In India, there have been a few revealed bore wells which are by all accounts death pits for children. The average of wells and bore wells in India is currently around twenty 7,000,000, with bore wells representing in excess of 50 percent. Bore wells are built to eradicate the requirement of water. Numerous children passing are accounted for in the past because of bore well mishaps. Nowadays, bore well mishaps are turning out to be most common concern. Children's are losing their lives in light of the carelessness of our general people. Despite the fact that safeguard is the most ideal approach to keep away from such mishaps. So we need an efficient system to pull the children from bore well. To conquer this issue, we proposed a system, in which the robot can move inside the bore well and recover the child securely. The robot consists of two broad hardware unit which is of Hand gestured robotic arm and Belt Mechanism Hardware unit. The hand gesture mechanism is controlled by using accelerometer ADXL 345 for fixing the belt to the children's hand very tightly. Then the belt mechanism is embedded with DC motor to tighten the children hand which is controlled by DPDT switch. To monitor the children inside the bore well, video surveillance is available with the use of web cam. The entire System is snared with pulley rope movement. This sort of robot can discharge trapped child from the bore well safely with in a lesser time.

Today's workplaces are transforming rapidly with the accelerating changes and developments in technology. Along with this the daily life of blue collar and white collar workers of industries are changing completely. Though there are improvements in the organizations, the condition of the work and the working environment of many workers remain laborious. This leads to an increase in accidents and health issues of the workers. It is utmost important and legitimate expectations of workers to address the health issues emerging out of their employment. Though there is an increasing amount of manual work being done by the machines, most of the Indian micro, small and medium enterprises are opting for manual labor for their industrial operations involving heavy physical and mental stress. Over time, the phase of technological change is greater than the worker's ability to adopt it both physically and mentally. Among the working people, most of the common illnesses results from people-work relationships. In this paper, the working positions and visual conditions of people in the workplace. The basic fact is that the people are different in their heights, ability to withstand physical and mental stress are different and this is the basis in designing the proper tools. The equipment and machinery should be designed properly for the use of people. The poor designs will cause people with lower back pain, muscle and joint pains. The objective of the paper is to estimate the physical and mental workload of workers in manual sorting jobs. In this work, two factors are considered, one is the height of the worktable and second one is the width of the pallet. A total of three scenarios are observed. The data obtained is analyzed with SPSS software and ANOVA is performed. The methodology and results are explained in the paper.

Imaging-Photoplethysmography has gathered a great amount of recognition in recent decades given to its simple, cost effective and non-contact multiparameter measurement capability. Generally, for blood volume pulse extraction, two processes are preferred. First, using green channel trace and second, using ICA or PCA to acquire underlying sources signal. ICA is used dominantly. Here, we have employed non-negative matrix factorization (NMF) for underlying source signal acquisition and compared it with the use of green channel for physiological parameter estimation. Normalized raw traces obtained from video recordings were pre-processed to keep only positive oscillations.

Recent advancements in the electric vehicle charging stations are aiding the power system in case of reliability and cost efficiency. Since the transfer switch power supply is an interconnection of various power sources, the system to be analyzed consists of solar as a renewable resource. During peak hours the power demand will be increased, which can be minimized by alternate use of supply. In this project a database is created for efficient power usage (between electrical grid and EV's) and transactions made easier. Efficient usage of power and hazel free transactions is attained using cloud data. Quick response code is used to automatically pay tolls. This paper analyses the electric vehicle considering battery ratings such as voltage and current. The aim is to charge the vehicle automatically when it is plugged in and during peak hours the power demand should be satisfied. The software used for analysis is IOTA tangle.

Health insurance has come in rescue for people, in reducing their medical expenditure, which otherwise would have taken a high toll on their income. There are both private and government-funded agencies serving in the health insurance sector. With soaring high demand among the public, healthcare is not safe from the fraudsters. The usage of computerized techniques has proved this area even more vulnerable. It has become highly essential to detect this fraud at the earliest, such that the impact of loss could be minimized. This paper throws light on a framework in detecting fraud with faster learning and identifying the maximum number of fraud instances. The usual problems, like data heterogeneity and imbalanced classification of classes, have also been discussed in this paper. As a part of developing an efficient framework for fraud detection, we applied several learners and optimization techniques. The framework has evaluated with claims dataset obtained from the CMS Medicare facility. We finally reached to a conclusion that the application of Multi-Layer Perceptron, a feed-forward Neural Network with genetic algorithm optimization had helped in enhancing the results and gain higher accuracy. PCA was also applied to pick the most significant variables. The use of PCA and other appropriate pre-processing techniques has also helped us in reducing the training time, thereby achieving efficiency in terms of accuracy and speed.

Now a days, people are facing so many difficulties to fill the form in various places like Bank, Hospital etc., some people don't know to read and write (illiterate) and some of them are blind peoples. By using the recognition of voice, we can develop the automatic form filling system for the handicapped and blind peoples. These people can fill the form without touching anything and it is fully operated by voice. Voice Recognition play a major role in the world, to control anything using voice. It gives easy way to do the operation of the system. This recognition is a computer software program with the ability to decrypt the human speech. Voice recognition is commonly used to operate the device and write without having to use a console, mouse or press any keys. So, this form filling system is very useful for the society and reduce the wastage of time with the paper and pen, if there is any mistake while filling the form there may also cause wastage of paper but in our system the wastage of time and paper is never occurs. The people comfortable to use the app is developed to fill the form by using voice. After filling the details, the mobile is connected with the printer by using the OTG adaptor and take print of the form. It is the process of the required system that should be handled by the user. So, it is useful for the society.

Personalization in e-services is desirable and large numbers of professional players are ensuring that personalization must be included as a web service for users. Moreover, recommender systems can perform effectively only with the support of personalization. Personalization has gained momentum in the service sector including education. With the advancement of the concept of ‘Teaching with Technology’, industry is inching forward to provide personalized learning contents on e-learning platforms. Personalization can be offered to a learner by ana-lyzing learning behavior, cognitive skills, learning style etc. of a learner. Most of the researchers have attained personalization especially in distance mode of e-learning using Adaptive Educational Hypermedia Systems (AEHS). Different aspects of personalization that demonstrate a paradigm shift from synchronous to adaptive approach of e-learning are being explored and experimented by many researchers. In this paper, we present our experiments of delivering learning objects (LOs) to learners that suits to the learners learning style. A personalized instruction delivery mechanism is developed that matches Learning style of a LO and the learning style of a learner. We demonstrate how such matching is ensured. We present the design of the Intelligent Tutoring System that we have developed and further discussed the learning style driven content delivery personalization.

In this paper, we proposed the design of Log Helical Antenna(LHA) for UHF and S-Band applications. This antenna is modified version of Normal Helical Antenna(NHA). In LHA design both radius and pitch angle of helix are varying logarithmically for achieving the desired frequency range. Proposed LHA design will be operated in UHF (0.3 to 1GHz) and S band (2-4GHz) regions. Design parameters are compared for different number of turns and observed the simulated results.

Design parameters are compared for different number of turns and observed the simulated results.","PeriodicalId":6744,"journal":{"name":"2020 International Conference on System, Computation, Automation and Networking (ICSCAN)","volume":"26 1","pages":"1-5"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-07-03","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"82130177","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
