IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN KONFLIK DALAM KEBIJAKAN SEKOLAH ADIWIYATA 冲突管理在缓解学校卫生中的实施

Environmental problems are becoming the concern for all of us, as well as in managing clean and green schools. However, in its implementation, there must be pros and cons in an institution. This study is aiming at analysing the implementation of conflict management in actualizing the “Adiwiyata” school program in SMP Negeri 2 Banyubiru, Semarang Regency. As a principle, it is a requirement for having respectable abilities to manage conflicts among the staffs in the institution so as to achieve the goal, i.e.: being able to bring about the clean and green school and for the most part, having successful in obtaining the predicate of “Adiwiyata” school. In this research, the writer used the interview and document study method for collecting the data in order to get the actual and factual information in relation with conflict management in implementing the “Adiwiyata” school program. The data analysis technique used in this study is based on the Miles and Huberman model. The result of the study showed that the principle is able to overcome the conflicts arouse as the response of implementing the program of “Adiwiyata” school by means of flexible approach. If the conflict is functional, then the principal takes a neutral approach with compromise, collaboration, and negotiation (no party wins and losses) and if it is dysfunctional, she takes a win-lose approach by forcing, given the urgency of the problems that cause conflict.

Supervisi klinis adalah salah satu pendekatan yang ada dalam supervisi akademis dimana tujuannya adalah untuk memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kemampuan mengajar guru melalui siklus yang sistematis. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mendapatkan mengenai pelaksanaan supervisi klinis, peran kepala sekolah dalam pelaksanaan supervisi klinis dan pandangan guru terhadap supervisi klinis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian adalah Kepala sekolah dan Guru di SD Negeri 2 Limbangan Kec. Watumalang Kab. Wonosobo. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi klinis di SD Negeri 2 Limbangan Kec. Watumalang Kab. Wonosobo belum dilaksanakan secara terstruktur. Supervisor tidak melibatkan guru dalam menganalisis dan mengintepretasi data observasi mengajar di kelas dan umpan balik tidak dilakukan secara langsung melainkan secara umum dalam forum pertemuan guru. Peran kepala sekolah dalam supervisi klinis belum maksimal karena terhambat oleh rasa sungkan kepada guru untuk melakukan supervisi klinis. Kurangnya pemahaman guru terhadap supervisi klinis sehingga tidak pernah berinisiatif mengajukan diri kepada kepala sekolah untuk dilakukan supervisi klinis dalam proses mengajarnya

Masih rendahnya karakter generasi muda Indonesia menjadi tantangan yang harus diwujudkan demi tercapainya Rencana Pembangunan Jangka Panjang (RPJP) Nasional Tahun 2005-2025. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk penguatan karakter religius melalui program kebaktian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan di SMPK BPK Penabur Cimahi mengembangkan karakter religius, nasional, mandiri, gotong-royong, dan integritas. Hal ini sesuai dengan karakter yang sedang dikembangkan oleh pemerintah. Khusus untuk karakter religius, di SMPK BPK Penabur yang berbasis sekolah kristen telah melaksanakan beberapa program sebagai bentuk pembiasaan yang sengaja diselenggarakan secara rutin (setiap hari) dengan harapan akan membentuk karakter religius siswa seperti doa bersama, baca firman Tuhan serta lagu pujian sebelum/sesudah kegiatan belajar mengajar di kelas. Begitu juga halnya dengan guru-guru harus mendampingi anak-anak di kelas ketika doa pagi dan siang dan mengarahkan siswa untuk pembacaan firman Tuhan sebagai bentuk rasa syukur kepada Tuhan karena telah melalui semua kegiatan di sekolah dengan baik. Disamping itu, sekolah juga mengadakan kebaktian bersama setiap hari senin pada pukul 13.00 WIB yang bertempat di aula sekolah yang melibatkan guru, karyawan, siswa-siswi, termasuk juga para tamu sekolah, para pengurus yayasan yang kebetulan datang ke sekolah.

