The rationalization of mechanical manufacturing processing technology can make the development of mechanical manufacturing more scientific and reasonable. In the process of promoting the development of mechanical manufacturing and processing, a good mechanical design and manufacturing is the key. Solving the problems in mechanical design and manufacturing can improve the efficiency of mechanical manufacturing and processing. At the same time, ensuring the quality of machinery manufacturing is to promote the steady development of China's machinery manufacturing industry. In the new era, as people's requirements for mechanical products increase, we must continuously optimize the rationality of the mechanical manufacturing process, which is an important task for the entire mechanical manufacturing and processing industry. We need to innovate and optimize the mechanical manufacturing process from multiple angles in the actual design and production process, and solve the problems in the mechanical manufacturing process in time. We can also optimize the machining technology and methods of machinery manufacturing, choose a processing mode that is more in line with the development of modern machinery manufacturing, choose a reasonable mechanical design plan, and then optimize the processing procedures and processes. Thereby, it not only can improve the quality of mechanical product production, but also it can provide conditions for promoting the sustainable development of China's major mechanical manufacturing and processing enterprises. Furthermore, it also can promote the development of the domestic mechanical manufacturing and processing industry.

Reliability Analysis of Thermal Warping Deformation of Brake Disc Based on AK-MCS Method 基于AK-MCS方法的制动盘热翘曲变形可靠性分析

In order to solve the problem of reliability analysis in which the thermal warping deformation of the automobile brake disc presents an implicit complex nonlinear relationship with the design variables, a reliability analysis method of thermal warping deformation of brake disc based on AK-MCS method was proposed by combining Kriging model, active learning strategy and Monte Carlo Simulation. The Kriging model was used to construct the surrogate model of the thermal warping deformation performance function of the brake disc, and the continuous updating of the Kriging model was realized by establishing the learning function U. Based on this, Monte Carlo Simulation method was used to calculate the reliability of the thermal warping deformation of the brake disc, and the failure probability is 0.0035. The prediction accuracy of the Kriging model was tested and the results show that it meets the engineering requirements, so the reliability analysis results were proved to be efficient. The proposed method can be used for reference for the reliability analysis of automobile key parts.

Optimization of Gear Shaper Cutting Parameters Based on BP Neural Network and Genetic Algorithm 基于BP神经网络和遗传算法的插齿机切削参数优化

Abaqus finite element simulation technology and BP neural network and genetic algorithm are applied to the study on the optimization of the cutting parameters of the thin-walled ring gear. A simulation model of ring gear shaping was established by Abaqus finite element analysis software, a cutting force prediction model was built using BP neural network. With the help of the BP neural network and genetic algorithm function extreme value optimization feature, the gear ring gear shaping parameter optimization model was established, and the Abaqus simulation model was used to test it. The relevant slotting parameters, namely the slotting speed, the amount of back-cutting and the circumferential feed speed have been successfully optimized, and the slotting force has been reduced. The experimental results show that the parameter optimization model of ring gear shaping based on BP neural network and genetic algorithm can effectively realize the optimization of slotting parameters.

A Study on the Reader Reception of English Translations of The Analects-Data Analysis with Python 《论语》英译本的读者接受度研究——用Python进行数据分析

Based on Python data processing technology, this study collects reader comments on the English translations of The Analects on the mainstream western social book platforms to construct a review database so as to analyze readers' emotional attitudes, recognition of the works' ideological values, focal dimensions of translation quality, gains and losses of word translation, and the reflected image of China. The quantitative and qualitative analyses find that the overall reader acceptance of the English translations of The Analects is good and that China, with its philosophy and culture, is attractive and brilliant, which also arise their interest and enthusiasm in getting to know Chinese culture and elements. Hopefully, this study will provide insight for relevant research on the positioning and influence of foreign translation of Chinese classics.
本研究基于Python数据处理技术,收集西方主流社会图书平台上读者对《论语》英译本的评论,构建评论数据库,分析读者的情感态度、对作品思想价值的认同、翻译质量的焦点维度、词语翻译的得失、中国形象的反映。定量和定性分析发现,读者对《论语》英译本的接受程度总体较好,中国哲学和文化的魅力和灿烂,也激发了他们了解中国文化和元素的兴趣和热情。希望本研究能够为中国经典外译的定位与影响的相关研究提供参考。

Design of Driving Assistance System for Racing Car Applied in Electric Baja SAE China 电动巴哈SAE赛车驾驶辅助系统设计

