Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pendapat Sayyid Sabiq tentang gadai, serta untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan barang gadai menurut Sayyid Sabiq dan menurut fuqaha lainnya. Penelitian ini bersifat study pustaka (library research) sebagai data primer adalah karya Sayyid Sabiq dalam kitab Fiqh-al-Sunnah Juz III. Agar pembahasan lebih terarah maka penulis menggunakan metode Deskriptif Analitik, yang dilanjutkan dengan menggunakan Content Analisis, yaitu menganalisiskan berbagai pendapat tentang konsep gadai dan pemanfaatan barang gadai selanjutnya diambil suatu kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan barang gadai para ulama berbeda pendapat Menurut Ulama Syafi’iyah yang mempunyai hak atas manfaat barang gadai adalah rahin, walaupun marhun berada di bawah kekuasaan murtahin. Menurut ulama Malikiyah murtahin hanya dapat memanfaatkan harta benda barang gadaian atas izin pemilik barang dengan syarat tertentu. Menurut pendapat ulama Hanabilah, membagi marhun menjadi dua kategori yaitu hewan dan bukan hewan. Apabila barang gadai berupa hewan yang tidak dapat diperah dan tidak dapat ditunggangi maka boleh menjadikannya sebagai khadam. Tetapi apabila barang gadai berupa rumah, sawah, kebun, dan sebagainya maka tidak boleh mengambil manfaatnya. Menurut ulama Hanafiyah, sesuai dengan fungsi dari barang gadai sebagai jaminan dan kepercayaan bagi penerima gadai, maka barang gadai dikuasai oleh penerima gadai. Apabila barang tersebut tidak dimanfaatkan oleh penerima gadai, maka berarti menghilangkan manfaat barang tersebut, padahal barang gadai tersebut memerlukan biaya untuk pemeliharaan. Menurut Sayyid Sabiq memanfaatkan barang gadai tidak diperbolehkan meskipun seizin orang yang menggadaikan. Tindakan orang yang memanfaatkan harta benda gadai tidak ubahnya qiradh, dan setiap bentuk qiradh yang mengalirkan manfaat adalah riba. Kecuali barang yang digadaikan berupa hewan ternak yang bisa diambil susunya, kemudian pemilik barang memberikan izin untuk memanfaatkan barang tersebut, maka penerima gadai boleh memanfaatkanya.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effects of service quality and corporate image variables on customer satisfaction and their impact on customer loyalty. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to customer of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) KCP Depok Sawangan Raya. The numbers of samples in this research is 100 respondents and uses a purposive sampling method. The method used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) using a data analysis tool, namely SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this study indicate that the quality of service has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, while corporate image does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. The quality of service has a significant effect on customer loyalty, while the corporate of image has no significant effect on customer loyalty. Service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction, while corporate image has no significant effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction.

ABSTRACT The rapid development of technology and information in various digital markets, marketplaces, or platforms which provides space for SMEs to market their products, and reach various geographical areas in Indonesia and abroad. In realizing safe, easy, and efficient payments in the digital era, Bank Indonesia and the Indonesian Payment System Association (ASPI) continue to improve and develop the QRIS payment system to increase the efficiency of non-cash payment system services. This study aims to determine the practice of using Quick Response Code Indonesia Standard (QRIS) in increasing sales to MSMEs at Le Garden Palembang Indah Mall and to analyze the usage efficiencyQuick Response Code Indonesia (QRIS) on increasing sales to MSMEs at Le Garden Palembang Indah Mall. This research uses quantitative research and data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Participants in this study totaled 38 SMEs at Le Garden Palembang Indah Mall. Determination of informants using saturated sampling techniques and incidental sampling. Based on the results of research that (1) the practice of using Quick Response Code Indonesia (QRIS) to increase sales to MSMEs at Le Garden Palembang Indah Mall begins with the buyer telling the employee to make a non-cash payment, the employee will direct the buyer to scan the QR Code then type in the nominal amount to be paid, then the buyer's balance will automatically decrease. (2) efficiency of using Quick Response Code Indonesia (QRIS) on increasing sales to MSMEs at Le Garden Palembang Indah Mall refers to the measurement of results (output) and input Those who accept the existence of QRIS are satisfied, so transactions do not take a long time, make it easier and more efficient. In addition, the results obtained from the validity test rcount rtable(0.339 0.320) is declared valid, while the reliability test that rcount rtable(0.5063 0.320) is stated to be reliable, so it can be concluded that the use of QRIS is very efficient.

This study aims to determine the prospects and potential for establishing sharia cooperatives in Bunyu District. The research method used is descriptive analysis to describe, present, or interpret literature data and interview results in the form of data presentation in the form of tables, graphs, pictures, and others, obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) Bulungan Regency and interviews using analysis TOWS (Treath, Opportunity, Weakness, Strength), IFAS and IFES. From the results of the analysis carried out resulted in several strategies that were very suitable for the conditions that existed in Bunyu District. The establishment of sharia cooperatives in Bunyu District has a very high opportunity to develop the economy of the people of Bunyu District, especially SMEs and fishermen. Plus support from the local government will also make it easier to prepare business capital with an easier loan system. Based on the results of research on the establishment of sharia cooperatives in Bunyu District, it has very good potential so that it can be concluded that the establishment of Islamic cooperatives in Bunyu District has a very high chance of developing the community's economy.

