Identification of X-ray Weld Defects under Artificial Intelligence Framework 人工智能框架下的x射线焊缝缺陷识别

In view of the need of automatic detection of weld defects, an automatic extraction and classification algorithm for welding defect features based on convolution neural network is proposed. The algorithm directly takes the preprocessed weld images as the input and the welding defect type as the output, effectively avoiding the adverse effect of artificial identification subjective experience on the detection results. The experimental results show that the welding defect identification technology based on convolution neural network has a good identification rate and can provide an important reference for the research of welding quality detection.
针对焊接缺陷自动检测的需要,提出了一种基于卷积神经网络的焊接缺陷特征自动提取与分类算法。该算法直接将预处理后的焊缝图像作为输入,将焊接缺陷类型作为输出,有效避免了人为识别主观经验对检测结果的不利影响。实验结果表明,基于卷积神经网络的焊接缺陷识别技术具有良好的识别率,可为焊接质量检测的研究提供重要参考。

Improved NSGA-II with Hierarchical Retention and Interval Population Expansion 具有等级保留和区间种群扩展的改进NSGA-II

In order to overcome the shortcomings of the classical fast non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm with elitist strategy (NSGA-II), such as the uneven pareto front distribution and poor distribution in local congested areas, an improved NSGA-II algorithm based on adaptive hierarchical retention and interval population expansion strategies is proposed. At the early stage of the population evolution, an adaptive hierarchical retention strategy is applied to replace the exclusion mechanism to get an expanded range of individuals selection and improve the diversity of the population. At the last stage of the population evolution, an interval population expansion strategy is provided to expand the contemporary optimal frontier individuals to reduce the sparsity of the swarm distribution aiming to improve the comprehensive performance of the population. The experiment results based on six selected benchmark functions show that the proposed algorithm gets a better convergence and is superior to the compared algorithms in the terms of comprehensive and distribution values.
针对经典的基于精英策略的快速非支配排序遗传算法(NSGA-II)存在帕累托前沿分布不均匀、局部拥挤区域分布不佳等缺点,提出了一种基于自适应分层保留和区间种群扩张策略的改进NSGA-II算法。在种群进化初期,采用自适应分层保留策略取代排斥机制,扩大个体选择范围,提高种群多样性。在种群进化的最后阶段,提出区间种群扩张策略,扩展当代最优边界个体,降低种群分布的稀疏度,提高种群的综合性能。基于选定的6个基准函数的实验结果表明,所提算法具有较好的收敛性,在综合值和分布值方面均优于对比算法。

Adaptive K-valued K-means clustering algorithm 自适应k值k均值聚类算法

Based on particle swarm optimization (PSO), the algorithm for selecting appropriate K values is improved by combining k-mean algorithm. When the algorithm converges, the expansion and reduction of K value can be determined by comparing the relationship between different K value selection and global optimal fitness. Experiments show that the improved algorithm can assist K value selection effectively and obtain a better clustering effect.
在粒子群算法(PSO)的基础上,结合K均值算法对K值选取算法进行了改进。当算法收敛时,可以通过比较不同K值选择与全局最优适应度之间的关系来确定K值的展开和缩小。实验表明,改进后的算法可以有效地辅助K值的选择,获得更好的聚类效果。

Performance Analysis of Gas Turbine Using Compressor Extraction in Compressed Air System of Station 站内压缩空气系统压缩机抽气燃气轮机性能分析

In view of the problems of high energy consumption and low utilization rate of electric drive air compressor in industrial compressed air system, taking the compressor station of centrifugal compressor driven by PGT25+ gas turbine in long-distance natural gas pipeline as an example, the PGT25+ gas turbine simulation model was established by using three-dimensional CFD numerical simulation software, and the performance changes of gas turbine caused by compressor extraction were analyzed. Through calculation and analysis, it is found that the use rate of the existing station air compressor can be reduced by using gas turbine for compressed air in station, but the performance of gas turbine will be affected to a certain extent. Compared with the existing air compressor energy consumption, it does not have an advantage in economy. However, the influence of the maintenance, spare parts procurement, power supply and technical blockade of the existing electric drive air compressor in the existing station can be comprehensively considered, and the technical transformation can be carried out according to the situation.

