LTE is a promising generation of mobile communication, characterized by high data rate, lower latency in control and user plane. In the study simulation model was developed for LTE system throughput estimation for different scheduling algorithms. Conclusion of the algorithms advantages and weaknesses were made.

Application of a depth image analysis algorithm to automatic social behaviour estimation of laboratory animals 一种深度图像分析算法在实验动物社会行为自动估计中的应用

The problem of animal social behavior estimation has two components: automatically tracking a number of identical objects with a large number of collisions and calculating indexes for behavior description. In this paper a tracking algorithm has been proposed for a sequence of depth images. This algorithm combines detection and tracking methods. The proposed algorithm is highly reliable: in the worst case it yields one error per 193 collisions. Several useful automatically estimated indexes for social behavior were introduced in this paper.

Independence of AP propagation velocity to transjunctional voltage dependence of gap junctional coupling 间隙结耦合的跨结电压依赖性对AP传播速度的影响

Gap junctions are protein structures that form transmembrane channels between adjacent cells, thereby allowing the direct passage of ions and small molecules. They play an important role in the physiological functioning of the individual cells, and also the tissue. Experimental studies have reported a variety of gap junction subtypes, with differences in their biophysical properties, such as their unitary conductances and sensitivity to transjunctional voltage. Our study aims at computationally exploring the effect of these differences towards the spread of action potentials in syncytial tissues. Results from our simulations suggest that the propagation velocity of action potentials is independent of the transjunctional voltage dependence of the gap junction subtype. The propagation velocity was found to be constant across all subtypes tested, when the maximal conductances were set equal. This was verified using action potentials of widely varying time courses. We attribute this trend to the much slower gating kinetics of gap junctions in comparison to the time course of action potentials, and more specifically the short period where a significant transjunctional voltage is maintained.

A numerical algorithm of parameter estimation for dynamic model for HIV infection of CD4+ t cells CD4+ t细胞感染HIV动态模型参数估计的数值算法

The problem of approximation the values of 6 coefficients of a HIV infection basic model by knowing how viremia and target cells blood concentrations change as time goes on is considered. Above inverse problem for HIV dynamic model is reduced to the problem of minimization a least squares misfit function. A 6-dimensional Nelder-Mead algorithm is implemented to approximate this minimum. For a narrow interval to mean values of unknown coefficients (about 33% of the total bandwidth between experimental extreme coefficients values), proposed algorithm demonstrates a good convergence, with a probability of 17% for the Nelder-Mead algorithm. Results of numerical experiment are demonstrated and discussed.

Personalized mathematical modeling of cerebral arterial aneurysms 脑动脉瘤的个性化数学建模

In this work we describe a mathematical and computational framework for personalized modeling of the cerebral hemodynamics in the presence of arterial aneurysms. As an example we study nonlocal hydrodynamic properties of cerebral arterial aneurysms. Using numerical simulations we determine the area of influence of the aneurysm on the surrounding blood flow, the changes induced by increase and decrease of the pressure, and we study the flow features in the case of multiple aneurysms. For our computations we use personalized clinical data obtained during intraoperative endovascular measurements.

Exploration of the dynamics of brain activity in the conditions of executive control by means of the EEG method under using of the DLP and 3LCD projectors 利用DLP和3LCD投影仪,利用脑电图方法探索执行控制条件下的脑活动动态

The DLP and 3LCD projectors differ in the presentation techniques of color images. It is possible to suggest that the brain activity related on visual images recognition depends on the kind of projectors chosen for the image presentation. In this study, the patterns of human brain activity recorded during execution of stop-signal paradigm were analyzed for comparison of effects of the DLP and 3LCD projectors on human perception. The significant differences between the effects of projectors were obtained in the delta and theta frequency bands (1-8 Hz). In our interpretation, the application of the 3LCD projector demands the smaller tension of visual cortex and induces smaller brain exhaustion, than it is observed during using the DLP projector.

Mathematical modeling of the tumor markers network 肿瘤标志物网络的数学建模

This paper is devoted to a numerical analysis of the solutions of the equations system describing the dynamics of the concentration of p53 and Mdm2 proteins in their interaction. A detailed study of the solutions was made when the mathematical model parameters deviated from the basal values. Within the numerical experiments, the states of the system, such as threat by the uncontrolled apoptotic death of cellules, accelerating the aging processes of organisms and of the excessive suppression of p53-induced apoptosis, which increases the risk of tumors, have been investigated. The mechanism of managing the system under stress conditions has been studied in detail.

In this paper, genetic data analysis using a hybrid supercomputer is considered. The architecture of a computer information system of search for traits of statistically significant overrepresented characteristics of genes from a given set is presented. The capabilities of one-level paralleling are demonstrated, and methods of modernization of the developed software are proposed. Modern technologies of paralleling are used.

Rehabilitation of disabled persons who have lost their lower limbs due to various reasons and the ensuring to them the opportunity an active lifestyle is an important social task. It can be solved by the widespread introduction in the rehabilitation practice a low-cost intelligent prostheses, the functionality of which depends not only on the design type, but also, not least, from the realized control system. As a rule, in modern control systems real-time is used the information about the state of the environment, intentions and current amputee status, as some human-machine system. In this regard, the synthesis of artificial limbs and their control systems it is advisable to carry out from the viewpoint of systems theory. The functionality of control systems and the main modules of prostheses that can theoretically perform their functions requires experimental verification. In this work presented a testbench by means of which can solve a wide range of experimental tasks. The testbench primarily intended for testing of artificial feet and represent a mechatronic device based on Stewart platform with electromechanical drives. One of links of testing module is mounted on the upper fixed platform (rigidly or hingedly), and the second link is supported or fixed on the movable platform.
