PENERAPAN METODE TUTOR SEBAYA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR DAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATERI TRIGONOMETRI KELAS XI MIPA 4 SMA NEGERI 1 AMBARAWA

This research is observed to increase the result and motivate the students in learning mathematics in Grade XI MIPA 4 of Ambarawa Senior High School with topic trigonometry by using peer tutor method. This research is includes class act observed. The method that I used in this research is called Kurt Lewin with 4 steps, they are planning, action, observing, and reflection. The increasing result of the study and motivation to learn in learning mathematics with can see it by points and questionnaire scores. The result shows that the average learning outcomes in cycle 1 and cycle 2 were 73,55 and 86,67 respectively with the percentage of class completeness in the first cycle and the second cycle respectively 64% and 85%. As for the aspects of learning motivation by 52% based on this, it can be concluded that the applications of peer tutoring methods cam improve learning outcomes and learning motivation in the trigonometry material of students of Grade XI MIPA 4 of Ambarawa Senior High School.
本研究旨在利用同伴辅导的方法,提高Ambarawa高级中学XI MIPA 4年级学生学习数学的成绩,调动学生学习数学。本研究包括对阶级行为的观察。我在这项研究中使用的方法被称为Kurt Lewin,有四个步骤,它们是计划、行动、观察和反思。在数学学习中,学习成绩和学习动机的提高可以从分数和问卷得分中看出。结果表明,第1周期和第2周期的平均学习成绩分别为73、55和86、67,第一周期和第二周期的课堂完成率分别为64%和85%。在此基础上,学习动机方面提高了52%,可以得出结论,在Ambarawa高中XI MIPA 4年级学生的三角学材料中,同伴辅导方法的应用可以改善学习结果和学习动机。

PELUANG REVITALISASI NILAI NILAI PANCASILA DALAM KEHIDUPAN BERBANGSA DAN BERNEGARA 这种振兴应该以一种越来越令人担忧的方式来看待

Dalam Term of Reference Focus Group Discussion antara Majelis Permusyawaratan Republik Indonesia dengan Universitas Kristen Satyawacana diajukan beberapa pertanyaan sehubungan dengan upaya revitalisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila sebagai berikut: Apakah nilai-nilai Pancasila sebagai falsafah bangsa masih hidup dan menghidupi kalbu setiap manusia Indonesia?; Sudahkah nilai-nilai Pancasila berada pada lajur yang tepat dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara kita?; Sejauh manakah nilai-nilai Pancasila terimplementasikan secara yang integratif dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara?; Kemudian, Bagaimanakah metode, formulasi dan sistematisasi pengimplementasian nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara?; serta Bagaimanakah peluang dan tantangan ke depan yang harus kita hadapi bersama dalam kerangka melaksanakan revitalisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara?. Dari berbagai pertanyaan di atas penulis sengaja memilih untuk mencoba menjawab pertanyaan terakhir yaitu tentang peluang bagi revitalisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara di Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia, dengan pertimbangan bahwa kemungkinan besar topik ini belum terlalu mendapat perhatian dari pembicara/pemakalah lain. Lebih dari itu, pilihan topik itu juga dilandaskan pada satu pertimbangan mendasar yaitu bahwa peluang bagi revitalisasi nilai nilai Pancasila sesungguhnya sangat bergantung pada daya tahan nilai-nilai Pancasila dalam persaingan antar paham kenegaraan yang terus berlangsung hingga saat ini. Sejalan dengan pandangan Alfian (1980) yang menyatakan bahwa ada tiga dimensi pokok sebuah ideologi yaitu (a) dimensi idealitas, (b) dimensi realitas dan (c) dimensi fleksibilitas, maka besar kecilnya atau bahkan ada atau tidaknya peluang bagi  revitalisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila sesungguhnya sangat tergantung pada keterpenuhan ketiga dimensi pokok ideologi tersebut dalam diri Pancasila itu sendiri dari masa ke masa. Oleh karena itu tulisan ini hendak dimulai dengan pemaparan tentang Pancasila dan persaingannya dengan paham-paham kenegaraan lain, sebelum kemudian dipaparkan peluang bagi revitalisasi nilai-nilai Pancasila itu sendiri.

