Design of portable peanut planter 便携式花生种植机的设计

At present, manual sowing is still the main sowing method in Hilly and terraced fields. This operation mode has the problems of low efficiency and high labor intensity. Although the traditional mechanical traction large-scale peanut planter has complete functions and high efficiency, it is not suitable for the sowing of complex terrain and small area land such as hills and terraces. In order to solve the above problems, a portable peanut seeder is designed in this paper. It is composed of hoe shovel opener, seed metering device, seed box, scraper type soil covering device and other parts. The operation efficiency can reach 4-5acres/h, and the missing sowing rate is less than 6%. The sowing effect is good, which can meet the technical requirements of peanut planting in Hilly and terrace areas.

Optimal Control of Gear Shift Synchronization Process for Tracked Vehicle Automated Mechanical Transmission 履带车辆自动机械变速器换挡同步过程的最优控制

Aiming at the problems of broken tooth and apical tooth caused by large gear shift impact for tracked vehicle Automated Mechanical Transmission (AMT), based on the analysis of the gear shift synchronization process and its evaluation indicators (shift synchronization time, impact degree, and sliding friction power), and establishing mathematical model, an optimal control method of gear shift synchronization process based on the minimum principle is proposed. Taking the impact degree and the sliding friction power of synchronization phase as optimization objective, a comprehensive optimal objective functional is established and optimized to obtain the comprehensive optimal shifting force change law in the synchronization process. Finally, the method is verified by MATLAB /Simulink, the simulation results show that this method can improve the shift quality and smoothness of tracked vehicle.
针对履带车辆自动机械变速器(AMT)换挡冲击过大造成的断齿和顶齿问题,在分析换挡同步过程及其评价指标(换挡同步时间、冲击程度、滑动摩擦功率)的基础上,建立数学模型,提出了一种基于最小值原理的换挡同步过程最优控制方法。以同步阶段的冲击程度和滑动摩擦功率为优化目标,建立综合优化目标函数并进行优化,得到同步过程中换挡力的综合最优变化规律。最后,通过MATLAB /Simulink对该方法进行了验证,仿真结果表明,该方法可以提高履带车辆的换挡质量和平稳性。

Tensile property analysis of 20A-2 escalator drive chain 20A-2型自动扶梯传动链拉伸性能分析

The 20A-2 drive chain is one of the commonly used drive chain models for escalators. In this paper, the tensile properties of a 5-year-old drive chain were tested. The tensile properties and microstructure were analyzed. The tensile test results show that the tensile strength meets the requirements of relevant standards. The results of microstructure analysis show that there are poor and decarburized phenomena on the surface of outer chain plate and intermediate chain plate.

Energy consumption throughout the world has been increasing in recent years and is a major concern due to its effect on climate change. According to NASA, climate change has led to stronger hurricanes, more droughts and heat waves, sea level rise, and a prediction that the arctic will be ice-free by mid-century. One of the most notable energy consumption methods, which negatively affect the climate, is the heating and cooling of buildings. As a result, minimizing the need for energy use in buildings for heating and cooling application is a widely explored field of research. While energy efficiency has drastically improved in recent years, the use of harmful refrigerants, such as R-410a, has already taken a huge toll on the environment. This presented a need for the cooling and heating of buildings without the use of harmful refrigerants. An alternative method of refrigeration is the use of Thermoelectric Modules (TEMs) due to their nature of having no mechanical moving parts, being highly reliable, compact in size, light in weight, requiring no working fluid, and most importantly: require no use of refrigerants. Our project aims to design and create a fully functioning system which uses TEMs as an alternative for cooling and heating of common spaces.

Failure analysis on the bolt fracture of pressure control valve in power plant 电厂压力控制阀螺栓断裂失效分析

A bolt of an intermediate pressure stream control valve in a power plant was broken. Through macro inspection, chemical composition analysis, mechanical analysis and metallographic analysis of the broken bolt, it is shown that the microstructure and grains of the bolt have been deteriorated during long-term high temperature operation, which results in the degradation of the mechanical properties of the material, and finally brittle fracture occurred.