Adolescents in the current development. requires peers to facilitate adolescents in determining future orientation after graduating from high school.The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence peers have on the future orientation of class XI science students in one of the public high schools in Manado city. Respondents in this study were 134 students of class XI science. In this study using a quantitative approach with correlation analysis techniques that are processed using SPSS 21.0 for windows. The data collection technique used an instrument in the form of a questionnaire with a system using a Likert scale model. Results based on data analysis, the influence of peers on future orientation by looking at the ANOVA test value is fcount = 9.920 > ftable = 3.84. From the results, if fcount>ftable, the hypothesis Ha in this study is accepted. The influence of peers on future orientation can be seen from the R2 value of 0.070. This means that peers have an influence of 7% on the future orientation of class XI science students

EDMODO AS ONLINE ASSESSMENT TOOL: TO IMPROVE EFL STUDENTS’ READING COMPREHENSION Edmodo作为在线评估工具:提高英语学生的阅读理解能力

The study's objective was to examine if using Edmodo as an online assessment tool can improve students’ reading comprehension of recount text in e-learning. E-learning is considered an effective way to facilitate a better learning experience for students, especially in the assessment aspect. Formative assessment is a critical component of education that enable teachers and students to evaluate and improve their performance. Pre-experimental research with one group pre-test and post-test was applied in this study. The participants in the study were 36 tenth-grade senior high students in Krian, East Java. The instrument was pre and post-test consisting of objective and subjective tests. A paired sample t-test in SPSS 25 was used to analyze the data. The confidence interval of the difference used is 0.05. Therefore, the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted if the value of Sig. (2-tailed) is less than 0.05. The result shows that online formative assessment through Edmodo can improve students’ reading comprehension skills. It is clear that Edmodo can serve as a prominent online assessment tool for students to assist them in improving their reading comprehension skills in e-learning. It is recommended teachers should continue to look for alternative platforms to conduct online assessments for e-learning to keep up with modern technological developments.      
本研究的目的是检验使用Edmodo作为在线评估工具是否可以提高学生在电子学习中对叙述文本的阅读理解。电子学习被认为是为学生提供更好的学习体验的有效途径,尤其是在评估方面。形成性评估是教育的一个重要组成部分,它使教师和学生能够评估和提高他们的表现。本研究采用一组前测和后测的实验前研究。该研究的参与者是东爪哇省克里安市的36名十年级高中生。该仪器分为主观测试和客观测试两部分。采用SPSS 25中的配对样本t检验对数据进行分析。所用差异的置信区间为0.05。因此,如果Sig. A MANAJEMEN PERUBAHAN PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER PADA PESERTA DIDIK 学习者的性格变化管理

Character education has long been imparted on people, both at home and in school, as well as in society. In today's world, character education is critical for human life, particularly for the next generation of the nation. Character education in children has begun to fade as the times have progressed. Therefore, character education is critical to be applied to students in schools. The purpose of this study is to determine how the management of character education changes students at SD Negeri 1 Klopoduwur. The researcher used a qualitative method with a semi-structured interview with the Principal of SD Negeri 1 Klopoduwur. Character education experienced by these students underwent a significant change, which at first could be said to have faded, but can now be replanted in various existing ways, and students accept it well, and can be applied in everyday life in an environment where they live, as well as with support from family and the surrounding community.

