CIS video panoramic image CIS视频全景图像

The paper presented a technique of generating a CIS video panoramic image without rolling shutter distortion. When an image is captured by a rolling shutter camera in motion during a shuttering time, the captured image showed a distortion due to a rolling shutter mechanism and thus, a panoramic image stitched together with a sequence of those images also looked distorted. To solve the problem, a CIS distortion correction method is applied to a conventional video panoramic image method. The proposed CIS video panoramic image method estimates distortion parameters from two consecutive frames assuming that the global motion of two consecutive frames is affine and then, generates a distortion-free panoramic image while there are artifacts in a conventional video panoramic image.

IP based convergence service for Terrestrial DMB 基于IP的地面DMB汇聚服务

As several current and emerging Mobile TV systems are made to transparently and efficiently integrate with IP starting from the design phase, Terrestrial Digital Multimedia Broadcast (T-DMB), or DMB also is required to evolve as the IP based service. In the paper, we propose the IP based convergence service for DMB, and the IP based DMB gateway and agents for achieving easy and transparent integration of DMB and IP. And also, we verify the feasibility and benefits of our proposals by implementing some example services.

Home network system with cloud computing and distributed autonomous control 具有云计算和分布式自主控制的家庭网络系统

Management of household appliances and the services have been complicated by increasing of network devices recently. Therefore, Home Gateway (HGW) which manages them intensively has been expected as new consumer electronics. However, HGW has not been popular in our life because the installation cost of HGW is expensive compared with the benefits of services. In this study, we propose new home network system architecture working with not HGW but cloud computing for home management as a resolution. Basic and real-time applications are realized by M2M (Machine-to-Machine) communication between household devices under the local network area and, sophisticated and non-real-time applications are managed on the network cloud and control the household devices via internet. With some examples of home network service, proposed architecture are designed and evaluated at various points of view.

Real time H.264/SVC compliant video client based on a SoC 基于SoC的实时H.264/SVC兼容视频客户端

In this paper, a H.264/SVC compliant video client based on a SoC is presented. The SoC includes two processors, a General Purpose Processor to execute a Linux-based operating system and a Digital Signal Processor optimized to decode video sequences. The computational load of the application has been distributed between both processors. The performance results demonstrate that the developed system is able to decode six-layer scalable sequences in real-time.

Multimedia data generation algorithm for multi-user video conferencing system over ad-hoc networks 自组织网络上多用户视频会议系统的多媒体数据生成算法

In this paper, a multimedia data generation algorithm for multi-user video conferencing system over ad-hoc networks is proposed. In the proposed method, the scene-changed frame is estimated using the number of bits pre-encoded by the hardware accelerator and the percentage of the intra-coded macroblocks in each frame. The resulting scene-changed frames are re-encoded as the intra-coded frames and then transmitted to the receiver. Compared to the bit-stream generated from encoding the entire sequence, the proposed algorithm achieves up to about 50% reduction of the bit-rate without skipping the key frames while maintaining the perceptual video quality.

Analysis of embedded web applications for honeypot emulation programs 蜜罐仿真程序的嵌入式web应用分析

This paper describes a process for analyzing web server requests and responses for use in developing emulation programs for low interaction honeypot responses. In order to manage the complexity of this task, this approach first identifies that static and dynamic resources made available from a web server. Then, for each dynamic resource a fuzzing approach was used to generate and analyze the range of responses for a range of requests, including ones with the types of malformed input that can appear in computer security attacks.

Using fuzzy logic and light-sensor for automatic adjustment of backlight brightness in a mobile computer 利用模糊逻辑和光传感器实现移动计算机背光亮度的自动调节

In this paper we utilize a light sensor device with a fuzzy logic controller (FLC) to sense the brightness of different environments and to automatically adjust backlight brightness to a level that allows the user's eyes to be comfortable. Simultaneously this device also reduces the power consumption of the LCD panel. A common operating system defines the light sensor at present, and we add the FLC method to have the light sensor incorporate a flexible adjustment of the backlight brightness. Our structural design communicates with the light sensor by means of a low-power embedded controller (EC). By utilizing the light sensor this design detects the environment brightness, inputs the brightness value into the FLC and adjusts the backlight brightness with the EC according to the output value from the brightness duty range, 0-100%.

Compatible design of wireless physiological measurement system with a health management function 具有健康管理功能的无线生理测量系统的兼容设计

In this paper we propose a compatible design using a smartphone, Bluetooth technology and the Internet to build a wireless physiological measurement system which works in cooperation with a health management function. The advantages in our design include easy portability, high compatibility, small size, wireless connection, low cost and service efficiency. The physiological measurements module provides the necessary measurements such as blood pressure, heart rate, body temperature and electrocardiogram (ECG) results. That information is important for the doctor when diagnosing a patient's health status. The user can easily install the application software on one of three major smartphone platforms. The smartphone, which has been successfully used for physiological measurement (PM) concurrently with Bluetooth technology, receives the measurement through the Internet and sends the result to the remote data center storage.

Using depth image processing and human skeleton identification methods to reduce uncomfortable light from a digital projector 使用深度图像处理和人体骨骼识别方法来减少来自数字投影仪的不舒服光线

When a speaker stands in front of a projector screen for a presentation, the eyes will be hurt by the direct light from the digital projector. This paper proposes a design to reduce the strong light by projecting a black round mask on the speaker's head. The black round mask is superimposed to the slide frame by the software of this design and the mask traces the speaker's head. The depth camera captures the depth images from the speaker with the projector screen. The location of the speaker's head is determined by using the middleware components to process the depth images. This design efficiently continues to trace the head location. The computer uses this head location and superimposes a black round mask to reduce the uncomfortable feeling caused by the strong light of the projector.