Design and Implementation of Targeted Person Holographic Archive System based on Apriori Algorithm 基于Apriori算法的目标人物全息档案系统设计与实现

With the popularization of big data, public security organs are facing problems such as incomplete information collection, difficulty in fusion of multi-source heterogeneous data, and poor data association collected by front-end sensing devices in the management and control of targeted person. Combining the current situation and needs of public security management, this paper analyzes the targeted person's full-element information based on the Apriori association rule algorithm to conduct frequent item mining on the targeted person's attribute characteristics and behavior characteristics, which can effectively identify the abnormal behavior of targeted person and obtain deduction information, and finally implements a holographic archive system based on JavaEE design that can completely describe the targeted person. Its main functions include add files, file details, advanced search, “my focus”, “my supplement” and “my search”. After testing, the various functions of the system are operating well, which is conducive to the public security organs in real-time grasp of targeted person's basic information, social information, behavior information and other full-element information.

Research on Multi Pose Facial Feature Recognition Based on Deep Learning 基于深度学习的多姿态人脸特征识别研究

A multi pose facial feature recognition method based on deep learning is proposed. Firstly, the face direction is determined by eyes and mouth combined with face features, and then the face is segmented according to the face direction to get the approximate forward candidate region of the face, which is then verified by the layered structure depth learning algorithm. Multi pose face detection algorithm based on face feature and deep learning algorithm. Most of the background regions are eliminated quickly by using skin color features, and the candidate regions are segmented according to the face direction determined by face geometry features, and the candidate regions are classified by using depth learning algorithm. The candidate regions are classified by deep learning algorithm, and the multi pose facial features are accurately recognized. This method can avoid the problem of increasing the complexity of the algorithm, such as multi pose face extended feature or pose detector, so as to improve the search speed and accuracy. The experimental results show that the multi pose facial feature recognition method based on deep learning can detect the multi pose face quickly and has good robustness to expression and occlusion.

Research on the drive control of the Disk Coreless BLDC motor based on the soft switching inverter 基于软开关逆变器的盘芯无刷直流电机驱动控制研究

In view of the problem of large torque ripple of the coreless disk BLDC motor, and considering the large switching loss under the operation of hard switching, it is proposed to add a resonant DC link to the front of the three-phase inverter, and analyze the resonant DC link Control the working process of the next switching cycle, and compare the electromagnetic torque before and after adding the resonant DC link through Simulink simulation analysis. The result shows that the electromagnetic torque ripple can be improved by adding resonant DC link to the conventional motor control, and the validity of this method is proved.
针对无芯盘无刷直流电机转矩脉动大的问题,并考虑到硬开关运行下的开关损耗大,提出在三相逆变器前端增加谐振直流链路,并分析谐振直流链路控制下一个开关周期的工作过程,通过Simulink仿真分析比较增加谐振直流链路前后的电磁转矩。结果表明,在常规电机控制中加入谐振直流链路可以改善电磁转矩脉动,证明了该方法的有效性。

Design of Embedded Hardware Platform for Predictive Maintenance of Coal Mine Reducer 煤矿减速器预见性维护嵌入式硬件平台设计

Aiming at the problems in the operation and maintenance mode of coal mine reducer, such as poor real-time and flexibility, high cost, insufficient data collection. an embedded hardware platform is designed, and its working principle and hardware composition are introduced in detail. The platform collects the vibration acceleration, vibration velocity and temperature signals of coal mine decelerator, and conducts fast Fourier transform, envelope spectrum analysis and other processing to obtain the health status of each key part of coal mine decelerator. The practical application shows that the platform has stable performance, meets the requirements of field real-time analysis and flexible layout, and the prediction results have high reliability and small error.
针对煤矿减速机运行维护模式存在的实时性和灵活性差、成本高、数据采集不足等问题。设计了嵌入式硬件平台,详细介绍了其工作原理和硬件组成。该平台采集煤矿减速器的振动加速度、振动速度和温度信号,进行快速傅立叶变换、包络谱分析等处理,得到煤矿减速器各关键部件的健康状态。实际应用表明,该平台性能稳定,满足现场实时分析和灵活布置的要求,预测结果可靠性高,误差小。
