we propose a method for a complete mathematical model developing of TCS with MIMO 3x3 using the theory of vector and matrix analysis. In this case, complex parameters are used that characterize the radio channels, antenna signals and signal processing devices in the receiver. A mathematical model for the system of the signal-to-noise ratio at the output is developed, which allows to determine the reception error of the signal with this type of manipulation. It is emphasized that the proposed method can be used to study the system with any number of transmitting and receiving antennas. Attention is paid to the need of taking into account the peculiarities of the signal propagation in radio channels, antenna orientation and signal processing in the RAKE receiver.

Dependences of dynamic non-linear capacitance on voltage for surface-mounted device (SMD) ceramic capacitors with nominal voltage of 2 kV and 5 kV are determined with the help of developed experimental setup. Such investigations are aimed on creation of nonlinear forming lines with nanosecond rise time SMD capacitors as a working body.

The aim of the paper is to create software-operational control of the current precision and reliability of onboard angular coordinates measurements by applying optimal discrete filtering methods, provided that they help simplify the technical implementation of the optimal filter by the criterion: accuracy - amount of computing resources. Applying of special methods of signal processing should not reduce the accuracy of measurements under nominal conditions, and when faults appear, it is advisable to use the principle of continuity and enhancement of the functionality of classical signal processing methods.

The authors presenting a study of the automatic speaker verification for short utterances. The verification method of the speaker using word's sound parametric spectrum factorization in composite vector stochastic process representation on the base of multiplicative autoregressive model is presented in the paper. The developed method enables to receive the words features with stable characteristics for the same speaker and differ for the different speakers. The results presented in the paper showed the high correct identification probability. The features analysis for different words showed that these features also can be used in the task of connected speech recognition.

Crystallization ability of the 80GeS2-20Ga2S3, 82GeS2-18Ga2S3 and 84GeS2-16Ga2S3 chalcogenide glasses were studied using X-ray diffraction and calorimetric methods. It is shown that structure of these glasses is characterized by short range ordering. It is established that Ga2S3 and GeS2 phases can be crystallized in Ge-Ga-S system.

The 3D vector problem of diffraction of the fields of two coupled vertical electric half-wave dipoles placed over an infinitely thin rectangular ideally conducting screen is solved with use the method of the uniform geometric diffraction theory. On base of the asymptotic solution to this problem the fast algorithms and software are developed for computation of patterns as function of the geometric parameters and electric dimensions of the radiating system. It is shown that, when the distance between dipoles and screen is fixed, the appropriately chosen distance between the dipoles and the appropriately chosen dimensions of the screen provide for the symmetric patterns in the main planes with high directive gain. When the dipoles currents are in quadrature the patterns may be unidirectional. For verification of the calculations, the patterns of the same radiating systems were calculated using commercial software Feko too. The patterns in the main observation planes and the angles of peak-radiation of 3-D patterns are in a good agreement.

The possibility of obtaining optimal energy and polarization characteristics of X-shaped waveguide-slot radiators cut through either in the wide wall of a rectangular waveguide or in its end wall is investigated. Tuning the system is done at the resonant frequency using dielectric inserts in the waveguide. Dielectric inserts in the first case play the role of matching elements at the input and the complex load at the output of the waveguide, in the second case they are used for the best matching the whole waveguide-slot system. Based on theoretical and experimental studies, it has been shown that the use of dielectric inserts in a waveguide allows one to control the polarization and energy characteristics of these radiators. It is possible to obtain high ellipticity and radiation coefficients of the field radiated and a good matching the system.

Degradation kinetics in thick films based on Cu0.1Ni0.1Co1.6Mn1.2O4 ceramics at temperature of 170 oC have been investigated. Analytical description of processes in these materials was performed using relaxation functions. It is shown, that studied degradation kinetics are adequately described by compression-exponential relaxation function.

The paper proposes a new method of monitoring data presented in non-positional residue class system. For code in residue class system, test bases are included in the general code structure of data containing a set of information bases. In this case, the balances that represent operations for informational and control grounds simultaneously and independently participate in the process of information processing. The result of the information processing can be monitored either step by step or at the end of all calculations, since the error that occurred in any residue, does not apply (does not "multiply") to the remaining residues.
