The world trends of modern information and telecommunication technologies (ITT) are considered. ITT is defined as the set of opportunities for creating and filling information resources and transmitting information by telecommunication means on local and global scales. Key trends in development of ITT are identified and analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the development of mobile telecommunications (technologies 5G and 6G), IoT applications, ITT penetration in the Industry 4.0 development process, the incarnation of the global satellite Internet. The new breakthroughs in 2019 that will be linked to the further development of ITT, are discussed separately. The importance of a new approach for Ukraine to the IT and telecom industries formulation and functioning is underlined.

This paper has presented the basis of a compound multiphase waveform investigation with additional amplitude modulation, capable of controlling a waveform pick-factor, suitable for use with marine radar. The waveform shows good Doppler tolerance, with the low side-lobes performance maintained over the central zone of an ambiguity function. In [1] was introduced the parameter which determined the way of multiplication of a base (inner) and a external (outer) sequences under formation compound multiphase waveform from Kronecker product to term to term product. Value of this parameter in essential way have influence on the form of phase modulation of compound waveform and on behavior of ambiguity function side-lobes in Doppler strip (symmetrically situated near zero Doppler frequency). Before we were considered only two uttermost values of the parameter, but in this article the different possible values of the parameter are also considered. It has been shown that a compromise between side-lobes suppression and the value of pick-factor can be found. These waveforms allow achieving better results as compared to compound multiphase waveforms without additional amplitude modulation under mismatched weighting filtering. In this article we considered periodic mode of Radar.

The cooperative relaying method is used to combat the degradation of signal quality on a radio link, especially in a multi-user network environment. A new algorithm has been developed to select the best relay, it considers a number of criteria, namely: the position of the relay, the bit error rate, power consumption in the relay nodes.

In this paper, the improvement of the calculation model the set of disjoint paths with maximum bandwidth during multipath routing in the infocommunication network is presented. The task stated was reduced to solving the optimization problem of integer linear programming with maximization of the number of paths and their bandwidth in the presence of linear constraints since the routing variables are Boolean, and variables that determine the number of routes used take only integer values.

In this article two model of crossed-field devices: magnetron and magnetron diode was described. For magnetron diode one equilibrium point was found and it is potential energy minimum. Therefore electrons that have lost kinetic energy move to potential minimum forming space charge. For magnetron two equilibrium points was found one of them is potential energy minimum and other is potential energy maximum. Therefore electrons that have lost kinetic energy move to potential minimum forming anode current. Thus magnetron has no abnormal anode current.

The 5G networks are already widely used and developed for practical use and implementation in modern communication systems. One of the key technologies of these networks is network slicing technology that allows you to distribute, optimize and improve the operation of the entire network. There are many representations and implementations of network slicing. In this paper, we consider models and methods of slicing that can be used for implementation in telecommunication networks. Each of the considered models has both advantages and limitations. Further studies can be devoted to possible modifications of these models from a client-oriented point of view and to considering the possibility of combining these models depending on the requirements of the network.

The method of detection and localization of design errors in HDL-models of finite state machines with arbitrary output functions was proposed. The diagnostic experiment is carried out bypassing all arcs of the Mealy machine, starting from the initial vertex, including for machines of the "non-exclusive" class. To ensure the return of the machine with a possible design error in the initial state, it is suggested to use synchronizing sequences. Diagnostic experiments were performed in the Active-HDL design environment.

A analysis in a granular film of samples of alloys based on Co and Ag. A series of heterogeneous films based on cobalt and silver was made by co-evaporation metals using two independent electron guns at room temperature in a vacuum chamber with a base pressure of 10-4 Pa. A mathematical model of hierarchical clustering of sample films granules has been created. The values of the distribution function, the probability density of the formation of a hierarchical sample tree are obtained.

The work presents the concise results of developing a measurement devices set (named RETwix), which are universal hardware-software tools for conducting laboratory research. The complex universality consists in the fact that practically anything may be the subject of study, including electronic devices and various electric, temperature, chemical or biochemical processes. The RETwix complex incorporates UA-LAB (Universal Analog LABoratory) unit, CV-LAB (Capacitance & Voltage LABoratory) unit and software.

To ensure the interference immunity of modern radars, two-stage space-time signal processing is used. However, under the simultaneous impact of active noise interference (jamming) and passive interference (clutter), the passive interference decorrelates the active component of the combined interference. Besides, modulation of clutter with weight coefficients for spatial signal processing destroys the temporal correlation of clutter. This significantly limits the interference immunity of coherent-pulse radars. The goal is to improve the efficiency of coherent-pulse radar under the impact of combined interferences. The method is implemented using the proposed methodology for estimating the distribution of passive interference in range in the elevation radar channels and using different methods of generating a classified training sample in order to adapt the weight coefficients of the spatial filter in different parts of the coverage area.Simulation results confirmed that the "on the fly" correlation analysis of signals in range in real time makes it possible to determine the time interval at which the passive interference is absent by the maximum value of the module of the inter-channel correlation coefficient in the lower part of the radar field of view. This allows you to create a classified training sample to adapt the weight coefficients of the spatial filter, generated only by active noise interference. The formation of a classified training sample excludes the modulation of passive interference acting in the compensation channel of the spatial filter. This can significantly increase the efficiency of detection of useful signals in the second stage of space-time filtering of signals in the radar. The use of a classified training sample (CTS) can significantly reduce the time of the transient process of adaptation of the weight coefficients of the spatial filter.
