STRATEGI PERSIAPAN PENGAJUAN IJIN OPERASIONAL DI TPA BRIGHT MINDS SALATIGA 在明亮的心沙拉三的行动准备策略

ABSTRACT   The objective of thisresearch is to find out about the operational requirements of a Daycare Center (TPA) in order to help the TPA Bright Minds Salatiga getting its operational permit. The nature of this research is descriptive qualitative. Subjects of the study are the TPA Bright Minds Management and the Caregivers. Data is collected using observations, documentations, and deep interview methods. The collected data isanalyzed using techniques of data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results showed that there are two main categories of operational requirements, i.e. adminstrative and technical requirements. The administrative requirements include submision of  TPA founder identity, certificate of domicile from the local headman, structure and detailed role of each of the Board members. The technical requirements are legal and valid documents of ownership/leasing rights of the land and buildings, estimated operational costs of the TPA, plan of TPA implementation standards, and some other additional documents. Thus, based on study's results, it is to suggest that the TPA Bright Minds Salatiga, should immediately strategize an application of its operational permit to the authorities.
摘要本研究旨在了解日托中心(TPA)的运营要求,以帮助TPA Bright Minds Salatiga获得运营许可。这项研究的性质是描述性的、定性的。这项研究的对象是TPA光明心智管理和护理人员。数据是通过观察、文件和深度访谈的方法收集的。使用数据缩减、数据呈现和验证技术对收集的数据进行分析。结果表明,操作需求主要有两类,即管理需求和技术需求。行政要求包括提交TPA创始人身份、当地负责人的住所证明、每位董事会成员的结构和详细角色。技术要求是土地和建筑物所有权/租赁权的合法有效文件、TPA的估计运营成本、TPA实施标准计划以及其他一些附加文件。因此,根据研究结果,建议TPA Bright Minds Salatiga应立即制定向当局申请运营许可的战略。

Parenting is a process in the family, the interaction of parents and children. The family is where a child is born, the first place a child gets an education, consisting of father, mother and child. The family also became the main central place of character education formation of children. Family education is the fundamental or foundation of subsequent children's education. In the society of the nobility and in general people Sasak known to have the motto of Lomboq Mirah Sasak Adi meaning Lomboq straight meaning. Mirah is a true gem, an elegant precious metal that is very expensive. Sasak comes from sa'sa 'sa'i, sopo, seke' which means one. Adi means something that is very high value. Therefore, the true (mule jati) "straight road" is a very noble path, a very high value, as the only path to be followed by the sasak. and the road is a straight path (siratulmustakim) commanded by Allah SWT contained in the Qur'an and Al Hadith. In the process of learning guidance and counseling teachers are teachers who are tasked to provide guidance to students who are problematic and who are not problematic if considered important by the teacher guidance and counseling, therefore the role of teachers guidance and counseling in the learning process is needed, because learners have problems are diverse

Bimbingan dan Konseling sebagai bagian integral dari pendidikan mengemban tugas untuk memfasilitasi dan memandirikan siswa dalam rangka tercapainya perkembangan yang utuh dan optimal. Konselor perlu ikut andil dalam pendidikan karakter sebagai salah satu urgensi dalam pelaksanaan pendidikan di sekolah guna mencetak siswa yang tidak hanya cerdas namun juga berbudi pekerti yang baik. Pendidikan karakter berorientasi untuk mengembangkan dan membantu watak serta peradaban bangsa yang bermartabat dalam rangka mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa. Melihat arah orientasi tersebut maka diperlukan suatu psychological well-being yang memandang keberadaan individu dapat berkembang sebagai manusia yang seutuhnya, terpenuhi kebutuhannya, dan memberikan kontribusi pada lingkungannya. Memiliki psychological well-being tinggi akan mengantarkan individu pada pribadi yang menyadari keberadaan dan kebermaknaannya, sehingga bisa mengubah tantangan yang ditemuinya menjadi kesempatan untuknya menunjukkan aktualisasi diri.

Upaya Pengasuh dalam Membantu Menerapkan Perilaku Disiplin pada Anak (Studi Kasus di Panti Asuhan Salib Putih Salatiga) 努力帮助儿童实施纪律行为(白十字三人裤案例研究)

This study aims to find out how caregivers in helping children to develop or build discipline from an early age conducted by 3 caregivers of the Orphanage of the White Cross on the Orphanage Children of the White Cross especially against one early childhood. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative with case study method, data collection by interview and data analysis with qualitative. In this study there are 3 subjects that help one child in building discipline. The results of the study show that the discipline of children is increasing from previously unattended discipline until now already have good discipline, in building discipline. The way in which the subject tends to be different from the other caregivers. Subjects do not use corporal punishment and it is done in a better way. The way the subject tends to be a subtle way with good advice, real stories, habits, good examples, daily schedules made, gift giving to children.  
本研究旨在了解照顾者如何帮助儿童从小发展或建立纪律,由白十字孤儿院的3名照顾者对白十字孤儿,特别是对一名幼儿进行了研究。本研究的研究类型为个案研究法的描述性定性、访谈法的数据收集和定性的数据分析。在这项研究中,有3个科目帮助一个孩子建立纪律。研究结果表明,儿童的纪律性正在从以前无人看管的纪律性增加到现在已经有了良好的纪律性,在建设纪律性方面。受试者与其他照顾者不同的方式。受试者不使用体罚,而且体罚的方式更好。主题往往是一种微妙的方式,包括好的建议、真实的故事、习惯、好的例子、制定的日常时间表、给孩子的礼物。

