Child Friendly Schools are a place to realize the goals of Islamic Religious Education which upholds human dignity, especially in the process of education and child care. The right and correct education and upbringing of students will determine the quality of human beings who are intellectually intelligent and have noble attitudes and behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the concept of Child Friendly Schools at the basic education level according to the Child Protection Law Number 14 of 2014 and its relevance to Islamic education. This study uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method. Data collection techniques using documentation: editing, organizing, and finding. The results of this study indicate that Child Friendly Schools are the embodiment of a harmonious, safe, and friendly education model based on the principles of non-discrimination, the best interests of children, respecting children's views, and good management of all child-friendly education programs. Child-friendly education has a strong relevance and connection with Islamic education because Islamic education is also a systematic effort carried out in order to develop the potential of students through the provision of educational services that are humanist, inclusive, and uphold the dignity of children. Abstract: In this life, you need a leader to lead, guide and manage life because a leader is considered someone who can do these things. Leadership is a classic topic of discussion, but it is still very interesting to study because it determines the continuity of an organization. Leadership is essentially accountability, so a leader must understand the concepts and theories of leadership itself. From this, the purpose of this article research is to understand the concepts and theories of leadership. The type of research used is library research. The data collection technique uses documentation, which is a way to obtain data and information in the form of books and journal documents that can support research. The results of this research study show that the concept of leadership in Islam is identical to the term khalifa which means representative. Besides the caliph is also called Ulil Amri, which means the highest leader in Islamic society. In Islam, a person who becomes a leader must meet six requirements, namely: having strength, trustworthiness, the conscientiousness of conscience, being professional, not taking opportunities, and placing the most suitable and appropriate person. Thus, according to Islam, the ideal leader is fair, trustworthy, fathonah, shiddiq, qona'ah, siyasah, and patient. To be a leader, of course, it is not easy; there must be concepts and theories of leadership that are understood to be able to carry out their duties and have an impact on the surrounding environment. Therefore, it is important to understand the concepts and theories of leadership in life to be able to become a responsible leader and protect its members.

Religious tolerance is evidenced by the unification of society through togetherness. This indicates that the religious phenomenon that exists as a reality in the midst of society gets a positive response so it is interesting to study. Meanwhile, on the other hand, the discourse of strengthening the harmonization of plural society which is manifested in the attitude of religious tolerance, was born and proclaimed by various parties. Mojorejo Village, Batu City managed to get appreciation from the Batu City government in the form of giving an award as "Village of Awareness of Religious Community Harmony and Village of Peace". This success is a proud achievement, considering that the heterogeneous typology of the people in Mojorejo village is quite high. Methodologically, this research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study. Data collection techniques in this study include: interviews. observation and documentation through the media, archival records. The library is a source of information, a source of knowledge and education can be successful if its management is carried out properly and neatly. Among library management is administration and service management. In modern library management, administration and service management have used information technology as a means of automation in the form of hardware and software. The purpose of this research is to describe the administration of management and software-aided library services. The research approach used is qualitative with case study research as the type. The research instrument is the researcher. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques are data condensation, presentation and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data uses a credibility technique (degree of trust) with data triangulation, a dependability technique and a confirmability technique. The results of this study, (1) library administration management consists of procurement of collections, classification of library materials, cataloging and labeling of library materials (2) management of library services consisting of circulation services, reference services and library rules. Optimization of management is done by automating the 3.0 library system software, making management work faster, time and energy efficiency.

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa secara kritis tentang penerapan kurikum merdeka di tengah krisis moral para pendidik di lembaga pendidikan. Era ini pendidikan tidak hanya disibukkan dengan kemerosotan moral peserta didik, tapi juga pendidik. Secara faktual di berbagai berita media massa bahwa cukup banyak oknum pendidik baik di sekolah (lembaga formal) maupun non formal (pesantren; TPQ) yang telah melakukan tindakan asusila kepada peserta didiknya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah studi kepustakaan dengan menggunakan teknik analisa data interpretasi dan reduksi data dari berbagai dokumentasi yang ditemukan. Hasil yang didapatkan ialah bahwa penerapan kurikulum merdeka satu sisi positif untuk mendesain peserta didik agar mampu menjadi generasi yang kreatif dan produktif, sisi lain pendidikan dan pemerintah juga harus melakukan penguatan, evaluasi dan pembinaan secara komprehensif bagi pendidik dan lembaga pendidikan untuk bisa menjadi pendidik yang ideal dengan konsep yang peneliti tawarkan yakni pendidik yang bertitel “murabbi”, kemudian lembaga pendidikan yang ramah untuk anak belajar dengan desain tempat belajar yang terbuka, humanis, dan penuh dengan kearifan. Pendidikan pesantren di Indonesia sampai hari ini masih selalu menarik dibahas, karena karakter pesantren yang berbeda dan khas. KH. Imam Zarkasyi(1910-1985) adalah salah satu Pendiri Pondok Modern Gontor yang memiliki visi pembaharuan. Artiikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji sudut pandang pemikiran KH. Imam Zarkasyi dalam visi pendidikan modern dengan metode penelitian library research menganalisis pandangan Kyai Saifurrahman Nawawi dalam buku Nilai Pendidikan Sufistik KH. Imam Zarkasyi dengan sumber lainnya seperti jurnal dan buku imiyah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pemikiran KH. Imam Zarkasyi dalam kajian ini terbatas pada beberapa aspek yaitu pada aspek pesantren. Visi Modernitas Pemikiran KH. The purpose of this study is the application of the principle of justice in sharia accounting which examines the allocation of profits to stakeholders with the object of Islamic banking research. The research method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive type with the type of data in the form of allocation of company profits referring to financial reports and other data that supports research through interviews with the application of justice principles in sharia accounting. These data are collected and analyzed by comparing the application of the provisions regarding the allocation of profits in Islamic banking with the teachings of Islamic accounting in Islam. The research was conducted at one of the Sharia People's Credit Banks located on Madura Island. The results of the study can be concluded that the financial statements at the Islamic People's Credit Bank (BPRS) have shown a proportional allocation of profits to stakeholders, namely profits have been allocated to owners of funds consisting of customers and shareholders as well as to employees by applying Islamic values in sharia accounting. Implementation refers to education on the principles of justice applied by the BPRS, this can be seen from the allocation of profits to stakeholders who have achieved the value of justice in accordance with Islamic teachings in sharia accounting.