ENHANCING ENGLISH VOCABULARY THROUGH THE USE OF SNAKE AND LADDER MEDIA FOR 4 TO 6-YEAR-OLD CHILDREN 运用蛇梯媒体提高4-6岁儿童英语词汇量

This study aims to improve the English vocabulary of 4 to 6-year-old children at TK Pertiwi 29 Semarang. This research includes classroom action research using snake and ladder media. The research subjects in this study were 20 students from kindergarten group B. Data collection techniques were observation, interview and discussion to classroom teachers and principals, as well as documentation. The research instrument used in this research was observation sheet in the form of checklist. The analysis is using observation data done gradually, then processed into tabulation of observation score and calculated its percentage according to children’s name. The result of this study showed the improvement of percentage from pre-cycle that is 52%, cycle I, which is 59% and 77% in cycle II. Snake and ladder media used in English language learning gradually increase children’s vocabulary.
本研究旨在提高三宝垄TKPertiwi 29小学4-6岁儿童的英语词汇。这项研究包括使用蛇形和梯形媒体的课堂行动研究。本研究的研究对象是来自幼儿园B组的20名学生。数据收集技术包括对课堂教师和校长的观察、访谈和讨论,以及文献资料。本研究中使用的研究工具是以检查表形式的观察表。分析是使用逐渐完成的观察数据,然后处理成观察得分的表格,并根据孩子的名字计算其百分比。这项研究的结果显示,与周期前相比,百分比提高了52%,周期I为59%,周期II为77%。Snake和ladder媒体在英语学习中的运用逐渐增加了孩子的词汇量。

TURNAMEN DALAM PERMAINAN BOY BOYAN MATERI “GREETING, TAKING LEAVE, THANKING AND APOLOGIZING” UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK KELAS VIIE SMP NEGERI 2 MERBAU MATARAM TAHUN 2018

Penelitian  ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar  peserta didik kelas VIIE pada materi greeting, taking leave, thanking dan apologizing. Pada kondisi awal, pembelajaran yang dilakukan  menggunakan metode ceramah. Pembelajaran membosankan dan kurang merangsang pikiran dan minat peserta didik, banyak yang kurang memperhatikan dan kurang memahami materi yang disampaikan.  Hal ini mengakibatkan nilai rata-rata pretest  sebesar 59,87 dengan ketuntasan belajar 39,39 %. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, maka penulis membuat sebuah inovasi pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran ‘turnamen dalam permainan tradisional boy boyan’ agar materi lebih mudah dipahami.  Teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan tes dan non tes.  Tes untuk mengukur hasil belajar dan tingkat pemahaman peserta didik, non tes untuk mengukur  validasi alat peraga atau media dan materi yang dipelajari, respon peserta didik terhadap pembelajaran yang telah dilakukan, kualitas guru dalam pembelajaran dan  validasi  instrumen tes. Instrumen tes berupa soal pertanyaan dan non tes berupa angket atau kuesioner.  Data hasil tes ditabulasikan dalam persentase  dianalisis dengan  deskriptif komparatif. Turnamen dalam permainan tradisional boy boyan  diaplikasikan pada peserta didik kelas VIIE SMP Negeri 2 Merbau Mataram Semester Ganjil Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019 berjumlah 33 orang, terdiri dari 17 orang laki-laki dan 16 orang perempuan.  Hasil aplikasi menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata hasil belajar  sebesar 74,93 dengan  ketuntasan belajar  62,50%, berarti terjadi peningkatan nilai rata-rata sebesar 37,50 dan ketuntasan belajar 23,11%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa Turnamen dalam permainan tradisional boy boyan  dapat meningkatkan  hasil belajar peserta didik kelas VIIE SMP Negeri 2 Merbau Mataram semester ganjil tahun pelajaran 2018/2019.