Meningkatkan Kemampuan Sosial Emosional Anak Melalui Metode Role Playing di Kelompok Bermain 通过游戏小组中的角色扮演方法提高儿童的社交情感技能

            Role playing merupakan cara untuk penguasaan bahan pelajaran melalui pengembangan imajinasi dan penghayatan anak yang berperan sebagai subyek pembelajaran aktif. Kegiatan role playing yang dibahas dalam kajian ini merupakan salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan sosial emosional anak kelompok bermain. Untuk itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan sosial-emosional anak melalui metode role playing di kelompok bermain Fransiskus Xaverius 78, Salatiga. Subjek penelitian ini adalah anak-anak kelompok bermain dengan usia 3-4 tahun yang berjumlah 12 anak, terdiri dari 6 perempuan dan 6 laki-laki. Objek penelitian adalah kemampuan sosial emosional anak melalui role playing. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus dengan tiga kali pertemuan dalam satu siklus. Pada setiap siklus terdapat 3 tahap yaitu 1) perencanaan, 2) tindakan, dan 3) refleksi. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi dan catatan lapangan. Adapun instrumen penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah berpedoman pada Peraturan Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Permendikbud) Republik Indonesia nomor 137 tahun 2014 dalam observasi berupa lembar penilaian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskripstif kuantitatif dan deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ada peningkatan kemampuan sosial emosional anak kelompok bermain melalui metode role playing di KB/TK Fransiskus Xaverius 78 Salatiga. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan kemampuan sosial emosional anak dimana pada pratindakan sebesar 62.96%, pada siklus I meningkat menjadi 75% dan pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 94.44%.

Persepsi Orangtua terhadap Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini 父母对教育世界老年人的看法

The purpose of this study was to find out how the parent's perception of early childhood education in RW 01 Dukuh Krajan, Salatiga. The design is descriptive quantitative with the subject of research that is parents who have children aged 3-5 years, amounting to 58 people. Data on parental perceptions are collected through a questionnaire and then will be classified according to the level of parental education, income level of parents, parents who have sent their children and parents who have not send their children to school in early childhood. The result of questionnaire of parents perception in level of education S1 and S2 in good category (50%), SMA / SMK is in Good category (36,11%) and SMP is in Enough category (50%). The calculation of the value of the questionnaire according to the parent's income level (a) in the category of Good (33.33%) and Less (33.33%), income (b) is in Good category (41.67%) and income ( c) is in the category of Very Good (57.14%). Then based on parents who have sent their children to school is in Good category (52,38%), perception of parents who have not yet send their child to PAUD is in Enough category (37,84%).

The design is descriptive quantitative with the subject of research that is parents who have children aged 3-5 years, amounting to 58 people. Data on parental perceptions are collected through a questionnaire and then will be classified according to the level of parental education, income level of parents, parents who have sent their children and parents who have not send their children to school in early childhood. The result of questionnaire of parents perception in level of education S1 and S2 in good category (50%), SMA / SMK is in Good category (36,11%) and SMP is in Enough category (50%). The calculation of the value of the questionnaire according to the parent's income level (a) in the category of Good (33.33%) and Less (33.33%), income (b) is in Good category (41.67%) and income ( c) is in the category of Very Good (57.14%). Abstrak: Pendidikan karakter merupakan salah satu gerakan pendidikan di sekolah untuk memperkuat karakter siswa melalui harmonisasi olah hati (etika), olah rasa (estetika), olah pikiran (literasi), dan olah raga (kinesteti) dengan dukungan melibatkan publik dan kerja sama antar sekolah, keluarga, dan masyarakat. Sementara layanan bimbingan dan konseling merupakan salah satu program layanan yang turut andil dalam pelaksanaan program di sekolah. Sehingga diharapkan implementasi penguatan pendidikan karakter melalui pelayanan BK di sekolah dapat dilaksanakan dan diterapkan dengan efektif dan efesian, agar dapat mencapai tujuan yang lebih optimal bagi perkembangan nilai-nilai karakter yang ada pada peserta didik.
摘要:品格教育是学校教育的一项运动,通过协调心灵运动(伦理)、运动(美学)、思维运动(文学)和运动(动感)通过促进公众参与和学校、家庭和社会合作来强化学生的品格。而指导和咨询服务是参与学校实施计划的服务项目之一。因此,希望通过学校的BK服务实现品格教育强化,能够有效有效地实施和实施,为学习者的性格价值发展提供更理想的目标。
