Ensuring workers health and efficiency maintenance during the labor process activity is an important task. The proposed solution to this problem is the monitoring system prototype development and implementation with the help of wireless IoT protocol. Particular attention is directed to the measurements accuracy and regularity, as well as to the choosing a system with a minimum level of radiation. The study proposes to use the LoRaWAN protocol for sensors communication and transmitting information to the processing center. Software applications for decoding, analyzing and counteracting data substitution have been developed. The analysis results have shown the advantages of introducing the proposed model.

This article proposes a method for monitoring and diagnosing the information provided in the residue class. These methods are based on the use of orthogonal bases for complete base system residue class, as well as a set of projections of number by modules. A concrete example is given of data monitoring and diagnostics in residue class for built-in computer funds the transmission and processing of digital information (data) with a single¬byte bit grid. Use of the proposed methods will make it possible to simplify technical procedure for monitoring and diagnosing the data presented to residue class, as well as to increase promptness of this procedure.

Maritime terrestrial communication employs Digital Selective Calling (DSC) for establishing radiotelephone/telex connection. The practical application of DSC has revealed its shortcomings, which have led to the fact that it is practically not used in address radio communications. Attempts to improve it only within the DSC system itself did not lead to any noticeable results due to neglecting of real user needs. The article proposes an approach to improve the user DSC interface based on the integration of DSC with integrated navigational system (INS), including Automatic Identification System (AIS) installations and standardization of the DSC interface that implies common presentation of information and control functions for VHF/MF/HF communications regardless of the equipment from different manufacturers.

In determining of many natural or technical systems response, the solving of differential equations that describe oscillatory processes is need. The coupled oscillatory circuits in large systems are complicating the search of analytical solution and the theoretical finding of response characteristics. The research is established that a system of coupled oscillatory circuits is described by a system of nonlinear inhomogeneous differential equations. The residues method can be applied to decision search for the system. The results of modeling are considered and its compliance with analytical solutions was established.

We solved the problem of scattering of plane wave on a ferrite one-dimensional magnetophotonic crystal controlled by an external magnetic field. Fundamental solutions of the Hill equation in layers based on the Floquet theory are obtained in an analytical form. The dispersion equation and its roots are found explicitly. The analysis of the dispersion properties of the structures is carried out depending on the material parameters of the layers. The transmission and reflection coefficients are determined for the terahertz waves on a magnetic photonic crystal limited in terms of the number of periods. The analysis of the obtained solutions is carried out and the parameters of ferrite layers are established with full transmission and reflection of waves at different frequencies in surface and bulk modes.

The experimental technique to study the dosimetric response of Mn2+-doped yttrium-aluminum perovskite (YAP:Mn) by means of optically stimulated luminescence (OSL) readout in pulse mode has been developed. A method of synchronous background subtraction has been adopted to extend the lower end of the dynamic range of light flux. A dedicated apparatus has been designed implementing this technique with application specific optical layout, photometric subsystem and the measurement procedure. Some experimental results are presented to demonstrate its features and capabilities for ionizing radiation dosimetry applications.

In present work the surface plasmon polariton resonance excitation by grating on the metal substrate has been researched. The peculiarities of the propagation and excitation of surface plasmon polariton waves on plane silver and gold surfaces using metallic and dielectric gratings were studied. It is shown that a strong magnetic field appears under resonance in structures with a silver and gold substrate at certain grating parameters. Therefore, it is appropriate to use such structures to study luminescence excited by magnetic-dipole interaction.

Comparison of spectral characteristics of TiO2@Ag and Ag@TiO2 core-shell nanoparticles has been carried out. It is shown that in the case of TiO2@Ag the spectral position of the extinction peaks shifts to the long-wave spectrum region when the shell thickness changes and when the nanostructure is deformed (elongated). Ag@TiO2 is characterized by appearance of the additional plasmonic peak. This main peak shifts to the short-wave spectrum region when the shell thickness increases and under deformation. Moreover, the additional peak is practically not sensitive to such changes. It should be noted that with a certain shell thickness such structure will have characteristics similar to silver nanoparticles.

This paper discusses the issue of DVB-S2 digital television signal generation from a multi-program transport TV stream using an Nuand BladeRF x40 SDR transceiver operating under the GNURadio software environment. The quality of the generated DVB-S2 signal was evaluated in the process of its demodulation and decoding using the Prof 7500 DVB-S2 satellite TV signals receiver, running under the control of CrazyScan and TSReader programs. Research results showed the possibility of generating a DVB-S2 signal with standard roll-off factors of 0.2 and even with roll-off factors of 0.1 and 0.05, which is equivalent to reducing the frequency band occupied by a DVB-S2 signal with constant symbol rate to 8.3% and 12.5% respectively or transport stream bitrate increase up to 9,1% and 14,3% with constant DVB-S2 signal bandwidth. Also its shown that roll-off values usage less than 0.05 reduces the the DVB-S2 signal bandwidth but leads to the signal-to-noise ratio degradation by 6..10 dB. This paper will be useful for developers of television equipment based on the application of modern standards of digital TV.