This study aims to improve the ability to recognize symbols of the letters through the game of snakes ladder in children aged 5-6 years in Desa Dukuh Krajan RT 09 RW 01, Kelurahan Dukuh, Kecamatan Sidomukti, Kota Salatiga. This research is a type of Action Research Research (PAR). This study uses the subjects of children aged 5-6 years, amounting to 5 children. Technique of collecting data by observation, documentation, and interview. Data analysis techniques using quantitative descriptive. The results of this study indicate that snakes ladder method can improve the ability to recognize symbols of letters. The increase of letter symbol recognition can be seen based on the increase of pre-action percentage because 53,33% increase in cycle I become 65,55%, in cycle II increase to 81,65%, so that learning can be said succeed because of its calculation. the percentage of the ability to recognize symbols shows 76%. Indicators used include children who can show the shape of the symbol (pre-writing), create a picture with some letters / posts that have been shaped letters, and write his own name.    
本研究旨在提高Desa Dukuh Krajan RT 09 RW 01、Kelurahan Dukuh、Kecamatan Sidomukti、Kota Salatiga 5-6岁儿童通过蛇梯游戏识别字母符号的能力。本研究是标准杆数行动研究的一种。本研究以5-6岁儿童为研究对象,共5名儿童。通过观察、记录和访谈收集数据的技术。使用定量描述性的数据分析技术。研究结果表明,蛇梯法可以提高对字母符号的识别能力。字母符号识别的增加可以基于动作前百分比的增加来看出,因为在第一周期中,53,33%的增加变成了65,55%,在第二周期中,增加到了81,65%,所以学习可以说是成功的,因为它的计算。识别符号的能力的百分比显示为76%。所使用的指标包括儿童,他们可以显示符号的形状(预写),用一些经过字母形状处理的字母/帖子创建图片,并写下自己的名字。

ABSTRACT Metacognition is one of the important things in supporting one's success in solving mathematics problems because by using metacognition when solving problems, effective problem solving will be obtained. Metacognition is one's awareness of his own thought process. In dealing with a problem, it will be influenced by Adversity Quotient (AQ), namely intelligence in facing difficulties and changing barriers into opportunities for success. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subjects in this study were a Satya Wacana Christian University Mathematics Education student who had the AQ type of quitters. Quitters are a type of human who easily gives up in the face of difficulties. The results showed that the metacognition process experienced by the subject included metacognition awareness, evaluation, and regulation. In addition, metacognition also helps the subject to make thoughts and problem solving strategies more effective.

Speech Delay atau keterlambatan berbicara merupakan sebuah keadaan terlambat berbicara yang ditandai dengan keadaan anak yang memiliki kemampuan berbicara dibawah rata – rata. Dalam sebuah lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD)  tidak jarang kita menjumpai anak dengan keadaan yang “special” khususnya anak yang mengalami keterlambatan berbicara. Penelitian ini memiliki sebuah tujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan bagi pembaca bagaimana pola asuh orang tua memiliki pengaruh yang cukup besar terhadap perkembangan berbicara anak.Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif di sebuah Homeschoolingyang berada di daerah Bawen (Jawa Tengah) dengan melalui beberapa proses dan tahapan seperti observasi, wawancara, home visit serta mengkaji teori – teori yang relevan dengan perkembangan bicara anak. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah pola asuh orang tua memiliki peranan yang sangat penting bagi perkembangan anak khususnya anak yang mengalami keterlambatan berbicara.Oleh karena itu, penting bagi orang tua untuk menerapkan pola asuh secara tepat dan bijak sesuai dengan kondisi anak serta memahami tahap tumbuh kembang anak dengan baik agar orang tua dapat memberikan perhatian terhadap setiap tumbuh kembang anak.