The research method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive type with the type of data in the form of allocation of company profits referring to financial reports and other data that supports research through interviews with the application of justice principles in sharia accounting. These data are collected and analyzed by comparing the application of the provisions regarding the allocation of profits in Islamic banking with the teachings of Islamic accounting in Islam. The research was conducted at one of the Sharia People's Credit Banks located on Madura Island. The results of the study can be concluded that the financial statements at the Islamic People's Credit Bank (BPRS) have shown a proportional allocation of profits to stakeholders, namely profits have been allocated to owners of funds consisting of customers and shareholders as well as to employees by applying Islamic values in sharia accounting. School rules are the provisions that govern daily school life. The obligation to obey school rules is important, obeying or obedience also has its own value, this value is a standard of behavior, a measure that determines one's behavior about good and bad, beautiful and not beautiful, obedient and disobedient, worthy and not worthy and so on. etc. These rules are part of the school system and not just as a school complement. The purpose of this study is to explain how the implementation of school rules in shaping student behavior. The type of research used in this study is a type of field research with a qualitative descriptive approach and to check the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The results showed that First, the behavior developed in SMA Walisongo Gempol was student learning behavior in attending daily lessons, student learning behavior in reading books, student learning behavior in taking exams and the last one being student learning behavior in visiting the library. Meanwhile, the implementation of school rules in shaping student learning behavior at SMA Walisongo Gempol is a dress code and an order against prohibitions. Supporting factors in the implementation of school rules in shaping student learning behavior at SMA Walisongo Gempol, namely: a. The supporting factors are: school leadership, teachers, and students factors, community leaders factors. While the inhibiting factors areyourself and the environment.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan bagimana IAIN Lhokseumawe mengembangkan dosen dalam meningkatkan publikasi ilmiah melalui pemberdayaan Professional Learning Community. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, dengan partisipan mulai dari wakil rektor, dekan, dan dosen. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa pada IAIN Lhokseumawe belum memiliki sistem pengelola pengembangan dosen secara terstruktur dan dosen mengembangkan dirinya secara mandiri, sehingga produktivitas kinerja publikasi dosen pada IAIN Lhokseumawe terjadi penurunan dari sejak tahun 2021 sampai dengan tahun 2022, ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja publikasi pada IAIN Lhokseumawe terjadi penurunan setiap tahun dalam dua tahun terakhir. Untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kinerja publikasi dilakukan pengembangan dosen melalui pemberdayaan Professional Learning Community dengan tahapan 1) membagikan pengalaman dosen publikasi ilmiah dengan sesama dosen, 2) mengkaji kembali secara logis dan kritis terhadap kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam menghasilkan publikasi ilmiah melalui kegiatan reflective study, 3) membuat komitmen bersama dalam menghasilkan dan meningkatkan publikasi ilmiah, dan 4) membetuk kelompok baru sesuai dengan keilmuan dosen dan 5)menetapakan rencana tindak lanjut. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pemberdayaan Professional Learning Community dosen dengan memberikan pelatihan penulisan artikel ilmiah dan pelatihan metode publikasi artikel ilmiah. Peningkatan produktivitas kinerja publikasi dosen dapat dilakukan oleh IAIN Lhokseumawe dengan membentuk sistem pengembangan dosen secara terstruktur melalui; perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan monitoring serta evaluasi dalam rangka memberdayakan Professional Learning Community

This study aims to find the implementation of free writing paragraph to the students’ writing skill and measure the effectiveness of free writing paragraph to their writing skill. The variables in this study are; independent variable is free writing paragraph and dependent variable is the students’ writing skill. The design in this study is pre-experimental design (pre-test and post-test), while the approach is quantitative research. Test and documentation are used as the instruments, while the researcher takes one class as a sample of the study. Test was used to know students’ writing skill and to measure how significance is the effect of using free writing paragraph on students’ writing skill at the seventh grade of MTsN Parteker Pamekasan. The result has shown that the implementation free writing paragraph on students’ writing skill has statistically significant effect, confirmed with t-value is higher than t-table either in 5%, or 1% (5% = 2, 05 < 10,017) or (1% = 2,76 < 10,017). The finding conveys that free writing paragraph can be a choice for teachers to motivate their students in English learning, especially in writing class.
