This study aims to analyze the determinants of hijrah intention and customers' decisions to use Islamic banks. This study carries out the development of a theory of planned behavior which consists of attitude factors, subjective norms and behavior control. The development that is done is to modify the intention in the theory of planned behavior to become hijrah intention. Another development is adding the factor of Islamic branding to analyze its effect on hijrah intention and customer decisions. The next development is to link the influence of hijrah intention on customer decisions. Other developments also add a moderating construct, namely Islamic financial literacy with the aim of Islamic financial literacy can be a determinant of strengthening or weakening the variable of hijrah intention towards customer decisions. This study is a study with a quantitative approach. The population in this study are all customers of Islamic banks in Indonesia. The sample of this research is 275 respondents from 34 provinces in Indonesia. Data analysis used SEM with the SmartPLS 3 application. The results in this study indicate that the theory of planned behavior which consists of attitude variables, subjective norms and behavioral control and Islamic branding variables has a significant positive effect on hijrah intention. Islamic branding also has a significant influence on customer decisions. Hijrah intention has no significant effect on customer decisions. Islamic financial literacy weakens the effect of hijrah intention on customer decisions.

This study aims to examine the Islamic view of shopping payment transactions on the marketplace which uses electronic money as well as to examine the Islamic view of special offers on certain products that can be purchased using electronic money. The method used in this research is qualitative research with phenomenological studies. The results showed that the majority of the informants agreed that the electronic money they used did not contain elements of usury although there were informants who had a different opinion. The note that we can highlight here is that the marketplace is not a seller, nor is it a representative of the seller. The marketplace is only a medium that brings sellers and buyers together with certain rules. If it is a debt, it means that the customer must not receive any benefits from GoPay. Thus, if GoPay provides discounts for customers who pay via GoPay, then this includes benefits due to debt. Customers get this benefit, because they give GoPay debt.

Empowerment is the main key to the motivation and productivity of an employee so that they can give maximum contribution to the company. Employee engagement and empowerment direct them to help each other both for themselves, between employees and for the company. The involvement and empowerment of employees are very effective in maintaining high levels of employee motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of psychological empowerment on employee creativity through intrinsic motivation. This study used a quantitative explanatory research approach. This study proposes several hypotheses with a total sample of 105 respondents. Data in this study were collected using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire and analyzed using the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis test. The results of this study indicate that psychological empowerment does not directly affect employee creativity. However, psychological empowerment significantly affects employee creativity through intrinsic motivation, and intrinsic motivation mediates the full/perfect mediation effect of psychological empowerment on employee creativity

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi dan religiusitas terhadap kebiasaan bersedekah mahasiswi UNIDA Gontor, Kampus Mantingan, Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan menggunakan software SmartPLS (v.3.2.9). Hasil yang didapat adalah: (1) Persepsi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kebiasaan bersedekah, berdasarkan hasil nilai variabel eksogen (persepsi) pada path coefficients adalah 0.323 dan hasil uji t-statistic nilai hubungan persepsi dengan kebiasaan bersedekah sebesar 4.146; (2) Religiusitas berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kebiasaan bersedekah, berdasarkan hasil nilai variabel eksogen (religiusitas) pada path coefficients adalah 0.447 dan hasil uji t-statistic nilai hubungan religiusitas dengan kebiasaan bersedekah sebesar 6.332.

This study analyzed 70 respondents using quantitative methods and SEM PLS data analysis techniques using SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that perceptions, reference groups, and Religiosity directly or indirectly influence Interest. Daur ulang merupakan peluang industri untuk mengembangkan produk yang memiliki potensi manfaat ekonomi yang signifikan serta manfaat ekologis. Perkembangan industri ini juga harus diikuti dengan perkembangan minat masyarakat untuk menggunakan produk daur ulang. Motivasi orang untuk memiliki niat membeli produk kami teliti menggunakan teori penentuan nasib sendiri sebagai teori yang menganggap manusia sebagai organisme aktif untuk selalu tumbuh dan berkembang baik secara fisik maupun psikologis. Teori ini menjelaskan bahwa manusia memiliki otonomi atas keputusan yang diambilnya. Penelitian ini dibangun dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang mengkaji pengaruh teori penentuan nasib sendiri dengan variabel amotivasi, regulasi eksternal, regulasi introjeksi, regulasi yang diidentifikasi, regulasi terintegrasi dan motivasi intrinsik dalam memprediksi niat beli produk daur ulang oleh masyarakat di era masyarakat 5.0 . Metode Analisis data regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan pengaruh signifikan teori penentuan nasib sendiri terhadap prediksi niat membeli produk daur ulang. Education to improve the understanding of financial literacy in MSMEs is one of the efforts that can be carried out to enrich their knowledge. This knowledge will be useful for their business, especially for sustainability of their business. This research was conducted at the Tempe Sanan Industrial Center, Malang using a qualitative method, that is interviews. The results of the study show that not all business actors have sufficient financial literacy, especially if it is related to the investment context. However, business actors are considered sufficient to have a good financial attitude but not for things such as: making budgets, monitoring cash flows, and planning business protection. This is because business actors are too busy with their business operations so they do not have enough time to do the things above..