Interaction is essential in mathematics learning process, so effective means to promote students’ interaction is compulsory. This research was appointed to develop the board game learning media “The Labyrinth of Trigonometry”, which is adequate to be implemented in trigonometry problem practices. Employing Research and Development (R&D), this research utilized the ADDIE model built of 5 stages, namely: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Notably, this board game had been clarified to be a valid learning media by teaching material and media experts, exceptionally obtained 94% and 86% category. 35 students of 11th grade of Senior High School 1 Ambarawa were selected as the participants. The result showed that the practical index obtained excellent category (96%) and the Wilcoxon test significance result was 0.00 (less than 0.05) with higher posttest mean score than pretest. Eventually, the researcher concluded that “The Labyrinth of Trigonometry” was a valid, practical, and effective learning media.

PENGARUH MOTIVASI BELAJAR DAN KEDISIPLINAN BELAJAR TERHADAP KEMANDIRIAN BELAJAR SISWA 学习动机和学习纪律对学生学习自立的影响

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis  pengaruh motivasi dan kedisiplinan terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa kelas X IPS pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri 3 Salatiga. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Populasi sebanyak 115 siswa dan sampel sebanyak 89 siswa yang di ambil dengan teknis simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif motivasi dan kedisiplinan belajar terhadap kemandirian belajar. Analisis regresi  variable penelitian dengan persamaannya  Y = -0,874 + 0,432X1 + 0,586X2. Uji statitistik analisis regresi berganda menunjukkan  hasil uji F sebesar 38,427>3,13, nilai signifikansi (0,000) < α (0,05). Dengan demikian Ho di tolak dan Ha diterima.   Ini berarti bahwa  ada pengaruh positif  antara motivasi belajar dan kedisiplinan belajar terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa kelas X IPS pada mata pelajaran ekonomi di SMA Negeri 3 Salatiga. Nilai R square sebesar 0,610 atau 61% yang artinya variabel dan kedisiplinan belajar dapat menjelaskan variabel kemandirian belajar sebesar 61% sedangkan sisanya 39% merupakan variabel lain yang tidak di teliti. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi motivasi belajar dan kedisiplinan belajar maka kemandirian belajar akan semakin baik. Pebelitian ini merekomendasikan agar Kepala Sekolah, dan guru menciptakan situasi kondusif kemandirian belajar dengan t meningkatkan motivasi dan kedisiplinan belajar siswa.

ABSTRACT     This research aimed to increase the quality of instruction through academic supervision with collaborative approached done by school principlas at SD Negeri Kabupaten Grobogan. This research is a school action research. Kemmis and Taggart model is used in this action research model and it was done in two cycles. In each cycle there are planning, implementation and observation and reflection. There are 10 people who were the subject of the research consist of 1 school principal and 9 teachers of SD Negeri Kabupaten Grobogan. The result of the research shows that the quality of instruction score from cycle I and II had increased. In cycle I the average score is 67,5 and in cycle II it became 90. Steps of academic supervision with collaborative approach includes (1) planning-defining supervision goal, schedule, technique chosen and instruments used; (2) implementation after socaliazation and agreement with teacher, the implementation included examining the learning instruments, observing the learning prosess, doing the assessment of learning; (3) the analysis of supervision result was done by identify the strength and weaknesses of teacher and then drown a concussion. Based on the research result and discussion, it can be concluded that academic supervision done by school principla could increase the quality of teachers’ instruction.   Key words: academic supervision, collaborative approach, quality of instruction.

The result of the research shows that the quality of instruction score from cycle I and II had increased. In cycle I the average score is 67,5 and in cycle II it became 90. Steps of academic supervision with collaborative approach includes (1) planning-defining supervision goal, schedule, technique chosen and instruments used; (2) implementation after socaliazation and agreement with teacher, the implementation included examining the learning instruments, observing the learning prosess, doing the assessment of learning; (3) the analysis of supervision result was done by identify the strength and weaknesses of teacher and then drown a concussion.