Teachers sometimes have difficulty in teaching. Teachers need guidance in solving the problems. For this reason, clinical supervision is needed to overcome the problems experienced. From the results of the study, clinical supervision proved effective in improving teacher performance, increasing teacher professionalism and improving teacher quality. For this reason, a research was conducted on clinical supervision at SDN Ujung-Ujung 01 to find out the implementation of clinical supervision and the stages in its implementation, as well as to find out the obstacles and benefits of implementing clinical supervision. In this study, we used mixed qualitative and quantitative methods. From this research, it was found that clinical supervision in elementary schools has been implemented well. Although it has been implemented well, there are several obstacles in the implementation of clinical supervision, namely, teachers have not asked for clinical supervision and it takes many times to carry out clinical supervision. However, clinical supervision has benefits to overcome the problems in the classroom. Some recommendations for the headmaster is to socialize clinical supervision and its purpose so teachers are not afraid to be supervised.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh deskripsi kemampuan berpikir kritis matematika siswa kelas VIII SMP Kristen Payeti dalam menyelesaikan soal cerita pada materi PLSV yang ditinjau dari gaya belajar auditorial dan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor internal yang mempengaruhi kemampuan berpikir kritis. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu angket, tes, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa,  dari 30 siswa yang diteliti, 7 orang siswa memiliki gaya belajar visual, 14 siswa memiliki gaya belajar auditorial, dan  kinestetik 9 siswa. Dari hasil tes, siswa gaya belajar auditorial temasuk pada kategori rendah dengan nilai rata-rata 28,88. Faktor-faktor internal yang mempengaruhi kemampuan berpikir kritis meliputi, minat belajar,  ketelitian, kemandirian belajar siswa, dan penguasaan materi. 
这项研究的目的是描述基督教八年级学生Payeti在完成关于PLSV材料的批判性思维能力方面的批判性思维能力,并了解影响批判性思维能力的内部因素。本研究是一项定性研究,采用了交叉引用的数据收集技术,即草图、测试和访谈。研究表明,在接受研究的30名学生中,7名学生有视觉学习风格,14名学生有听觉学习风格,9名学生有动感。考核结果显示,辅导课学生成绩为2888。影响批判性思维能力的内在因素包括学习兴趣、勤奋、学生自学自立和物质掌握。

Analisis Pelaksanaan Supervisi Akademik Guru PAKat Tingkat SMA/K Kab. Tana Toraja 高/K水平教师学业监督绩效分析塔纳托拉雅

Supervisi Akademik merupakan bantuan professional yang dapat membantu guru meningkatkan kualitas pembelajarannya. Salah satunya adalah guru mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Katolik dan Budi Pekerti yang diharapkan mampu memberikan pengaruh terhadap pembentukan karakter siswa-siswi katolik yang diajar. Supervisi akademik terhadap guru ini bukan hanya dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah tempat mengajar melainkan juga supervisi dari Penyelenggara Katolik Kementerian Agama Kabupaten. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kombinasi gabungan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuisioner terhadap 13 orang guru PAKat tingkat SMA/K di Kab. Tana Toraja dan wawancara terhadap 1 orang pengawas dari Kemenag. Dari penelitian didapatkan bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi akademik terhadap guru PAKat tingkat SMA/K masih memerlukan perbaikan. Dalam pelaksanaannya selama ini, ada 3 faktor dari pihak pengawas yang membuat pelaksanaan supervisi kurang efektif, yaitu (1) letak geografis yang tidak mendukung, (2) kurangnya tenaga pengawas, dan  (3) masih banyak sekolah yang tidak memiliki guru agama. Sedangkan dari pihak guru, ada 2 faktor yang menjadi kendala dalam supervisi akademik, yaitu (1) pelaksanaan supervisi akademik tidak terjadwal dan (2) adanya PPKM.

Parents have an important role in introducing knowledge about gender to early childhood. The introduction of gender knowledge is given by parents to children because it is related to development and formation of behavior and personality of children in the future. This study aims to determine the parents’ role in the introduction of gender in early childhood during the pandemic. This study used descriptive qualitative research method. The characteristics of subjects in this study were parents who had children at an early age range of 4-6 years. Data were collected through observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of this study show that parents have an important role in introducing gender knowledge to early childhood, especially during current pandemic.
父母在向幼儿介绍性别知识方面发挥着重要作用。性别知识的介绍是父母给孩子的,因为它关系到孩子未来行为和个性的发展和形成。这项研究旨在确定在疫情期间,父母在儿童早期引入性别方面的作用。本研究采用描述性定性研究方法。本研究中受试者的特点是父母在4-6岁的早期就有孩子。通过观察、访谈和文献技术收集数据。这项研究的结果表明,父母在将性别知识引入幼儿期方面发挥着重要作用,尤其是在当前的疫情期间。
