Integrated Child development Service (ICDS) is a national programme for the promotion of mother and child health. The beneficiary includes children below 6 years, pregnant and lactating mothers, and other woman in the age group of 15 to 44 years. The package of services includes supplementary nutrition, immunization, health checkup, referral services, nutrition, health and pre-school education and is mainly implemented through ‘Anganwadi'. There is a massive improvement in the nutritional status of children living in rural and tribal areas belonging to different sections of the community due to the implementation of the Supplementary Nutrition Programme (SNP). Covid-19 lockdown has made many people of middle- and lower-income class think and reinvent themselves to sustain in this crisis. It was difficult for lower- and middle-income class people to adjust to the situation of lockdown. Government and private institutions have reduced the salaries to the employees in view of 40-day lockdown. Lockdown has made people rethink and reinvent to sustain in this tough time. People have modified their work and style of working to acclimatize to lockdown. Work from home in software industry, telemedicine and video consulting in healthcare industry, online classes and tutoring in education system, farm to house vegetable delivery system in agricultural sector, surge in online pharmacy business, MSME- handmade mask industry, MedTech zones for demand in medical equipment. Private sector isolation centres in partnership with reputed hospitals. We throw light on some of these innovative ideas that could change present and future of living in difficult times. Introduction: There is no countering the fact that in the latter half of the 20th century humans have tampered with the ecosystem as has never been done before. Healthcare sector, through its consumption of a large number of resources and generation of an array of wastes, has itself become a public health concern. According to Indian Green Building Council, a green hospital building can be defined as one which enhances patient well-being, aids the curative process, while utilizing natural resources in an efficient, environment-friendly manner. Hospitals should be leading the way in providing patients the best quality of service and within the environment’s safety. Sick people should have the greenest buildings of all. This article aims to understand the basics of green hospitals, their various functions, the need to implement these ideas in hospitals rendering them environment and patient friendly, to identify the factors that affect the quality of green hospital design and to inform future green hospital designs. Methodology: A systematic search was conducted to understand the broad issues of climate change, green hospitals and environmental sustainability. Information from green hospitals that are presently operating in India and abroad were collected and compiled to know the impact of implementing such measures in the economy of the hospital, recovery time of the patients and saving environment. Important reports and articles were collected in full text for further reference. Result: By observing various green hospital’s data, these strategies reduce buildings' operating costs by 8.9 %, increase building value by 7.5 %, a 6.6 % return on investment, increase occupancy ratio by 3.5 %. The relationship between improved indoor air quality and positive health impacts on illness, including asthma, flu, sick building syndrome, respiratory problems and headaches, the improvements ranged from 13.5 to 87%. At present, we are living in unprecedented times and definitely as a global health challenge, corona virus is strengthening its grip. It has serious impact on various dimensions such as health, social, economic and of curse political. The present paper concentrates on the impact of corona virus pandemic on the various economic variables and tries to estimate the behavior of economic variables during and post pandemic period. To analyze the facts, data has been collected from various reliable secondary sources. The study explains that estimated movement of economic variables would be helpful in finding out the economic loss due to corona virus. Later in the paper, the way forward for the Indian economy has been discussed. The study concludes that there may be some opportunities for the Indian economy in the corona virus period and in the post corona virus period where Indian economy may get a strong boost in the near future. In the 2000s, online games became popular, while internet game addiction studies appeared, outlining the negative consequences of excessive gaming, the prevalence and associated risk factors. Establishment of a special care center in Southeast Asia, the US and Europe reflects the growing need for professional help. It is said that only by understanding the appeal of Internet gaming, context, and correlate neurobiologic internet game addiction phenomenon can be understood comprehensively. The purpose of this study is to provide insight into the current perspective on the internet game addiction using a holistic approach, taking into account the mass appeal of online games, the context of internet gaming addiction, and related neuroimaging findings, and current diagnostic framework adopted by the American Psychiatric Association. The study cited shows that the context of the individual is a significant factor that marks the dividing line between excessive gaming and gaming addiction, and the context of a game can get is important for players, depending on their life situation and gaming preferences. In this review article it is emphasized more on how addiction of internet games occurs, causes, clinical diagnosis, how to reduce it.