The fire safety of offshore booster station has an extremely important impact on the reliable operation of the whole offshore wind farm. The article establishes the corresponding fire protection scheme around the offshore wind turbine group, offshore booster station and the on-land central control center of the offshore wind farm. Among them, each offshore wind turbine, offshore booster station and onshore centralized control center are equipped with independent fire alarm systems. The inspiratory smoke detector and point type composite smoke and temperature detector are mainly used to confirm the secondary alarm. At the same time, the fire extinguishing systems of offshore wind turbines, offshore booster stations and on-land control centers are: high-pressure CO2 fire extinguishing system, fine water mist fire extinguishing system and water spray fire extinguishing system. Finally, combined with an engineering case, the fire protection scheme of an offshore wind farm is designed.

Dynamic En-route Speed Profile Adjustment Strategy Design for Continuous Descend Operations Based on 4D Trajectory 基于4D轨迹的连续下降作业动态航路速度剖面调整策略设计

Aiming to reduce the uncertainty of the trajectory of Continuous Descend Operations (CDO) in high-density airspace, it is necessary to design a constrained speed profile during the CDO procedures, and use 4-Dimensional (4D) trajectory prediction and flight speed adjustment technology to meet the constraints on both space and time. This paper presents a large aircraft real-time flight trajectory management strategy based on 4D trajectory under multi-constraint conditions. To improve the prediction accuracy of the feasible Controlled Time of Arrival (CTA) window, a calculation method based on aircraft performance data and aircraft intention model is proposed. Finally, a dynamic en-route speed adjustment strategy based on the aircraft kinematics model is proposed, and the optimal flight profile and the required time of arrival objectives of the CDO are achieved with the performance-based airspace and CTA procedures. To demonstrate the validation of the algorithms given in the paper, the fast-time simulation based on a type of domestically-made aircraft is operated by the MATLAB platform. The simulation results verified that the real-time trajectory management algorithms and dynamic en-route speed profile adjustment strategy proposed in this paper could provide a precise flight speed control capability oriented to timing arrival for airlines.

Weld Surface Imperfection Detection by 3D Reconstruction of Laser Displacement Sensing 激光位移传感三维重建焊缝表面缺陷检测

It is of great significance to detect the weld surface to ensure welding quality. Aiming at the problem of weld surface defect detection and 3D reconstruction algorithm, a method of defect detection and three - dimensional reconstruction based on laser scanning 3D point cloud has been proposed. The method of BP neural network is used to filter the point cloud data obtained by laser displacement sensor scanning, and the result is qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed. The three-dimensional reconstruction model of pit defects on weld surface is established. The reconstructed error is within the allowable range. The experimental results show that applying BP neural network to weld defect detection can effectively reduce the complexity of 3D reconstruction and improve the accuracy of 3D reconstruction of weld surface.
焊缝表面检测对保证焊接质量具有重要意义。针对焊接表面缺陷检测与三维重建算法问题,提出了一种基于激光扫描三维点云的缺陷检测与三维重建方法。采用BP神经网络的方法对激光位移传感器扫描得到的点云数据进行滤波,并对结果进行定性和定量分析。建立了焊缝表面凹坑缺陷的三维重建模型。重构误差在允许范围内。实验结果表明,将BP神经网络应用于焊缝缺陷检测,可以有效降低焊缝三维重建的复杂性,提高焊缝表面三维重建的精度。

Research on Modeling of Microgrid Load Frequency Control Based on V2G Technology 基于V2G技术的微电网负荷频率控制建模研究

The vehicle to grid (V2G) technology of electric vehicles brings a new direction to the load frequency control (LFC) of the microgrid. The research and development of microgrid technology can improve and accelerate the large-scale integration of distributed power and renewable energy into the grid system, and it is a key technology from traditional grid to smart grid. Through the “source-load” characteristics of electric vehicles, the feasibility of V2G technology participating in microgrid load frequency is analyzed. The working principle of diesel generator set (classic micro-grid generator system) and electric vehicle is described, and a general and accurate dynamic mathematical model of micro-grid load frequency control based on V2G technology is established. The established model provides a basis for the design and research of control strategies and algorithms for microgrid LFC problems based on V2G technology, and provides a theoretical basis for the development of microgrid technology and smart grid modeling.