The aim of this research is to determine the social impacts received by Stakeholders from the Nunukan scholarship program for underprivileged recipients in the Baznas district of Nunukan, and to determine the value of these social impacts compared to the amount of investment made by the Baznas district of Nunukan, calculated using the SROI ratio. The sample for this study are recipients of the Nunukan Smart scholarship program in the Baznas district of Nunukan. Data was collected through interviews and questionnaires. The research methodology used is a quasi-qualitative method, which is a design of post positivism. The result of this research is an SROI ratio of 21:1, which means that for every Rp. 1 invested in the Baznas district of Nunukan in its Nunukan Smart program, Rp. 21 of social impact will be created.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of halal certificates, food quality, and price on purchasing decisions. The research method is quantitative. The data are collected using a questionnaire. The dependent variable is the purchase decision and the independent variable is the halal certificate, food quality, and price on the purchase decision of Aqeeqah products in Tangerang Regency. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. This study shows that halal certificates have no significant effect on purchasing decisions for Aqeeqah products in Tangerang District, while food quality and price have a significant effect on purchasing decisions for Aqeeqah products in Tangerang District. The results of the research from the simultaneous test of halal certificate variables, food quality, and price have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. This shows that people living in Tangerang Regency prioritize food quality and price rather than the legality of halal certificates when buying Aqeeqah products.

The data used in this study were obtained from primary data using a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents who use pixy cosmetics who live in Jakarta, which were determined using a purposive sampling technique. The analysis used in this study was multiple linear analysis, which was processed using the SPSS version 25 application. The results showed that product quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, Price had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, Motivation had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions . The promotion waas the most dominant influence compared to others.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis strategi pemasaran syariah produk tabungan haji di BSI KCP Rimbo Bujang 2. Faktor apa saja yang menghambat produk tabungan haji Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Rimbo Bujang 2. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian, kurangnya pengenalan produk BSI khususnya produk tabungan haji kepada masyarakat. sehingga nasabah produk tabungan haji di BSI KCP Rimbo Bujang 2 setiap tahunnya mengalami kenaikan yang tidak signifikan. BSI harus lebih kompetitif dalam memasarkan produk tabungan haji ini agar masyarakat lebih tertarik menggunakan jasa bank. Salah satu cara yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan di BSI adalah dengan melakukan promosi pengenalan produk, kemudian membuka cabang di seluruh Indonesia terutama di daerah/desa untuk memudahkan masyarakat.

Faktor apa saja yang menghambat produk tabungan haji Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Rimbo Bujang 2. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian, kurangnya pengenalan produk BSI khususnya produk tabungan haji kepada masyarakat. sehingga nasabah produk tabungan haji di BSI KCP Rimbo Bujang 2 setiap tahunnya mengalami kenaikan yang tidak signifikan. BSI harus lebih kompetitif dalam memasarkan produk tabungan haji ini agar masyarakat lebih tertarik menggunakan jasa bank. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh reputasi, persepsi biaya pendidikan, dan persepsi lokasi terhadap preferensi mahasiswa fakultas ekonomi dan bisnis Islam dalam memilih IAI Yasni Bungo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. hasil penelitian menunjukkan Reputasi, Persepsi Biaya pendidikan, dan Lokasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap preferensi mahasiswa memilih kuliah di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam Institut Agama Islam Yasni Bungo, hal ini disebabkan karena adanya pengaruh antara reputasi, persepsi biaya pendidikan, dan persepsi lokasi dalam diri mahasiswa IAI YASNI yang berdampak pada peningkatan preferensi mahasiswa memilih kuliah di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam Institut Agama Islam Yasni Bungo.

Penelitian ini berfokus pada Penetapan Harga Jual Cabai Dalam Perspektif Ekonomi Islam Di Pasar Tradisional Dusun Lubuk Landai Kabupaten Bungo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. penulis menggunakan jenis penelitian lapangan dimana penulis datang langsung ke pedagang Cabai dan pembeli Di Pasar Tradisional Dusun Lubuk Landai Kabupaten Bungo. Pedagang cabai Di Pasar Tradisional Dusun Lubuk Landai menerapkan metode penetapan berbasis biaya. Harga cabai dihitung dari biaya-biaya pengeluaran, baik produksi barang, transport dan lain sebagainya. Ditambah dengan margin keuntungan yang diinginkan dan hasilnya itulah harga jual cabai dijual. Konsep penetapan harga yang adil dalam ekonomi Islam sesuai dengan ajaran Al-Qur’an dan Al-Sunnah, maka harus mewujudkan jual beli yang terjadi dengan cara saling ridho dan tidak saling menzhalimi, harganya sudah adil, mekanisme penetapan harganya berorientasi pada kesejahteraan, dan konsep Islam penentuan harganya harus dilakukan oleh kekuatan permintaan dan penawaran.
