Optimization of HPSA+ capacity of mobile networks 移动网络HPSA+容量优化

This paper summarizes the sum total of research carried out to find an alternative against the difficulties and complex conditions that undergoes mobile operators in the acquisition of 4G license in order to satisfy the increasing needs of customers to use an appropriate mobile broadband in Senegal. With the explosion of the smartphones, the increasing capacity of the needs for the consumers to the use of the social networks, mobile services and applications, the keen demand of remote loading of data in real time, the need the performances of the network is essential, it with an aim of offering a broader access to services more sophisticated and more accessible like the access high flow to Internet. In spite of the difficulty in obtaining the 4G license with authorities, the operators more precisely Sonatel (Orange Senegal) which already offers on the 3G services based on access Internet has high flow, always seeks a means of satisfying their customer better and better.

Next, it demonstrates information processing technologies,: for example, Cloud Platform, IoT Platform, Big Data Platform, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and IoT Analytics.

This paper addresses the duality between the gain/phase mismatch in the I/Q imbalance model of RF transceiver IC. The newly proposed L 1 -norm based estimator exploiting this duality can serve as a sound alternative to the existing L 2 -norm based estimator significantly lowering the implementation cost. Generalization of this duality empowers the single skew matrix representation of the I/Q imbalance model, mappable to an always existing unique SVD based model, to extend its compensation range limited too conservative so far with much higher level of confidence than ever before.