This study aims to investigate the effect of multiple role conflict on employee performance through work stress. This study uses a quantitative causality approach to determine the relationship between variables. The population of this study were 73 bank employees. The sampling technique uses the simple random sampling method to ensure that all populations have the same opportunity to be selected as research objects. The data source used is primary data in the form of a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using path analysis and using SPSS as an analytical tool. The results of this study indicate that multiple role conflict has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Multiple role conflict has a positive and significant effect on work stress. Work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. The results of the mediation analysis found that work stress is able to mediate the effect of multiple role conflict on employee performance.

Pengelolaan dana wakaf tidak harus dimanfaatkan untuk bangunan atau sebagai lahan kosong saja, melainkan dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai suatu kegiatan yang produktif dan menghasilkan. Salah satu nya melalui program Wakaf Produktif Peternakan Domba. Karena kebutuhan domba di kategorikan menjadi kebutuhan pokok masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisa manajemen pengelolaan wakaf peternakan domba oleh MT Farm dan bagaimana presepsi masyakarat terhadap wakaf peternakan domba. Pengembangan program wakaf peternakan dilakukan melalui pendekatan Business Model Canvas (BMC) yang diuji dengan metode SEM Lisrel. Beberapa metode penelitian yang digunakan diantaranya wawancara dan pengumpulan kuesioner. Sebanyak 170 responden berhasil dikumpulkan dan diolah dengan menggunakan uji kecocokan keseluruhan model variabel,uji kecocokan model pengukuran seluruh variabel,uji kecocokan keseluruhan model persamaan struktural. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan pengembangan wakaf peternakan menunjukan bahwa nilai siginifikansi yang masih rendah. Nilai standarisasi yang kurang dari ≥1,96 membuat beberapa indikator menjadi tidak signifikan diantaranya indikator customer relationship, value proposition, channels, keyresources. Artinya, edukasi masyarakat akan wakaf peternakan domba harus terus diberikan agar program pengelolaan wakaf peternakan di MT Farm bisa layak untuk terus dikembangkan. Selain itu, dapat membantu menambah pasok ternak domba dari komponen wakaf tanah, ternak dan oprasional secara bersamaan.

Salah satu nya melalui program Wakaf Produktif Peternakan Domba. Karena kebutuhan domba di kategorikan menjadi kebutuhan pokok masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisa manajemen pengelolaan wakaf peternakan domba oleh MT Farm dan bagaimana presepsi masyakarat terhadap wakaf peternakan domba. Pengembangan program wakaf peternakan dilakukan melalui pendekatan Business Model Canvas (BMC) yang diuji dengan metode SEM Lisrel. Beberapa metode penelitian yang digunakan diantaranya wawancara dan pengumpulan kuesioner. Sebanyak 170 responden berhasil dikumpulkan dan diolah dengan menggunakan uji kecocokan keseluruhan model variabel,uji kecocokan model pengukuran seluruh variabel,uji kecocokan keseluruhan model persamaan struktural. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan pengembangan wakaf peternakan menunjukan bahwa nilai siginifikansi yang masih rendah. Nilai standarisasi yang kurang dari ≥1,96 membuat beberapa indikator menjadi tidak signifikan diantaranya indikator customer relationship, value proposition, channels, keyresources. Artinya, edukasi masyarakat akan wakaf peternakan domba harus terus diberikan agar program pengelolaan wakaf peternakan di MT Farm bisa layak untuk terus dikembangkan. Finding the promotional media that used AHP in earlier experiments was the intended goal of this study, however data gathering proved to be quite difficult for researchers. This is because the research issue, MSMEs in the halal product, demands an excessive volume of questionnaire data. The researcher also made an effort to simplify the questionnaire by designating consideration and contempt with the numbers 1 and 0, respectively. Since the EPIC model contains four distinct dimensions, it is utilized to produce indications. This implies that measurements can also be taken in each of the EPIC dimensions. The development of AHP modifications that are demonstrated in the calculation of pairwise comparison matrices is the main focus of this study. In this study, data collection is much easier and faster. It caused by the form of the questionnaire was simple and only takes less than 2 minutes. Social media can be used as a substitute for traditional advertising in the scenarios mentioned. The most popular alternative for promotion for MSMEs is social media (36%). Search engines and product collaboration (30% and 13%) are the following substitute promotional media to increase MSMEs in the halal product.
