Online process optimization system and method of cutting chip 切屑在线工艺优化系统与方法

At present, more and more enterprises engaged in NC machining have invested a lot of money to optimize product processing technology, due to the optimization of processing technology that it can reduce costs can greatly reduce enterprise cost, improve processing efficiency, reduce material loss, and improve operation safety and controllability. However, process optimization is a very complex problem. Many factors such as environment, equipment and operators have an impact on process optimization. A little change of one of these factors will lead to different parameters obtained from process optimization. Although it has been many years, there is still no universal process optimization method. In this paper, we developed an online process optimization system and method of cutting chip which can effectively improve processing efficiency and reduce processing costs.

In pneumatic conveying, the material aerodynamic characteristics are the decisive basis, and its suspension speed is an important parameter in equipment design. Under the background of promoting waste classification in China, the introduction of wind power separation has great prospects and research potential. According to the theoretical levitation velocity, a blowing type test device is designed, which can measure the actual suspension velocity of typical domestic waste samples and obtain the reference characteristic value.

Gap Loss for Production Status Detection 生产状态检测的间隙损耗

In order to classify the monitoring model of the production state system more accurately and effectively, and accelerate the convergence speed of the model, a new loss function Gap Loss function is proposed. The image data and sensor data collected by the system in real time are used as feature data, the five self-defined states are the learning targets, and Gap Loss is used instead of the cross-entropy loss function for model training. Experimental verification shows that this method can more effectively classify production states compared with the cross entropy Loss function.

With the rapid development of the information society, network information security has attracted more attention. Traditional software encryption technology is becoming more and more difficult to ensure people's information security. How to quickly and efficiently ensure people's information security has become one of the key projects studied by scholars. Under this background, this paper designs a simple advanced encryption standard AES FPGA hardware implementation. The content includes the hardware structure design of AES encryption algorithm, comprehensive wiring with Quartus II 13.0, and simulation verification on Modelsim se 10.5.

DSN: A Fast Stereo Disparity Estimation Network based on Deformable Convolution 基于可变形卷积的快速立体视差估计网络

In recent years, the stereo matching method based on the convolutional neural network has been greatly developed and achieved accurate disparity estimation results. However, the high precision stereo disparity estimation method is often slow in reasoning, so it cannot meet the requirements of real-time scene. Moreover, this type of method has a large number of parameters and is therefore not friendly to resource-constrained embedded devices. In this paper, a novel 2D cost aggregation module based on deformable convolution is constructed based on AnyNet, and a lightweight stereo matching network named DSN is constructed accordingly. We measured performance on SceneFlow and KTTTI2015 dataset. Experiments show that our method achieves the approximate inference time and parameter quantity of AnyNet, and the accuracy of disparity estimation is much better than AnyNet, achieving a better tradeoff between performance and time.
