunaan berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap Kepuasan dengan sifat quasy mediation. Abstract: The purpose of this study was to obtain an in-depth description of the implementation of the concept of Islamic Spiritual Capital at BMT UGT Sidogiri. The approach used in this research is Islamic phenomenology. This research explores events/phenomena and organizational culture at BMT UGT Sidogiri. This method helps to reveal how to implement Islamic Spiritual Capital in the culture of working at BMT UGT Sidogiri. The results showed that the importance of civilize Islamic Spiritual Capital was reflected through prayer discipline, time discipline and rule discipline. Uphold the work ethic of three -as in working, they are working hard, working smart and working sincerely. This work ethic involves the body, brain and heart. Islamic leadership is basically a belief that prioritizes the attributes of the STAFF (Siddiq, Tabligh, Amanah, Fathonah). Motivation in working is intended to worship, seek the blessing of Allah and become a charity hereafter so that the goal is not only for the world. So that, every employee has an Islamic commitment that is having the confidence to be loyal to the organization and istiqomah (steadfastness) at work. Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran yang mendalam tentang implementasi konsep Modal Spiritual Islam di BMT UGT Sidogiri. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah fenomenologi Islam. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peristiwa/fenomena dan budaya organisasi di BMT UGT Sidogiri. Cara ini membantu mengungkap bagaimana mengimplementasikan Modal Spiritual Islam dalam budaya kerja di BMT UGT Sidogiri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pentingnya modal kerohanian Islam yang beradab tercermin melalui disiplin shalat, disiplin waktu dan disiplin aturan. Menjunjung tinggi etos kerja tiga -sebagai dalam bekerja, mereka bekerja keras, bekerja cerdas dan bekerja dengan ikhlas. Etos kerja ini melibatkan tubuh, otak dan hati. Kepemimpinan Islam pada dasarnya adalah keyakinan yang mengutamakan atribut STAF (Siddiq, Tabligh, Amanah, Fathonah). Motivasi dalam bekerja dimaksudkan untuk beribadah, mencari ridho Allah dan menjadi sedekah akhirat agar tujuannya tidak hanya untuk dunia. Sehingga setiap karyawan memiliki komitmen islami yaitu memiliki kepercayaan diri untuk setia pada organisasi dan istiqomah (ketabahan) dalam bekerja.

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to find out and analyse the relationship between the Islamic financial literacy index and the Islamic financial inclusion index of the DIY community in the Islamic banking sector. The research uses descriptive quantitative methods. Data collection was carried out by distributing 663 questionnaires in the DIY province. The calculation of the index of Islamic financial literacy and inclusion was carried out by referring to the OJK calculation and Sharma method. From the results of the calculation of the Islamic financial literacy index in DIY Province, the results were 32.47% while the Islamic financial literacy index, specifically for the Islamic banking sector was 26.15%. This result is much higher than the calculation of the Islamic financial literacy index conducted by OJK in 2016. Financial literacy is closely related to financial inclusion so that there needs to be conformity and continuity between both of them. Achievement of financial literacy and inclusion strategies will be more efficient if carried out together so that the achievement of public access to the financial services sector can be done more optimally and can utilise financial products and services that are suitable to achieve sustainable economic prosperity.Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis keterkaitan antara indeks literasi keuangan syariah dan indeks inklusi keuangan syariah masyarakat DIY pada sektor perbankan Syariah. Pencapaian strategi literasi dan inklusi keuangan akan lebih efisien jika dilakukan secara bersama-sama sehingga pencapaian akses masyarakat ke sektor jasa keuangan dapat dilakukan dengan lebih optimal dan dapat memanfaatkan produk dan layanan jasa keuangan yang sesuai untuk mencapai kesejahteraan keuangan yang berkelanjutan.

The aims of this research is to find an Islamic eCommerce disrupted strategy using 5C model. Our methodologies is a qualitative descriptive to evaluate and describe aspects of innovation based on 5C model. We propose a systematic approach to identify disruptive strategies of Prophet Muhammad displacing the big incumbent market and also provide commercialize the strategy for developing and implementing Islamic Commerce to be electronics. Hijrah is the best disruptive approach that was proven by Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) with the closing of the Bani Qainuqa market. He implemented 4C model commerce, collaboration, communication, connection, and only computation that He can’t. The state art of this research are the customers not only ‘go shopping’, but literally are shopping. While the sellers not only ‘go selling’ but Hijrah with the great intention. It is not only about adopting technology but also as a disrupted strategy.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan sebuah strategi diruptif eCommerce Islam menggunakan model 5C (Commerce, Collaboration, Communication, Connection, and Computing). Metodologi yang kami gunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, untuk mengevaluasi dan menggambarkan aspek inovasi berdasarkan model 5C. Kami menawarkan sebuah pendekatan sistematik untuk mengenali strategi disruptif Nabi Muhammad dalam menggusur pasar besar milik petahana dan juga menyediakan strategi komersil dalam mengembangkan dan menerapkan perdagangan Islam secara elektronik (Islamic e-commerce). Hijrah adalah pendekatan distruptif terbaik yang pernah dibuktikan oleh Nabi Muhammad Saw dengan menutup pasar Bani Qainuqa. Nabi Muhammad Saw menjalankan model 4C yaitu perdagangan, kolaborasi, komunikasi, koneksi, dan hanya komputasi yang tidak dapat dilakukan. Hasil temuan-temuannya menunjukan bahwa pelanggan tidak hanya untuk ‘berbelanja’, tapi ada tujuan lain memahami kaidah Ilmu sebelum amal dalam berbelanja. Sedangkan penjual tidak sekedar ‘berjualan’ namun berhijrah dengan nilai yang lebih agung. Hal ini tidak hanya perihal penggunaan teknologi tapi juga sebagai strategi disruptif.