As an all-terrain racing car, electric Baja racing involves more complicated working conditions than ordinary roads. However, the speed control of the car mainly depends on the driver's judgment and perception, which will increase the safety hazards during the race. The existing driving assistance system seldom involves all-terrain racing. Based on the actual situation of electric Baja racing in Wuhan University of Technology, this paper designed and developed a driving assistance system. Data acquisition and processing were realized by various sensors, single chip microcomputer and chip, broadcasted in the form of voice. The accuracy of the system was proved by theory and experiment. The research can effectively give early warning judgment to the driver, improve the off-road performance and obstacle avoidance ability of electric Baja racing car, and improve the energy efficiency of the car.
作为一款全地形赛车,电动巴哈赛车的工作条件比普通道路更为复杂。而赛车的速度控制主要依靠驾驶者的判断和感知,在比赛过程中会增加安全隐患。现有的驾驶辅助系统很少涉及全地形赛车。本文结合武汉理工大学电动巴哈赛车的实际情况,设计并开发了一套驾驶辅助系统。通过各种传感器、单片机和芯片实现数据的采集和处理,并以语音的形式进行广播。理论和实验证明了该系统的准确性。研究可以有效地对驾驶员进行预警判断,提高电动巴哈赛车的越野性能和避障能力,提高汽车的能效。

An Adaptive Positioning and Support System for Field Operations based on Beidou 基于北斗的野战自适应定位与支持系统

This paper implements an adaptive field positioning support system based on Beidou navigation and positioning system design. The system designed in this paper makes full use of the positioning function and short message communication function of Beidou, achieves positioning and position reporting, and constructs a user-oriented adaptive function, which can effectively improve the efficiency of Beidou user terminal positioning, the efficiency of user terminal power management, and has the switching function of multiple working modes, so as to work in different field environments. The system designed and implemented in this paper can improve the application effect of Beidou in field operation positioning, and provide better decision support for personal safety and rescue of field workers.
本文实现了一种基于北斗导航定位系统设计的自适应野外定位支持系统。本文设计的系统充分利用了北斗的定位功能和短报文通信功能,实现了定位和位置报告,并构建了面向用户的自适应功能,可以有效提高北斗用户终端定位效率、用户终端电源管理效率,并具有多种工作模式切换功能,可以在不同的野外环境下工作。本文设计并实现的系统可以提高北斗在野外作业定位中的应用效果,为野外作业人员的人身安全和救援提供更好的决策支持。

Application and Development of Sensor Technology in Mechatronics 传感器技术在机电一体化中的应用与发展

As the core technology of mechatronics, sensor can not only withstand the severe external environment test, but also obtain information accurately and quickly, which is an important guarantee for the rapid development of mechatronics. At present, 11 kinds of sensors, including force sensitivity, color sensitivity, biological sensitivity and voltage sensitivity, are produced in China. These sensors are being used by more and more industries. In order to accelerate the development of high quality in the field of mechatronics, this paper based on the current application of sensors, scientifically points out the development direction of sensor technology by analyzing the problems existing in practical operation.

At present, with the continuous development of network technology and information technology, digital management of prisons has become an inevitable trend. At the same time, this is also an important direction for the development of prison management, and relevant managers need to pay more attention to it. Based on previous work experience, this article summarizes the main threats to prison computer network information security. In addition, the author also discusses the prison computer network information security maintenance measures through the combination of the application of VLAN technology, the application of firewall technology, IP address management and virus prevention, system backup and network security management measures, access control, the establishment of corresponding security organizations, and the improvement of management systems.

The Influence of College Students' Self-Cognition and Learning Environment on Learning Concentration in Online Learning 网络学习中大学生自我认知和学习环境对学习集中力的影响

Under the influence of the epidemic, online learning has become a new way for many college students to attend classes. Due to the characteristics of online learning, the learner's concentration has been a great concern. As two key factors in learning, self-cognition and learning environment are considered to be closely related to learning concentration. The paper aims to explore the specific effects of self-cognition and learning environment on learning concentration. This paper adopted a quantitative research approach, collecting 259 effective questionnaires through Sojump and the results indicated that self-cognition and learning environment have the significant effect on concentration in online learning. By exploring the influence of self-cognition and learning environment on concentration, it is helpful to improve the concentration of college students in online learning and enhance the learning effect of online learning.

WeChat Forensics Method of Android Smart Phone Based on Improved NBC 基于改进NBC的Android智能手机微信取证方法

At present, in the investigation stage, public security organs, procuratorial organs and people's courts often need to conduct electronic data forensics analysis on criminals' WeChat and other social software to obtain sensitive information. This paper proposes a forensic analysis method based on chat history data of Wechat on Android smart phone. By using an Improved Naive Bayes Algorithm with redefinable the weights of the feature words, an improved Naive Bayes Classifier (NBC) model is established. The classifier is used to classify the chatting texts in WeChat, in order to find the sensitive information in the chatting texts efficiently. Experiments show that this model can improve the efficiency of acquiring sensitive information in WeChat, and has obvious effects on saving evidence collection time and improving the efficiency of criminal detection.
目前,在侦查阶段,公安机关、检察机关和人民法院往往需要对犯罪分子的微信等社交软件进行电子数据取证分析,获取敏感信息。本文提出了一种基于Android智能手机微信聊天记录数据的取证分析方法。采用一种改进的朴素贝叶斯算法,对特征词的权值进行可重定义,建立了改进的朴素贝叶斯分类器模型。该分类器用于对微信聊天文本进行分类,以便有效地发现聊天文本中的敏感信息。实验表明,该模型可以提高微信敏感信息的获取效率,对节省取证时间、提高刑事侦查效率有明显效果。
